Besides them ordering the incorrect door key and telling me they will call me when the key arrives, then never called back - causing me to go to another location to fix my issues - five star would be really pushing it in this case: but the service I need manage to receive was spot on and with no issues- but importantly more attention to detail and client follow up is needed!

After having a truly terrible customer service experience at Hyundai Mississauga, it was such a good experience to purchase a EV from Annie. She was fantastic through the entire process and was always very quick to respond to any of the questions we had. The entire process was seamless. I would definitely recommend her! Thank you Annie! Shannon was also a delight to deal with for the financing.

I feel really excited about giving Ajax Infiniti car dealer a five-star car repair service and customer service rating. Their staff's attitude has made me feel so relaxed and at ease, especially Ravin Ramnarain the advisor and Nester the mechanic. It's great that they even took us to the service area and showed me the issues with my car, Nester also explained what caused the issue.
Also, I was able to track the progress using their link provided during the waiting time. I have never had such an exceptional car service experience. Thanks to the entire staff at Ajax Infiniti, and a special thanks to Ravin and Nester for ensuring me had a satisfying experience!

April 2023 I revisited Ajax Nissan Infiniti, I have to say its much better now that Johnathan is gone, they are trying very hard to make it go a lot smoother in the service dept. Ravin was very personable and kept in touch during the day as to when the vehicle would be ready. They had a loaner available which was great as I come from Ptbo and this is the closets dealership, however, I don't think they are set up completely to deal with Infiniti service as we are used to. Certainly not great on detailing as I received the car still with finger prints on the inside of the windows from the grandchildren and some wax and minor dirt on it.but Ravin came out with a cloth to make it right! My hand sanitizer and pocket change where no where to be found. I'm sure it was put somewhere, just can't find it where it was. I think once they organize an Infiniti side to it, it will go much smoother, however, I left very happy! Justin the manager sure does a great job.as did Ravin.stay away from Scott Lee, very rude and not accommodating! I was able to give this visit a 4 star moved up from the 1 star.

I would not bring your Infiniti to this dealership. Jonathan the service advisor is untrustworthy and will try to rip you off by telling you that you need service/repairs that you don’t.

I had an amazing experience at Ajax Infiniti. My sales consultant Angela was so friendly, so knowledgeable, answered all my questions I had, took the time to explain every little and big details with me, found me the car I exactly wanted, and I got my car on the estimated delivery time. On the day I picked up my car, Angela was very thorough with explain all the features and components of the car. If you are looking to buy or lease a car, come to Ajax Infiniti. Friendly staff, great customer service, and very knowledgeable.

The most rude and miserable service advisor that I've ever experienced! They have a recall on my Infinity QX 55 and one of the tire has a puncture and will have to be repaired as well since I have a warranty on everything. They told us over the phone that it will only take couple of hours so we didn't ask for a loaner. I went there and they told me that it might take a day! So I asked for a loaner as I have work and they said they don't have any, so I said okay and I asked for rental. The guy named Jonathan Ramirez is bluntly said you should've have told us in advance, I don't have any today! Bro, I am not the expert who said it will only take couple of hours and now you're keeping it for a day and blaming it on us for not asking a freaking rental or loaner in advance? ! I've been with nissan at Scarborough and are always very helpful and nice, been with Lexus and they will offer way and beyond to make their clients happy. This guys is very rude, no wonder why my co-worker who drives Infinity told me to go any other shop but Ajax! Very bad experience! I can even give a -1 star because of him!

It was a revealing and highlighting experience to make an agreement with this organization. During the several days that last our dialogs, the sales consultant Mr. Daniel Buckley and other knowledgeable individuals (Moe, Moses, Manav) demonstrated customer-service skills to went through many inquiries and must-to-know situations. Especifically Mr. Buckley helped to my family and me resolving setfaĺls and circumstances that we faced to make a satisfactory decision (he was going an extra-mile to assist with questions and alternatives-to-do). Therefore I recommend this place.

I came to Ajax Inifinti with several options in mind from Infiniti, as well as other dealerships. I had my meeting with Justin from sales. He was incredible at guiding me in the direction of a car that suited my needs and what I was looking for. Even when I had many questions about certain aspects of the car's features, he was very patient and helpful. Hos service was the reason I opted to go with Infiniti. He was there every step of the way to make the process incredibly easy and pain free. They made it affordable for me to choose a luxury vehicle. His service is the reason I chose Infiniti.

I decided to take my car in for service here at Infiniti/Nissan Ajax as it had a rough idle, together with engine light on. After weeks of having my car trying to sort out this issue they then notified me that it was ready for pick up. I picked up my car and 5 mins into driving the issue occurred again. I called them back and they said to bring it back in which I was provided with a loaner car. They then kept my car for a couple weeks to solve this issue which was fine as they provided a loaner car and I wanted this problem solved. Roughly about 3 days after my car was returned the problem with engine light came back on with minor stuttering here and there. This is not the only issue. I decided to open my hood to top up windshield washer. Upon doing this I noticed my hood was not staying up which was perfectly fine before I took my car there. So the tech knew about this and never notified anyone, probably thinking I will not go under my hood. Common issue, I would have absolutely paid my money to get this fixed. You spend your money to take your car to the dealer to avoid all these back and forth issues and to be provided with proper service. I never called them about this as we are so tired with the service the techs provide. Not sure if these guys are fully trained to fix cars on the Infiniti side.
Keep in mind the front desk team are not the problem here. They are well trained to provide good customer service.
The technicians on the other hand at this dealership definitely needs to be trained. May not be the whole team in the back and could just be the one who tend to my car.
I think it’s fair enough to give a 3 star overall review not too bad and not too good. And I only gave them a 3 star because of the good front desk service not the techs.

Most of the great reviews and the overall high rating are for Endras Infiniti. Endras Infiniti no longer exists and Ajax Infiniti does not even compare! It is a Nissan dealership that happens to work with the Infiniti line now.

The service I received was terrible! I brought my car in for a windshield replacement and it took over a week longer than promised. I spoke to the GM and while she was lovely on the phone, she promised to investigate what happened and get back to me. I never heard from her again. Clearly she doesn't actually care about client satisfaction or retention. I picked up my car today and there was no effort made to make the situation right.

The only positive was the Service Manager Ragulan. He communicated well and was very apologetic, but was not empowered to actually do anything.

I guess I'm driving to Markham Infiniti from now on!

The service department have some of the most dishonest people. Always get a second opinion on any repairs needed on your vehicle. You have to bring your vehicle to dealership you can trust and unfortunately these guys are not.

Always save my good review for a service after sometimes to see its whole process. I didn't have any good services experience from an Infinity dealership in the past but I bet on it this time anyways. I've to say Patrick and Jason from the services department are very honest people, they're knowledgeable and would do their best to assist the clients. Thanks to them that my experiences changed positively! As long as I'm still in Ajax, will always return for their services.

I made this account specifically for this review, but I wanted to let say a word about the good team at Endras Infiniti.

I initially met Spencer, the sales manager over the phone many years ago when I called for assistance with a dead key battery. He was unable to help me over the phone with my issue, so he told me to come in right then even though the service was closed. I came in to see him and he was very nice, even taking me to get a key fob battery for free.

Since then I have purchased a new car from Endras Infiniti and I have brought a friend as well. Spencer was very helpful both times and his associate Colton dropped the car off for my friend on the day of pick up.

Very good team!

I recently purchased my Q50 from here and my sales rep who was Sonia helped us greatly, she went above and beyond to get the car within our budget she understood our needs and tried her hardest to meet them. Will for sure come here for another Vehicle purchase from Sonia sometime in the future.

My search for the perfect car was accomplished from the moment we contacted Sonia Anwari at Endras Infiniti. She was informative and honest about the car from the very first conversation.
After a 2 hour drive, When we arrived, she got straight to the point with a test drive, while providing her knowledge of the vehicle, and maintained composure and a smile during a fast and furious road test! No pressure, no sales pitch, just all the right information About the car to seal the deal. Her upfront approach and honesty is what sold me the car, aside from the car itself.
In less than a couple hours, I traded in my old car, purchased my fabulous car and actually drove home with it the same day! I cannot express enough how impressive this experience has been.
A big thank you to Sonia for your attention to our needs, requests, your superb customer skills and sending me home with my dream car.
Also, thank you to the sales manager and team for smoothly processing all the paperwork in record time to get me on the road.

Sonia was a huge help from the first call to signing the documents in purchasing my vehicle. It’s hard to find a dealership that truly cares about its customers, and I am happy I travelled to Ajax from Toronto as it was 100% worth it. Spencer (sales manager) spoke to me personally and this to me was different from any of the other dealerships I have ever been to. Henry Qu (finance manager) went above and beyond to find a finance agreement that was suitable for me. The whole team went above and beyond. Everyone at Endras Infiniti was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend without hesitation.

This experience definitely changed my perception of car sales for the better.

We bought a vehicle at ENDRAS and the new sales agent Pedram was so accommodating and polite with very professional attitude. He so honest that he answer only things that he knows, if he doesnt know the answer, he ask his colleagues; which in terms are very accommodating too; for Pedram i rate him from 1-10 with the score of 9. Sales manager together with the Finance manager are so eloquent and accommodating.what I like most is that no pressure selling they cater on what you need, I was awarded with fare discount and free goodies, thanks guys looking forward to buy another one from you. ENDRAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My experience at Endras Infiniti was fantastic. One of the best Dealerships in Ontario, awesome deals, amazing cars. Special thanks to Mr. Pedram Adibaghdam who was very professional and perfect gentle man. The quality of his service was number 1. Recently, I was shopping for a car. It can be a very exhaustive experience. All that changed, when I meet Sabrina Qayumi at Endras Infiniti. She is a fantastic sales person. Sold knowledge of the car, attention to detail, and fully assisted me to make the right decision. She was very professional and more importantly never once did I feel pressure to make my buying decision. The overall team at Endras Infiniti was also fantastic. I was determining whether it was in my best interest to upgrade my Infiniti 2017 Q60 3.0T to a 2018 Q60 3.0 Sport given the excellent incentives that were available during the Holiday Bonus Event. I had purchased my 2017 Infiniti at Endras Infiniti and decided to go back to Endras given the positive experience I had.

I had contacted Endras and was forwarded to Pedram Adibaghdam who indicated that Infiniti had great incentives on for the holidays. We set up an appointment for Monday December 7th, 2018. Just like my last visit I was greeted with a big smile by Cherelle, the Brand Ambassador. She kindly asked if I wanted a coffee or water. I declined and said that I had an appointment with Pedram. She paged Pedram who greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me to Endras Infiniti. He proceeded to ask if I wanted something to drink. He politely took me to their beverage station and proceeded to get me a coffee. What a great start to a potential buying experience. We sat down and I told him that I was trying to determine whether it was in my interest to upgrade my car to a 2018 Q60 3.0T Sport. They had 4 in stock and I decided on the Black version of the car. He went to see Yashar Gozarchiamin, the Sales Manager, to come up with numbers for the new car. Pedram came back and provided me with various options. One concern I had was the value of my trade-in. Pedram then went to Yashar to see if he would agree with my counter offer on the trade-in. He came back and Yashar had agreed to my counter offer. I subsequently indicated that we had a deal. To my delight I picked up my car on Friday, December 21st, 2018.

I need to recognize Pedram for his no pressure sales tactic. He is so client focused and worked so hard to get me the best deal that he could. He is so impressionable and he became more of a friend than a sales person. He also had went above and beyond to have someone from Endras pick up my winter tires from the place I had my winter tires stored so that they could swap out the tires on my new car. To me that highlighted how client focused Pedram is. There was an issue with my winter tires since the brakes on my new car were larger than my winter rims could manage. He quickly went in to action and sought advice from their Service department to come up with a solution. On the day of delivery Pedram went over all the functions of the vehicle and was so organized on what paperwork needed to be signed. I then learned that he came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle - again highlighting his commitment to his clients.

I would also like to recognize Yashar Gozarchiamin. He worked out the best deal for me and didn’t haggle over the small stuff. He is very pleasant to deal with and on deliver day he stayed around to congratulate me on the purchase of my car even though the dealership had been closed for awhile. He also presented me with a car care kit, fleece throw and water bottle which I thought was so kind.

I would also like to recognize Sean Mohammadi, the Business Manager. Sean made me feel so welcome and went over the contract line by line explaining everything to me. He also presented the cost of After Market warranties and car appearance products. Sean did not pressure me at all to purchase these items like other dealerships. In the end I did purchase an Appearance Insurance package. Sean was so easy going and a pleasure to deal with.

In conclusion I would like to say that I was totally impressed from the moment I walked into the dealership until I took possession of the car.   Pedram, the Brand Manager, Cherelle, the Business Manager, Sean, the Sales Manager, Yashar and even the detailer did a great job!   They all made me feel welcome and there was no pressure to purchase my car.

Overall I was totally impressed with my experience at Endras Infiniti. I look forward to purchasing my cars from Endras Infiniti on a go forward business. I know that Pedram will be my Client Advisor of choice since he treated me more like a friend than just a client.

I made an appointment to see a vehicle on saturday that i was very interested in. My appointment was for monday at 930am. I would have gone sooner but they are closed on sunday. I receive an email from the sales rep that i made the appointment with and he responds, "your vehicle has been sold. Sorry".
I was really disappointed when i heard that. It really seems like they just want to make quick sales disregarding customer loyality. I am disappointed with how they treat potential new customers. "it was not in his control".
