We have been customers of Enercare for over 10 years and have had several technicians visit our home to do maintenance over the years.

Our technician (Igor) was amazing. He thoroughly checked the heating equipment, and explained everything he was doing. Not once in the past has any technician checked the entire unit and even the outside furnace vent. He went over and beyond any other maintenance visit from the past.

Chris Wilson from Enercare attended my home to service my fireplace. He was punctual, courteous and professional. He was respectful of my home. He came fully equipped with drop cloth, vacuum and all equipment necessary to get the job done. He was quick and efficient. Grant Harris provided incredible support and went above and beyond in his support and education. Originally scheduled for Heating maintenance/cleaning, he spent a fair amount of time educating us on proper filter usage, in great detail that would benefit us in our particular home situation. Aside from this service, he helped us with checking our dryer vent, as well as our fireplace, adding additional education on things to consider with these appliances as well. All in all Grant is top notch across the board, professional, personable, simply AWESOME!

Very happy to see Grant Harris show up again this year to do my annual PM. Once complete he went through every detail with me outlining recommendations based on age and current state, explaining the possible savings that could be recognized due to the aging technology in the current furnace, definitely made a good case to look at options to replace the furnace. Mubarak M.just completed maintenance review of my furnace. He completed the service efficiently and thoroughly. He always answers my questions with clarity. I asked about settings on my thermostat (auto or on) and air filter choices. He explained the reasons to make on choice over another. On top of being competent, Mubarak is always pleasant and upbeat.

We were very pleased with the furnace maintenance service call we had this morning with your technician, Grant Harris. He was professional and clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and recommended further maintenance actions to protect our heating system. And to boot, had a great rapport with our German Shepherd, who does not take to everyone so quickly! Great service.

My water heater was leaking from the bottom as it was 14 years old. It took 2 days to come and replace the heater. Installation went ok, but technicians did not test the new heater properly. In a day, it started leaking around the pipes on the top and completely shut off! Family is without hot water for second day in a row. This is absolutely not the kind of service I want to receive from a reputable company like that. I regret that I went with the rental, will be buying my own next time!

George is the best! Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Thank goodness he came and fixed my hot water tank today!

I had a leak and no clue from where - boiler or heater.
Called my main furnace company, till now didn’t get call back from them.
From Enercare I got call back right away connecting me with technical department men 261 Trowers Rd.
And even I was title for service on beg. If May of Covid19, After Face time call with David, manager of this location, he made a Quick decision by paying his personal visit (on this time all technicians were not available).
And 1 hour later I got an excellent service from 2 Heroes David and Edmund Cordero.
So now, not only the boiler is fine, my furnace is fixed also, as it was a problem, I can be save to continue to support the country of staying home safe.

Charanjit Pannu came to inspect my furnace and instal a filter. He called ahead and was polite and friendly. On arriving, he confirmed the work that was to be done and completed it in an efficient manner. He kindly answered my questions in a professional manner.

Grant Harris arrived right on time. Not only did he have a great attitude but he was a wealth of knowledge! He made excellent recommendations and got me on an ac maintenance plan at a reduced rate. I highly recommend him and hope to get him next time!

Aug. 16/21 - Rishi Mahabir (sorry if misspelt the last name) came out to fix my thermostat as I couldn't get the fan to run on its own. He was patient, friendly and helpful. He re-wired the furnace terminal and everything is working as it should. Overall, I'm very satisfied as he accomplished exactly what I wanted.

Aug. 20/21 - Grant Harris came out for my furnace and AC maintenance check up. He was very thorough, took the time to explain pretty much everything in detail. He's clearly a seasoned vet at the job, as his service and knowledge were impeccable. He took the time necessary to get everything done in an efficient and effective manner. Overall, very helpful, and I hope to have him back when I need something next with my furnace.

I’ve been having issues with my hot water tank. I called for a technician to come and check it out. After assessing my tank he recommended it be changed out. A few days later I received an email from Enercare stating that my tank is in perfect working order and does not need to be replaced.
This company is a scam. They have people locked in to lifetime contracts that they are not even aware of. Not only are they taking advantage of people in this case they are even lying about the state of the equipment and changing the recommendations from their own technicians in order to keep their customers locked into contracts. This is not right and this company needs to be stopped. Biggest scam.

Great service. Grant Harris was the service specialist that came out to my house. He put in clean gloves and face mask, was fully vaccinated, and I felt safe allowing him into my home. He was patient and kind to my new puppy who just learned how to jump up. He work ethic was professional and diligent. I’m a person who prefers to maintain my appliances, especially the expensive ones that always seem to break in a snowstorm or a heatwave. This morning we had Mr. Grant Harris come to our house for the yearly HVAV maintenance. He called us first thing in the morning to make sure we were comfortable with the visit due to COVID. Upon his arrival he ensured us that he was wearing new shoe covers, gloves, mask and that all his equipment was sanitized.
Mr, Harris did a thorough inspection of the HVAC, He went above and beyond to explain the many things we were doing incorrectly that could have caused fire! He was patient, clear, professional and answered all our questions although they did not pertain to the HVAC.
