Terrible company. I wouldn't trust them to do repairs. After my furnace stopped working I called them because I was positive my furnace is a rental from them. Apparantly everything in my house is a rental with them except for my furnace. So then the enercare associate explained to me for $99 they will come do a diagnostic. Then he preceeded to get excited and tell me about the $0 option. After he said $0 his accent became extremely thick, and I couldn't understand anything he was saying. Multiple times I had to ask him to repeat. Still not understanding, I finally asked him straight out what the catch is because I dont understand why he is telling me I got a choice between $99 or $0. Clearly people will always choose to pay $0, unless there is a catch. After being on the phone for almost an hour, I finally started to understand if I choose the $0 option, I'm stuck in a warranty program with them and will be paying them off monthly and am basically at their mercy for whatever they claim is wrong with my furnace. Eventually I told him to just give me the $99 option so if the repair they claim is needed is ridiculously expensive, I could have the option of getting a second opinion. At that point the associate became miraculously clear in his annunciation and became super annoyed and aggressive and wanted to know why I would do that and told me if I go with the $0 option I will get on the priority list or else I will have to wait for someone to come to my house and he reminded me how cold this time of year is. Realizing something was up with this warranty plan if they are willing to give priority to someone who pays $0 instead of $99 I excused myself from the call. Someone recommended a furnace company to me so I tried them the next day. Sure enough, this company is now enercare and I had the same problem of someone whose accent got extremely thick and indecipherable when it came to telling me the details of the $0 option. I decided to just Google for a furnace repair company that still hasn't been bought out by enercare and am glad I did. Easy quick repair done, and now I don't have to worry about enercare taking more money from me each month. Support small businesses with good reviews.

Never pick your phone call if you said you need to cancel something they just transfer your call to other representative who never pick your call for 3 hours scammers

T was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable - He was able to fix the heating issue in the home and also provided me with some tips to help reset the heater if any issues came up again. Nicholas was quick to resolve the issue but was very thorough at the same time, checking the motor inside the tankless water heater and running temperature checks were included in the visit. I would definitely recommend Nicholas if you are looking for quality work!

I had Vinny and Vinay at my home today installing my replacement Heating System and AC units, as well as upgrading my thermostat and adding a humidifier to the system.
They were very polite, courteous and professional. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and ensured I was aware both of what they were doing and of the final results I should expect.
When they were done they walked me through the entire installation step by step and made me aware of everything.
I am very pleased with the quality of service and equipment that they provided me today and would happy recommend them to anyone looking for similar work to be performed.

I didn't like the 4 hour window of time given by Enercare and they did not send a water tank when they knew I would need a new one. 3 days without a water heater is not great service by Enercare. No reflection on Nicholas though as he was great.

The floor in my furnace room and carpet outside of it was damp. As I suspected the hot water tank was malfunctioning, I contacted Enercare.

I was lucky enough to get an appointment the next day. On the day of the appointment, Riaz called to advise his estimated time of arrival. When he showed up, he was friendly, courteous and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue right away. Riaz advised there is no repair for a water tank of 15 years and the best course of remedy was to exchange for a new one.

Riaz stayed with me to schedule the replacement appointment. I was very appreciative of that.

I was happy and impressed with Riaz. I hope that my future Enercare service appointments will all be as great as Riaz!

Had a tankless water heater installed and noticed a leak in the water line the next day, called Enercare for a technician to come out and fix the leak, the technician (JOHN) came out and said he does not have the right tools to fix anything and he was told that it was an issue with the tank itself. Called Enercare back again (spoke to Natalie) and got the ring around saying a part has to be ordered and will be shipped to my house within a few days and when I receive that part then I will need to call enercare to book another appointment. I asked what is the name of the part that was ordered because the technician did not even mention anything about a part needed, she couldn't even tell me either. This is the 3rd day with a leak in my basement.
