Russell showed up for a free quote, found the problem quickly, resolved it and didn’t charge us anything since nothing needed to be replaced. He was also very knowledgeable and let us know what he was doing as he was doing which put our minds at ease. Thank you so much Russell for being great at what you do but mostly being such a kind person!

Kaylee came today to inspect and clean our furnace, she was very professional and knowledgeable. And explained everything to us. We were very impressed. We would definitely recommend and use her again.

Todd Allan did a fantastic job on our annual maintenance, he was very informative, took his time to answer all our questions. We had also book for the Air conditioner maintained however he did not have it on his paperwork, he took his time out to call in and have it added. Thanks again Todd!

Service booked to have furnace serviced - Easy booking via online-Kayley W was the technician and she called a head of time for eta. Arrived on time and was nice, friendly and professional. Kayley explained everything she was doing and gave a couple suggestions to keep my furnace running longer. This is my 2nd time using Enercare and both times service was excellent. Glad I signed up to a monthly plan!

Our hot water tank broke on Friday night of long weekend and we had some one here on Saturday at 2 to install a new one. Billy and Cam arrived. They were both informative, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all our questions. They took care in bringing in the new tank and removing the old by placing carpet on floors and stairs. They were also very friendly. Service was exceptional from the phone call we placed, the call back we received and from both Billy and Cam. Would recommend 100%

The team was quick to respond to our service request for aging HVAC equipment. After consulting with them, it was decided to install new rental furnace and A/C units. They were able to bring the install date to within two days later. The install team arrived slightly earlier than planned and were very professional and friendly. Great work saw us up and running in less time than I ever thought. At the time of this review, the equipment is working excellent. Thanks to Julie the consultant, and the install team Erik and Carter! The guys were a pleasure to have working in the house.

We are so happy that we’ve decided to subscribe with the Enercare Plan! Less hassle and worry for us whenever there is a problem. Also, the staffs are all nice especially Josh P. He came on July 20th to check our furnace and cleaned the outside fan, he made sure that I do understand all the problems that need to be solved, very accommodating and informative.

I have just moved and finally found the Enercare card that was misplaced and had to tell everyone about the great service.

I had all three appliances (hot water heater, furnace and air conditioner) replaced by an enercare team in my mothers house at the beginning of Oct /21 in Whitby.

Rick Bittorf, Andrew & Chris from the Durham East Team were unbelievable! They were on-time, fast, efficient and left the space very clean with the equipment just purring. They were professional, kind and friendly. I’ve never experienced the service they provided from any company! They uphold the company reputation way beyond what is expected. I can’t say enough about them.

I don’t usually write reviews but this service was exceptional. Enercare is very fortunate to have such a dedicated team. Truthfully.

I wanted to mention on a side note that the tenant caused major issues for them - anyone else would have packed up and walked off - but Rick and his team handled the situation in a calm and professional manner and diffused it immediately! Very impressed!

We have always had the best of service. Zach came out to help us with an issue we were having with the furnace. He did a great job and when he left we felt comfortable and safe with his work. The following week Dennis P.came for the annual maintenance and was very courteous and professional. We would recommend both of them for any work someone would need done. They were Excellent!

Awesome service by Sam & Billy from Enercare Durham East. They came to check the furnace and replaced our old boiler. They were very helpful and professional. As a new home owner we had many questions which they answered patiently and took time to go over all the details. Highly recommended!

Ryan Ross completed my furnace inspection today. Ryan was quick and efficient. He made sure the lights in my basement were turned off when he was finished. Very satisfied with his service.

Mike D called before arriving and was here in 10 minutes. He didn't mind me watching. In fact he said 'If you have any questions feel free to ask'. I was impressed with the Milwaukee Tool Pack that carried all his tools except his vacuum. And some of his specialty tools like magnet lights that swiveled to direct the light. He was honest with his appraisal regarding our 18 year old Concord Natural Gas Furnace. "Keep up with the Maintenance. It has no rust and the fan is strong; good air flow. "
He is looking forward to apprentice studies so he can learn to repair Furnaces and central High Voltage Air Conditioners.
Mike has found his career job. His people skills will make his job all the more enjoyable. A happy employee is worth gold to his employer.

Had gas technician Zach he was polite and very patient as I took quite a while to answer the door. He worked very quickly and we had hot water again in minutes.

David c was my technician and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided He called before he arrived, he was very efficient at identifying the problem and shortly thereafter he had my furnace working again. He was very polite and courteous and gave me some tips to keep my furnace running optimally. Thank you David!

Our hot water tank gave out and we called enercare to replace the tank. We had Sam, Kurt and Billy come, remove and replace it. I am very pleased with my experience as it went very smoothly and all these gentlemen were professional and kind. Having experienced poor service from other providers in the past, it is refreshing to see people who care and do a quality job. Thank you!

Ours is only three months old home and having hot water tank on rental. I wanted to check if installing tankless system makes sense but enercare consistently discouraged us and visited our home for consulting after several calls. They installed our tank at wrong place in violation of our plan layout taking considerable space and brand new tank is rusting already badly spreading red powder. But they said they will charge 299 + tax for either changing to thankless or just moving tank to where it should have been as per plan to make more space efficient. Other regions don't charge for these things but they said in Durham, they do charge and couldn't tell me why discrimination? Also, they sent me report later saying thaty tank is in good condition!

Today Ryan Ross came into our home to do a mantance check on the furnace. From the moment Ryan came in, he made us feel comfortable and was like a friend. Answered tons of questions we had. Did a brilliant job and cleaned up after the service was done. We are more than ready for the winter time weather now.

Kaas showed up in the time slot to perform maintainance service on furnace Very well mannered. Thoroughly checked all the functioning and safety's on the furnace. Of all the years of having services he was the only one that went that little extra to soap test the joints around the furnace. Excellent experience and highly recommend him.

We have plunging coverage through Enercare and just had Jesse B.come in an quickly fix a problem that we have had for awhile now. He was on time, courteous and best of all, quickly fixed the issue. We couldn't be happier with this protection service.

Brad Reaman repaired a gas leak found on the furnace yesterday 11/25 by the gas line maintenance crew member when they went to turn the gas back on. Bran was very detailed and fixed the issue quickly.

It was time for my winter maintenance on my furnace and I phoned Enercare for an appointment. They were very easy to deal with. The technician arrived right on time and was very pleasant and courteous. The young man’s name was Ryan Ross. I would highly recommend this company, and highly recommend Ryan. Thank you.

We have been with Enercare for almost 6 years now and we are always impressed with the great service and professionalism we receive during every visit. Zach. N recently came to complete some maintenance on our furnace. Zach was truly excellent; very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He took the time to show pictures and explain some of the issues we were having with our very old air conditioner and provided us with information and resources on how to go about replacing our unit.

Water heater repair. Jay was the technician that arrived to perform the service. He was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and practice all covid protocols. EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THIS SERVICE! Additionally, the gentleman that answered the call yesterday and booked the appointment was also fantastic.

My water heater went on the blink called into enercare for service and had a technician here within 24 hours. After accessing the repairs that’s needed to be done he requested a new water heater be installed. In less than 6 hours I had a brand new water heater installed by technicians Jay S and Billy Enercare must be proud of these employees as they were very professional and friendly on a scale of 10 I score them 11. Great job guys and thanks

Ryan Ross was the tech who performed annual maintenance on our furnace. I would rate Ryan a 10 out of 10, He explained what he was doing, answered my questions regarding action between our AC and furnace. He suggested a AC plan were a tech could examine whole system to determine were problem is. I will call next Spring for an appointment. Ryan is a very good representative of your business.

We had a gentleman named Kass to clean and service our furnace. Extremely polite and professional. Answered all our questions and didn’t rush anything including his answers. Definitely would have him do it again.

My furnace maintenance was serviced by Ryan Ross. He was very professional and friendly. I talked to him about our issues with the air conditioner. The air conditioner is over 12 years old and it is constantly running. It hasn’t been providing the desired coolness for the house. Ryan called his friend/coworker, David Lewis who is an Energy Management Consultant with Enercare. Ryan was great! He took his time explaining everything as I thought to rent a new unit but I wasn’t sure of my best option. I really appreciated Ryan doing that extra with me. Initially, he came to do the free check on our furnace but stated much longer in helping me out.
David Lewis came the very next day. Like Ryan, David was very professional and friendly. Both men were very knowledgeable. David too took his time with me to help me understand everything. David was great! He was honest at helping me choose the best option for our needs.
The next day, our new air conditioner was installed. Rick Bittorf? HVAC Technical Advisor was great! He was also very professional and friendly. All men very informative.
We are very happy living comfortably in our home. Enercare has some great deals going on. Very impressed overall of how quickly the response time was in getting our needs met.
