We needed a new furnace and AC. Mirza explained in detail various options and was very quick and efficient in arranging next day installation. Rico and Sam did a professional job installing, answered any questions I had and left the area clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Be careful with dealing with this company! This Company provides good maintenance and protection services however they will overcharge you for no reason.

I had a horrible experience with Enercare with their billing process. I have 2 properties with Enercare and out of nowhere the company recently sent a bill for more than $500 for the month for one house without providing any details.

The monthly regular amount is $63, and I was charged $500+ out of nowhere. I called asking for the reason for the amount and no proper explanation was provided.

They only told me this is related to a correction of last year’s billing which does not make any sense. Then I requested a detailed breakdown of the charge and they still have not provided it.

Then they offered me 20% discount on that bill, but I want to know why I was charged and want them to correct this overcharge!

If they do not correct this, I will go public and take all necessary steps to correct this overcharge.

I am seriously considering cancelling all my agreements with Enercare!

I received an excellent service from Shah and Rehman, they replaced my water tank. The two gentlemen did an excellent job and explained all I needed to know regarding the new tank! They where very knowledgeable, clean and efficient at doing their jobs. I recommend highly.

We are just so thrilled with the service we experienced with John and his team at Enercare. When our furnace wouldn’t turn on this year, I knew to call John (Enercare) as we had worked with him at our previous house. Everyone we dealt with Vito, Mike, Matt, Trevor and of course John were so easy to deal with and were all so knowledgeable. When they came to install our new furnace they were prompt, clean and so polite. John even came by to check to see how things were going with the new install. 100% I highly recommend Enercare as their service is unmatched. These guys all deserve a raise!

Max S and Padraic M were at my home to replace the furnace. They were tidy, efficient- done slightly earlier than they said they’d be. Caught me up on the new equipment and they removed the old one and went beyond for me. Awesome guys!

My parents were having issues with their furnace. They needed their water pump tube to be replaced. Vick was amazing! Professional and punctual. He went over-and-beyond what we expected. He brought in "the Boss" and replaced the tube and the water pump. Also, gave some good tips on keeping the tube clean. Very pleased with the service.

My hot water heater recently stopped working altogether and Enercare assisted me in a timely and efficient manner. Initially Steve F.came to my place after I placed a service call and was very professional, knowledge and personable. He helped me with putting in the order for the new water heater after a diagnostic review determined that the heater was no longer functional. He also arranged for a day and time for the installers to put in the new one. Subsequently, when there was no hot water running after the new water heater tank had been installed Matt C.was sent to my place to try and determine the issue. Matt was very warm, friendly and helpful. He was genuinely sorry and empathetic to my situation and actually thanked me for my patience as he tried to resolve my problem. Thank you both to these two fine gentlemen for their expertise and professionalism.

Jeff was punctual and professional and well spoken as well as very helpful in explaining his assessment on our heating system as well as offering details about the current special on maintenance contracts!

Brian James was amazing he was very informative and he knew his stuff, very polite and talkative I will ask for him by name next time

We just had a new furnace, A/C.and humidifier installed. WE could not ask for better technicians than we received. I would consider Joe. Robelo, Ahmed and Fadi the best of the best. These guys are pros. Not only did they do a fantastic job, the professionalism they exhibited is next to none. From start to end. It looks like they were never here except the new furnace and A/C at our house. They treated our place as if it was their own. We are grateful that we had these three gentlemen install our new equipment. We would call on these guys anytime. Thank you guys for your fantastic work and professionalism. Enercare has a great team working for them.

Nov 15: Raymond M did a maintenance check on our furnace and was wonderful: he was courteous, called ahead, and was even good enough to walk me through all the checks he was doing and explain what he was looking for as he did them. He was also great to chat with about the check and generally. Couldn’t be happier with his service - thank you!

Enercare technicians, in this case, Kevin and Jason, always go beyond the “exceeded expectations” rating. They were punctual, personable, and, most important, professional. They not only installed a new “virtual water heater” (I would encourage everyone to have one installed), but performed several peripheral related tasks that will make our household (especially our excessive showering) more enjoyable and safe. They take pride in doing an outstanding job and sharing their knowledge with their clients. I and my family thank Kevin and Jason for their good work. With such excellent technicians and service, Enercare has earned our ongoing loyalty.

The technician, Brian James, was extremely professional, polite and accommodating. He provided maintenance for both my fireplace and boiler. He was a true pleasure to deal with.

I called Enercare and specifically asked for Raymond who was the technician who cleaned my furnace last year to come and clean my furnace again this year. Once again I was impressed by his professionalism and his friendliness.
It is nice to have someone that you trust completely to maintain the furnace equipment and know and be reassured that when he leaves, everything is running safely the way it should. When he has finished, I was left with no doubts on his work. He is very thorough not only with the cleaning aspect but also afterwards on his explanations and recommendations. Jeff installed a humidifier at our house today. Fantastic on time, on the job delivery of service. Jeff explained what he was going to do, completed the job ahead of schedule, took away all the bits, put up with the dog barking at him each and every time he entered the house, explained the new equipment and left us happy and humidified. Shah was great! He showed up on time and installed my new water heater extremely quickly. Extremely professional and I am glad he was able to assist me.

Mike Smith was fantastic at diagnosing the issue. Very knowledgeable, explains technical details in easily understood manner, and left us knowing what the issue was, how it could be resolved and what our next steps were, along with putting a temporary solution in place until we obtained the required parts.

Follow-up visit from Hardeep and Vic was just as good. The thermostat manufacturer had refused to replace a faulty thermostat with what was apparently a known issue, because it was 2 months out of warranty. Vic and Hardeep solved a wiring issue and made sure everything was in order to allow for new thermostat install.

I want to express my appreciation for Mike Smith, the technician that was sent by Enercare. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was professional and exhibited a high level of quality of customer service. Absolutely the best technician ever sent to our hone from Enercare- or any organization for that matter.
Enercare should consider having Mr Smith train others.

We just purchased a house with Heating and water heating plans with Enercare. I am not familiar with Enercare service from the past home ownership however if first impressions can be counted on they have just solidified a loyal customer. The main reason is the courtesy, professionalism & technical knowledge displayed by your technician Jeff today. He took the time to explain the issue and what was the corrective action to be taken. He worked very swiftly but clearly cut no corners working to solve the problem. Thanks to Jeff and your team.

I live in a multi-level townhouse complex and my water heater tank is in the 2nd floor electrical room. Suddenly I have discovered that water heater is stopped working and water leaking on the bottom of the tank. Contacted my existing provider, they sent technician but suggested to go for expensive tank less boiler. My daughter-in-law told me to contact EnerCare and in next day Mr. Doug Whittingstall come to my home and do the assessment for replacement of the water tank. I wasn’t aware that Doug is a manger. He assured me that they will replace the tank with some plumbing changes. Doug managed to get new tank ordered and EnerCare sent me the installation date. On July 26th, 3 persons showed up and replaced the old tank. I have witnessed how hard all three-person worked, especially carrying the new tank on rooftop electrical room. I have found the technicians are skilled, knowledgeable, polite and did their job with my satisfaction. Tech by the name of Waseem Iqbal, explained everything very nicely prior to switch on the new tank. I am very satisfied with EnerCare services and would not hesitate to recommend anyone to go to EnerCare

We called Enercare and the customer service rep sent out a technician right away. Mike Smith came to our house and made sure to do a thorough inspection. He was able to find the problem right away and replaced the part that was bad. He saved our life, thanks again!

Just replaced my AC and Furnace, great services, including technical sales lead Victor, field team lead - Mike McTaggart, team members - Jordan K and Fadi B, what a team! An old fashioned customer service that is rare these days, great work team Evercare Etobicoke!

Hot water tank needed to be replaced back in mid-July. Technician Anthony Mitchell came in to inspect and assessed the problem. Answered all my questions and quickly replaced the tank. Excellent service! Thank you Anthony.

My hot water tank was well beyond the service life (10-15 years, mine was 20 years old) and I was starting to experience issues so I called Enercare and they offered free replacement (since it's a rental), but I wanted them to take a look at it first and they gladly complied. The first technician (Vic) assessed the tank and confirmed replacement was the way to go.

Booking the replacement appointment was quick, and within 3 days a team of technicians (Shah and Krish) arrived on time (well within the 4-hour time window and called beforehand to announce arrival). They were professional, polite and efficient in their work, also observing all COVID-19 protocols (masks, distancing). My house is 60+ years old and has a tight basement arrangement for the Hot Water Tank, and they never complained (I would) and worked around the access restrictions.

At the end of the installation they took the time to walk me through all of the equipment's features and safety measures (when they could have just said "read the manual"), and paused at the end and encouraged any questions. I didn't have any questions because they explained all the features so thoroughly.

So I am very pleased with how the replacement was carried out this week and would highly recommend Shah and Krish. Thank you gentlemen for your service today.

Tech Raymond Mohabir came to my home to explain hot water options and do site prep work for tankless hot water installation. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Did a great job outlining pros and cons of different options and carefully planned out the installation, respecting the many challenges of our older home.

Enercare is a company which very responsible to customers. They have a very good team with high experience and their works are very professional. I had bought two unit (Heat & AC) from Enercare two years ago and I did received a great services with many expert technicians from Enercare at the beginning up to date which is yesterday - August 6,2021 that I had a little problem, then I called Enercare customers service, then within 4 hours. Enercare had sent a very professional technician (which I forgot to ask what is his name) to take the proble. I would like to say thank you to Enercare and especially to the professional technician who had come to my house to fix the problem for me, I give him and the Enercare's team technicians who had been removed the old heat and old AC then they installed two new brand new units for me which was two years ago. That was a very hard works for them right in the middle of the winter 2019. I want to give all of them (including the customers services) five stars for the job that they had done for me. Beside that I have also joy the plumbing protection program from Enercare which is very good too… With all of above, I highly recommend to friends and also to new customers. Once again! Thank you Enercare and teams very much.
