Ray at Enercare has a very gentle, respectful, and professional demeanour. Moreover, this technician's respect for our home was commendable. He wore shoe covers, was mindful of keeping the work area tidy, and once the job was completed, he left the space clean. Ray took time to explain the work completed and ensured he answered any questions. He also provided suggestions on how to get more efficiency out of our air conditioning unit.

Ricardo is a true professional! On time, friendly, knowledgeable. He went about his work efficiently and thoroughly. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions clearly. From call centre to inspection to purchase consultation to new furnace installation, the Enercare Kawartha & Surrounding Area Team was superb and speedy. Our furnace failed, we had a technician Jeremy on site the same day, a consultant and sales rep Todd Falkenham present to explain our options the next day, and a new furnace installed by Pete and Dennis by 1 pm on the second day after breakdown. Each member of the team was professional, courteous, knowledgable, friendly, client-focused, immensely helpful, timely and efficient. Todd, Dennis and Pete went above and beyond my expectations, providing clear information and excellent service. Pete gave excellent training on the new system so we can keep it in tiptop shape, and Dennis found and corrected some draft and other heating issues of which we were unaware. I am grateful for Todd laying everything out clearly, which put our minds at ease, and for the speed at which Pete and Dennis restored our heat. Numerous team members offered us space heaters on a temporary basis! I cannot recommend Enercare and these gentlemen enough!

Nolan Campbell was the technician who came to do the maintenance and he was excellent. Very comprehensive list he went through with us, and very personable and kind. We would have a visit from him again for sure.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Enercare is making us to wait a week in the cold with no guarantee that they can repair their furnace by then! The terms of the contract guarantee they will resolve furnace repair issues within 2 calendar days. We pay a service fee to ensure we always have a working furnace, and they can't even deliver on that. We tried cancelling the contract, they ask you to buy our the furnace AT THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE! Do yourself a favour, buy a furnace outright and don't sign a contract unless you want to get exploited and left in the cold.

Ryan and Liam from Enercare were the two technicians that was sent to my parents house to replace the hot water heater. They were very professional and took the time to explain all the work that has to be done to my parents who were both seniors. They even gave my parents advise on how to save on their energy bills. Thank you. We highly recommend Enercare.

I had a very bad experience with Enercare over 5 days until Mathew P.came to fix issues other service technicians had created or did not fix. I am not happy with Enercare in general and would give the other technicians 0 stars if they had even asked me to rate them or given me their names. Matthew P is very knowledgeable and professional, he is very patient for diagnosing and solving the issue, very nice and friendly, and explained in detail about how the boiler is working in good condition which helps a lot for me to be able to do the better maintenance at home myself. I would highly recommend him for any other customers.

Shahid provided an excellent standard of care when he came to service our furnace this week. He took the time to answer our various questions thoughtfully and gave us some great advice. He also followed all Covid precautions and was very respectful of our home. Shahid is a wonderful representative for Enercare!

The only reason for positive reviews is pressure from repair technicians to review before they leave home. Told 4 days with no heat before can address problem with leased furnace while under protection plan. Protection plan is extremely overpriced. Horrible company, avoid dealing with at all cost if you can.

James called the evening before and arranged to arrive early on account of the weather.
He arrived at the specified time, introduced himself, and proceeded to quickly check out the furnace and reccomend new filters. We're highly satisfied.

Had a hot water tank issue. No hot water.
The technician Shawn was sent about the issue. He promptly diagnosed the issue and was swift in fixing the problem. He was kind and courteous from the moment he entered my home. He was professional and spent time explaining different options to me about my furnace. He was knowledgeable in his explanations and provided guidance about next steps. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would request him to return to service my house again without hesitation.

Thomas was such a nice and helpful person to deal with. I have dealt with people at enercare that were not as knowledgeable, and Thomas surpassed any hope I had. He had helped me a couple years ago as well, and was excellent then as well. I hope to receive his help each time, and again I am so impressed with his work. In the past I would have 5 visits from various technicians for one problem, and with Thomas this is never an issue. He is very quick and accurate in diagnosing and repairing the problem and I never need someone else to come. Thank you so much!
