Can’t stand the way you have to book on line! What ever happened to person to person? When boo king on line it takes multiple times to get an appointment that fits do to the way they take bookings! Wish they would go back to the old way of booking where you actually talk to a live person as this whole booking on line sucks

Worst patient care.
Had my FIRST meet and greet appointment cancelled TWICE, with no proper notification. Booked in person appointment even then it wasn’t notified. I had to show up twice and realize there was no appointment. The front desk person was also rude and showed no care to the patient. I work for healthcare myself and I know how things are but this is unacceptable.

Can't get ahold of any receptionist. If you call it won't put you on hold it just brings you to the voice-mail.

Valerie at the front desk is always very professional, pleasant & extremely helpful with any questions I have. As well, there really are no words to express the gratitude I have for having Dr. Linda Wong as my Doctor. She is knowledgeable & one of the most caring people I have the pleasure of knowing. An amazing clinic!

My fiance's Dr moved to this clinic and they are completely and utterly useless. They refuse to give her the rec so she can get her mri done and insist they can't legally give it to her and it has to be faxed over. Here we are 1 entire month since her appointment and they put it in their system as faxed but have yet to actually fax it. Gave two numbers to fax nether one has received it. Try calling they either don't answer the phone or have their phones off as a msg answers right away saying they are on the phone. For 2 straight hours I think not.

Their on line appointment system never worked on me. When I called, they never picked up the calls. I had to go in person to make my appointment. They asked me to sign a release form so I could book my appointment on line. Did what they asked but still not able to book appointment. Worst in the industry for patients not able to see their doctors when needed and no improvement at all.
