Enjoy Cleaning is a professional cleaning business that takes the guesswork out of schedule and staffing changes that can come with working with an individual cleaner. The team is managed centrally, provided training and all staff are kind, pleasant and thorough. Feedback is encouraged and welcomed. I appreciate that the staff come in teams of 2 or 3 to clean your home quickly and that rates are flat rate depending on what you want to get done and the size of your space. I've been with Enjoy Cleaning since 2018. Management is very responsive and approachable with any needs or concerns.

I have been using enjoy housecleaning for many years. They have been prompt and provide a good service for the price. Anytime there have been any issues they have professionally step forward and rectified any problems very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them. They have accommodated me last minute as well as scheduled cleanings weekly for prolonged periods of time.

I have used this company twice now, and am scheduling regular cleaning with them. The office staff were very friendly and responsive, and kept me up to date with emails and texts. The cleaning staff were efficient and professional. All the areas that I asked to be cleaned were completed, and in a timely manner.

I use Blue Team cleaning services bi-weekly to keep our home clean. We have a large Chocolate Lab that sheds a lot and together with Blue Team I’m able to keep up. The ladies are very courteous and work hard. I’m happy to recommend them as they were recommended to me when I was looking for a cleaning service.

Three young women arrived, right on time, to clean our home. They first had a walk around to organize themselves and then went to work. They cleaned our house thoroughly in about 2hrs. 30 min. Pretty good we thought for 3500 sq. Ft. We want the same team right back!

We had three cleans with Enjoy house cleaning: an initial clean, and two subsequent bi-weekly cleans.
The first clean was outstanding - the team of three arrived and we shared that part of house is still under renovation, while it's sealed off, it's dusty and there were boxes everywhere and we just wanted them to help us feel a little bit cleaner and under control. They did so much more than I expected: reorganized all of our boxes hidden behind the sofa to make it easier to clean around, got under every cushion. The place was sparkling and it was such a great first impression.

All downhill from there, unfortunately. Our second clean wasn't scheduled in, so I contacted to confirm the date and time. On the day of, noone showed up. I called and left a message with the office, the receptionist couldn't offer any timelines for a response and didn't have access to any booking info to confirm if we'd even been scheduled. I called again a few times, emailed. I had guests coming into town that afternoon and needed to know if I needed to take time off work to clean myself. I ended up doing just that and finally got a call from Joy to say they'd messed up the booking and she'd send someone out asap. They came, they did an okay clean, but I was just so grateful to have anyone show up that I didn't mind going back around and mopping the bits they missed and wiping down the window ledges and tables that they'd skipped. I then asked via email whether we'd get the same cleaners week after week as the first group were great, the second less so.

Third clean. I could cry. Well, actually I have cried. After they left, I discovered that our new bathroom faucet, less than a year old, had been damaged. They'd scraped the powder coating off the ring at the base of the faucet, with abrasive cleaner or a sponge, who knows. I reported it to Enjoy immediately and got a response saying "our cleaners said they didn't do it, they just used soap and water to clean it". I dispute that since the whole house smelled of cleaning products, not soap, and they left a sponge behind on a previous clean that clearly had a pad. Who did, then? Before they arrived, it was like new. Now we have a damaged beyond repair $360 faucet. Mistakes happen, and sometimes you don't realize you've damaged something, but the owner was so dismissive of even the possibility of accidental damage. Their disorganization and their lack of care for my space makes me unable to recommend them despite our initial great experience.

This is the worst example and experience of house cleaning I have ever experienced. I am not sure what definition of "deep cleaning" is when only the baseboards in the living room and the windows that were cleaned and of couse the kitchen counter tops were wiped. The there was soapscum still in bathroom sink; grease behind and on the side of the stove. The baseboards in the kitchen were still dirty. The cleaning staff broke and left broken pieces of the bathtub stopper in the tub and tore out a repaired screen net in the sliding door area. The place still smelled like it did before they entered the unit (no evidence that cleaning detergent were used). What exactly is your definition of deep cleaning?

We had a difficult time finding a new cleaning service after our previous cleaning lady moved. After trying three other avenues (unsuccessfully), we finally stumbled upon Enjoy House Cleaning, and are so glad that we did!

We’ve now used their services 4 times on a biweekly schedule. As they send cleaners in teams of three, they are in and out of our house with record efficiency. Despite the different teams we have met, each of them have done an excellent job, leaving our house sparkling clean. We appreciate the small touches, such as folding our towels “hotel-style” and imprinting flowers in our Kleenex/toilet paper rolls!

It can be difficult to communicate with the cleaners due to the language barrier; however, we don’t mind due to their great work. Communication with Joyce (the Owner) is not an issue. I appreciate her dedication to customer service and openness to receiving feedback.

I really wanted to love this business based on all of the reviews, but unfortunately will not be using them again.

I was overcharged on hours, and the cleaners missed a few items that we asked them to do. If you are using this service, I strongly encourage you to keep careful track of when the cleaners arrive and depart - perhaps take picture evidence or call the main office to confirm right when they arrive and leave. Super disappointed that this happened.

They did a deep clean of the house and I was surprised as to the detail that was cleaned. Highly recommend them.

Enjoy cleaners are the most professional cleaners I've ever seen. They are always on time, never had a cancellation from them, and the most important: my home is always spotless! I work from home, so it's easy for me to see if a place is not cleaned properly, since I am at home most of the time, and every time the cleaner leaves my place, there is NOTHING that wasn't done in perfection!

I had requested my relative to assist in handling this and he has given this team a very high complementary to them. They have done a very professional and high standard of cleaning with little supervision. All pre-agreed tasks were completed with high standard and quality. My relative doesn't need to even worry about their services during the scheduled date and time.

We used enjoy house cleaning for a few months when we needed some extra help. They were easy to work with and did a great job. What I appreciated the most was that a team of at least two people would come at a time which meant that the house was done top to bottom very quickly. Would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been using Enjoy’s service for a few years now and I love it. Coming home to a clean house is amazing but with them not only the house is tidy and clean, but their customer service is also great, their staff is nice and accommodating, fast and great quality.

Wonderful people to work with and they do a very nice job. The cleaning staff work very hard and quickly but don't skip details. I appreciate there is a checklist where we can both agree on what I would like to have addressed during the cleaning.
