Absolutely hidden jem! Loved this place, some hills but very manageable. Beautiful scenery with creeks and rivers. There was old concrete that looks awsome. Lots of parking. Highly recommend!

Smaller trail. Very easy. Has turtles and cat fish in the first pond. Bring frozen fruit to feed them. Please don't litter, there are garbage bins.

Wonderful groom trails, can't get lost in there. Lovely river running through with bridges and wildlife. On the edge of the city and farmland, you would never know it was there.

Saw 3 turtles, flock of blue jays, 2 huge green frogs, and 1 crane. A great place to check it out.

Definitely not strolller friendly. But it wasn't too bad. We saw some snapping turtles and for a little while we're convinced we were lost.

Loved every hike here. Streams along the way. Interesting trails well maintained. Wish everyone who uses it would pay for parking. Money goes to keeping trails walkable.

Lovely little conservation area. Trails are well marked and maintained. No garbage cans available so be prepared to hike your garbage (and dog-doo!) back out with you. Actually saw a CLOCA employee while out on the trail, so nice to know that the area is staffed and maintained.

No bathrooms or outhouses, otherwise I would have given a 5star rating.

Also parking is too expensive. Should be half what is charged!

Beautiful trails.

Two parking areas. One starts from the turtle trail that leads to the cedar trail and the rest up north. The other parking area starts from the grouse or trout trail that leads back to the cedar etc. $6 for parking. But very nice place and worth the money.

Very disappointed there were no garbages for waste even though you pay a $6 parking fee. No wonder no one else scooped the dogs waste!

I think it was $6 to park all day. There are several well-designed trails. It's very open; great for families with young children. Just don't get too close to the snappers!

Must get there early, as it tends to get crowded on weekends. Short trails, and only moderate difficulty for the average hiker with places to sit and have a snack. Tons of dogs and their owners, so beware with bringing small kids.

Our daughter suggested Inniskillen Conservation Area, as she has been there with friends. They saw minnows, and turtles, unfortunately we didn't. But a lovely walk, a deck to stand on, and I am not someone who normaly would go here, but I truly enjoyed myself and she did, and dad also.

Several kilometers of trails and variety of open areas beside fields as well as overhanging treed paths. Can get a bit dark in the forest if it's overcast and evening, but it adds to the "forest charm. " The mill trail no longer has a mill. The only thing left is a concrete support denoting where the mill once stood, but this is a very hilly area, and provides some amazing photos if you want to take the time to capture them! So bring your camera!

Beautiful setting in Clarington. Ruins of an old mill, free parking and pay parking. Trails range from 1.5K to 3.5K. Trails cross the creek, pass through cedar forests. Picnic tables and pavilion are available

Very nice and well maintained area. I would highly recommend to take your kids. Had a blast at the pond with kids.

Pay and display parking is tricky when you don't know how long a walk you're in for, but a well maintained and enjoyable walk with good routes.

Well established woods and beautiful landscapes. Hikes are pretty short so go on all of them lol!

Beautiful little pocket of nature amongst farmland, cute little creek that passes through the circular trails. Definitely great for an afternoon outing.

Very quiet and peaceful, lots of decent trails to walk. The building itself was a bit damp but I chalk that up to time of year and stopped once the Wood fireplace got going. Decor-wise, very community focused. Overall very pleasant.

A nice area to enjoy a walk or a hike through a well groomed trail. We took the puppies for a walk today and I wish we had snow shoes.but we still made it

Quiet and peaceful but devoid of life. No squirrels, chipmunks or even birds. Strange. $3 cash parking for one hour too.
