December 19,2023 at 11: 20am truck number 058 cut me off on Victoria street by not stopping for a stop sign, then swerved all over the road blocking two lanes of traffic. Might want to do a sobriety test on this driver as he's not fit to be driving, and shouldn't be behind the wheel of a vehicle.

Update: There is no doubt that you are covering up for an addict and your managers description of the interaction is a lie. In the future I will pull over and deal with this individual myself. Fair warning.

Don't even have the common courtesy to ask if people need to leave their homes when they're doing work in neighborhoods and blocking people's driveways.

Terrible company

Super weird how I set up an account over the phone when I first moved to my address in kitchener a year ago and now that I’ve asked to set up an account for a new address- they’re telling me I must come into the office and that they never set up accounts over the phone- even tho I definitely did last year they basically called me a liar and called me confused lol.and yet somehow I have never set foot in their office once in my life and have an account with them

Be nice if people in office knew how PICK UP THE PHONE! AND WHEN DO GET AHOLD OF FRONT DESK SENT TO ANOTHER LINE WHERE WONT PICK UP PHONE
