We rented a car from here for visiting Niagara falls. We delivered it without any problems. Thank you very much to Quinn for his polite and helpful approach. We totally recommend it!

We rented at this location while our car was being repaired after theft. The team there really helped us arrange the best car for our needs. They were very flexible regarding pick up dates and helped us when we needed a second rental period. We really appreciated how professional and friendly the staff were. The location hours were also great. I'd hire from here again for sure. Thanks!

Needed a car while mine was in the shop and this Enterprise was recommended. They picked me up and were very understanding when I wanted a different vehicle. Had booked me with a sedan but I wanted something smaller. The Corolla was fine and there was no hassle when I dropped it off and they drove me back to get my car. Very easy to deal with and I’d rent from them again.

I was impressed by the effort they put to ensure that I had an amazing experience when renting.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.we went about a month ago to make a reservation and ask the salesperson if they were open for civic holiday and he said that yes they are going to be open.
A week before we went to make sure that everything was as planet the same person denies that he told us that they will be open for the long weekend.
The day that I went to get the car I asked him for the GPS and he said that it willcost me 15.99 per day.
I got the GPS and it wasn't working.
When the store manager came with another one he told me that the price was 12.99 so the salesperson was a liar and a the theef.
I would not go and rent a vehicle from them anymore.

Experiece was great until the last bit happened. One star for the drop off. The guy from Guelph would tell you why. Learn service again bro before you start telling you will do this or that. Living your life here you should have and could have done is learn since you're coming 1 hour for work to do customer service. Fist bump after that you douche. Really! Stop wasting others time. Ended up getting an hour bus ride where it should have been 20 mins if dropped rightly as he said and if said 'No' to my request id still have reached in 45 minutes anyways.

The policy to drop off in Enterprise should be done right not amidst the hurries or worries of employees having to get somewhere soon and leaving customers stranded at some other location not even having the courtesy to drop off the nearest bus stop.

This is the best Enterprise, experience and customer service wise! We have been waiting for our new car for about 8 months so I've rented a car at least once or twice a month out They are the only ones that offered pickup and drop off service, I didn't even know this was an option! The service is always top tier and everyone is super friendly. I ended up getting an upgrade a few times so that was definitely a plus as well!

My experience with Enterprise was one that will stay with me for a long time. The customer service that was offered and executed from the moment I started with them to my final interaction was beyond superb.

I was picked up from my body shop and taken to Enterprise and matched up with a vehicle that was similar in size to my own. Toni was great and did a full walk around and made sure I understood the terms and answered any questions I had.

When I returned my car I was greeted with a smile and serviced within 3 minutes of arriving. I was given a list back to my body shop and that was it. Simple easy and well beyond any expectations I had.

I will be returning and do recommend that you visit this team when in need of a rental.

Tony Montana was an incredible person to deal with. Got me the exact car I was looking for, was professional, friendly and it was a quick and easy and hastle free process with him! Would definitely recommend the Dundas and Windermere location to anyone I know. 11/10

Accidentally went to the wrong location but the team here were lifesavers in ensuring we could still get a car from them without having to go to the other location - all right at closing time. A+ experience.

When my Toyota broke and was siting weeks on Ken Shaw lot Enterprise saved me and my kids! Without them I couldn't make it! Good deals and great service!

Warst Station ever seen, especially if you are not front north America. Impatient and unfriendly, at least that guy who was attending me. Avoid to choose if possible!

Don’t come here! I booked a car 3 days ago for 10 AM. And they called us 25 minutes before pick up to tell that there is no car!

I’ve had many rental cars experiences before but nothing compares to the prestigious experience Tristan and the other employees provided to me. I originally thought I only needed the car for a week, ended up needing it for a month. The whole process was seamless and effortless from my side. I couldn’t be happier, would highly recommend getting a rental car from them. Thanks again Tristan!

Ordered a car for last weekend and got an upgrade. The cost of renting has gone up since last time, but the car was nice.

Horrible experience charged me twice, called four times never returned my call even when promised the last time absolute terrible service, stay away from these guys
Called the customer complaint office head office very nice, was told by her that someone would call me back that day never happened, they really dropped the ball

I conclude this is a very well run branch, after renting from this branch 20 times.the manager is very efficient and professional.

I've been here at least half a dozen times and have never been disappointed. Cars are always clean, new, and in great condition. I've never once been charged for something I didn't expect. Staff are always nice - even when they're slammed. 100% recommend this place.

I was here yesterday, it was a good experience. I have rented a car and they have sanitized the car interior and exterior. Employees helped me with lots of options to choose from the available cars. It was excellent experience and I will be back soon. Highly recommended!

Incredibly friendly staff, I really like renting here. When booking make sure you talk to this location personally. If you try to book through the main office you might get you a car that does not exist. The people here know what is up though! Once I booked through the main office and someone called me from this location almost right away to let me know the main office had messed up and they were out of cars. Saved me a trip down there, was very appreciated.

Couldn't have had a better experience.
-I was attended to immediately by two different people when I walked in despite them being in the back area
-I was given the business card of the person handing me the keys in case I needed it
-The vehicle was visibly cleaned and came with a sanitizing wipe packet
-The employees called each other 'colleagues'
-I didn't even have to pay for the extra hour I had it in the morning because I returned it close to opening time

My go to location, almost every alternate week. Courteous and accommodating personnel in charge of a well maintained location.

I live nearby, so I use this location often for its convenience. The pick-up process is fast, the staff is professional and the cars are in good condition. I wish they were open over the weekends. I almost removed a star because of it.

Super friendly staff and brand new fleet, highly recommended! Not to mention the safe pickup/drop-off during covid lockdown.

Ray and Jordan have been extremely helpful and professional through every one of my visits. (over 50 rentals) The vehicles are clean and sanitized and I'm in and out quickly even when there is a rush. Hats off to this well oiled machine and thank you for your dedication through these hard times.

We had a fantastic experience at the location. Tristan, the branch manager, went out of his way to arrange for us a safe, reliable SUV and had it brought over from another location. My wife is pregnant so he made sure new winter tires were installed when it was discovered that the old tires were bare. Talk about first class service. The team here is responsive, professional and very efficient at what they do.

I rented a car over the weekend at this location. They gave me a bran new Hyundai venue which was better than the one I booked. The car was fine but the customer service was just amazing!
Everyone here was very professional, helpful and carried themselves with such unparalleled level of professionalism that I wanted to ask them to hire me. Thank you for making this regular guy feel welcome.

Be careful what you sign, double check they do what you asked them to do. I gave to the guy my own insurance which covers rentals and and after a month a charge came for 12 days rental.

I have rented from this shop for close to 2 years now, for both personal and work. One of the best customer services. Team is really dedicated and truly tries in everyway to make a delightful experience for customers. Austin is a great manager!

Austin and all the staff are great people! All the renting process was smooth and clear.
The cars are brand new and the prices are very competitive. Austin also dropped us of at the train station when we returned the car.
We will definitely come back here whenever we need a car!

Michael at the front desk was great despise it being a very busy day with it being the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. There was a lot of people arriving all at once to collect cars and they managed it very well.

Having rented many cars over the years, I've dealt with some terrible and some great rental locations, and have learned many of the red flags. By far the most common trick is to not mark down existing damage on a car and then charge unsuspecting renters over and over for the same pre-existing damage.

When I rented a car here, the employee did not perform the normal walk around pre rental inspection. When I asked him myself to do it, he refused. I checked anyway and found about $4-5000 of damage on the car. When I showed the employee, he would not mark it down and started arguing with me. After 5 minutes of debate I got him to mark it down before I signed and took some photos of my own. I'm careful because I've had other places try to scam me in the past.

Be careful when renting here and make sure to protect yourself. Insist on any damage being recorded before you take the vehicle, or just rent elsewhere. This location (or at least this employee) was sketchy.

Unprofessional customer service, it seemed like they were having a bad day. They were supposed to give me something similar to my Kia Forte 2018 but they gave me a Nissan Micra (very ugly on the inside). I just did not like the experience and I did not feel they cared about my situation.

HUGE thanks to Eric for helping me out when I needed a rental. I'm originally from Mississauga, I was given a faulty car by a different Enterprise location and I was unable to return my rental for a swap due to their hours of operation.
I went to this location since they were open later than most locations and they were able to provide me with a replacement rental right away, it was very much appreciated!

It's refreshing how interested these folks are in my satisfaction as a customer. I feel like they really care about the work that they're doing, and they care about having me as a customer.
They always take the time to call they day before the rental as a reminder, as well as follow up on the day of return, to make sure my experience was a good one.
And it always is!:)

I have been renting vehicles for a little over 2 months, and I have to say this is the best location I have ever dealt with. I specifically only go to this location because they are accommodating, caring, kind and they strive to get you what you need. They go up and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Every employee is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this location for all your rental needs.

Highly recommend enterprise, vehicles rented are always clean and work well, the employees are always flexible and do their best to help.

Enterprise was cheapest for our multicity rental Montréal-Toronto. There was no problem at all but the drop-off where we were asked to pay 150$ more. After 10 minutes of search for the mistake staff asked us to take a look (we had detailed balance as well as they). Despite this they did not manage to find what we saw from behind counter in half minute - there was CDW accounted twice. Even though we knew where the mistake is, they were not able to fix it. The next day we got a call from Montréal Enterprise with apology and correct sum with nexplanation of language misuderstanding between Quebec and Ontario. Otherwise a good service.

All I can say is, If you need a Rental car you can not go past this place for friendly and courteous service, Great range of vehicles and one of the most convenient locations to choose from. Michael and the team there cannot be beaten on any level!
