During a very stressful time needing a car urgently Anothen Nanthakumaran made my visit feel seamless. He was pleasant, kind and very throughal. When I dropped of the car he made sure everything was ok and that I was happy. I have never met anyone with such great customer service!

I was very happy with how helpful the staff was and ultimately flexible in making sure I was comfortable. Getting a hold of someone was tough though as they kept telling me to call back and then ultimately weren’t answering their phone. I also never got a confirmation of my returned car, even after I called and was promised that I would get an eMail confirmation.

This is one of the best rental locations I have had.

Despite the small size and rather dated looking parking lot and building, the staff are very polite and friendly.

Highly recommend.

These guys are doing great. I was meant to return a car on Dec 23 at 5 pm (day of snow storm) and turns out they were present. Hats off for making it to work on such a day.

Excellent customer service! They also have a pick up and drop off service that can’t be beat! Jack, Josh and Anothen were amazing! If I need another rental I will definitely come here first!

Staff is very friendly but their equipment used are lousy. Like they have to scan my driving license 4 times. In general, I think the wait for them to get everything ready is a bit long.

Always the best service ever! I've been dealing with these young men for years now. And to see them rise from car cleaners to manager is a blessing. Company head office is run by professional harrasser dropouts. By far the absolute worst car rental agency worldwide. Customer service is like a day at the circus. Lots of clowns. And as for employees they cant even help themselves. They run a military style of buisness. Best stay away.

Had to rent a car during THE MOST expensive time of year. Not only did they give me a better rate, they made sure I was ok with it. Enterprise has been my “ go to “ as far back as I remember. Reserved a compact but the manager Leo upgraded me to an SUV. My car was taking forever to be repaired so I kept calling and extending my contract, always dealing with Leo! I cannot say enough about this young man! He was BEYOND kind, professional, accommodating, and patient! I will ALWAYS go back BECAUSE of him, I hope Enterprise knows how fortunate they are to have this employee and treat him accordingly!

I got a last minute request and they helped me to get exactly what I needed.
Very satisfied with their service and their selection of vehicles; the cars are almost brand new and in perfect shape and condition.

Terrible service & I don't think CARS are being Cleaned before Renting out to other clients. - rented a car from this location and by mistake left an item behind. Called within 24 hrs and the car was already rented and my item was never located or thrown out by their team. The Manager of the location said that he picked up the car and never saw it - as the item was on the visor, during cleaning its was disposed of instead of putting in the lost and found. As we are in the middle of the pandemic it makes me think that this car was NEVER CLEANED before renting it out. As if it was cleaned they would have found it. Or if it was cleaned they threw it out not contacting me about the item left behind. When i called the location they were very rude and insisted that they are not responsible for anything left behind. Yes this is true, but customer service should be their number one priority. Regardless, i think the biggest issue is their Health and Safety Protocols During a Pandemic. If an item was not located right after me dropping the CAR and then Rented out it means this car was NOT CLEANED!

I was in the Richmond hill location to pick up a car according to my reservation on July 24th but the employee in the Richmond hill location refused to respond to me and closed the door on me. I had reserved a car because I had guests from out of town coming on Friday night and I wanted go yo grocery shopping but unfortunately I left the enterprise without a car and had to walk more than 30 minutes in hot weather and was worried about covid 19. I eventually had to get an Uber for the shopping.
I filed a complaint and I talked with Michael, Ewey and other employees who all promised that they would investigate my complaint but I have not heard back from them. I talked with Joe in the Richmond hill Location about my complaint and he said that they do not care about the mistreatment and my complaint and will not do anything about it.

Best Enterprise center in terms of prices (prices are so great that you won't even mind spending some on travel to this place). Great customer service, friendly staff who are eager to help you with everything related to renting. Cars are clean and as good as new.

The people here were nice and customer service was helpful, but ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AFTER.

They charged me a drop fee of $75 instead of a $15 jumpstart fee, AND charged me $5/day+HST extra for the damage waiver for a more expensive car (after they gave me a free upgrade since they didn't have any of the car I actually purchased in stock).

An update on previous post, i just checked my Credit card and there was a credit on my account.however, i never received a notification or a copy of my credit. I had to call them numerous times to get this done. I don't think I will be dealing with this location regardless of the credit.

It's about a month now that they are supposed to call me to swap the car but they haven't. The girl told me she will call me before 3 today and I knew that she won't call and she didn't. Already sent the email to customer service so don't ask me again.

I just rented a car from this location. It honestly couldn't have gone better. I was running late because I had been having a really difficult morning. I suffer from anxiety and things had been building for me this morning. When I got to the Enterprise, there were a couple people ahead of me. The phone was ringing a lot and it was making me feel even more anxious as I was already very stressed (not Enterprise's fault as they were helping customers). When I started going over my reservation with Sam, I asked him to answer the phone, explaining that I suffer from anxiety, had a hard morning and the phone was making it worse. He immediately answered the phone, which I was so grateful for. He was SO understanding, calm and kind, which helped me feel more calm. He made the whole process easy and clear for me, which I really needed. He also gave me a discount, which was very kind. The great deal of humanity that he showed means everything to me. He didn't get upset or impatient with me, as people often can, but instead treated me with such respect and empathy. I am SO grateful for what he did, and will certainly be calling on Monday to speak to his manager and ensure he is recognized for going far above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much Sam!

They are quick, kind, flexible, and easiest when making changes or cancellations. They also don’t attempt to defraud you with bogus charges. I returned home confident I’d made a good choice in using this office for my rental and will definitely use them again for return trips to the GTA

It was easy to make my reservation on the website and I just need to pay there. They didn't have the car I ask for, so I received an upgrade.

Terrible Service, even you was on the lane, and they still will help people randomly. They wont give you the right car that you should get, and the car are very dirty. I am not recommond for anyone if you just looking for the price becasue you do not feeling trust and confident with them at all. Its not about how they want to fix the problems, One lie after another, and you do not have any option. Very Unprofessinal.

I am not sure if they know word SERVICE. I was Staying (not sitting) in the line for more then 15 minutes because they need to see a line. Sitting people are confusing for them.
Moreover, everything was very slow. This branch need more people and some stuff training.
Today I was calling regarding email of my car return. I did not get confirmation of car return. During the call, unprofessional female voice without asking reservation number or my name, informed me that they are waiting insurance confirmation and drop the line. When I called the second time, the same voice pretended not hearing me and drop the line.

WORST. EXPERIENCE! Everyone was so rude and they talk with such an arrogance as like you owe them anything. On my bad luck I was hit and run with the rented vehicle and had to pay $1300+ for 2 scratches on the rear bumper. When trying to find the way to adjust the cost noone would even try to be polite or make even a small effort to help me. Feeling so unjust and frustrated. Never had such a client unfriendly experience.

Service agents were polite but misinformed. I was incorrectly informed about rentals when you get a rental while your vehicle is being repaired. I was told my insurance would cover the cost of a rental which was not true. I had to pay out of pocket.

Was recommended this place by my brother who has had positive experiences using this service. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised and will say he was right! It was my first time renting a car but they made it simple and accommodated for my fumble (since I rented it on another weekend by accident). Within less than 5-10 minutes could drive off the lot which was crazy fast. Even after returning it, they checked in and readjusted my initial cost assessment since I returned it early - would highly recommend and will definitely use it again when I need to do a trip!

**warning** People beware of this place! I would never never rent from this place again. They charged us $200+tax detailing fee for accusing my husband that he has been smoking in the car. I fact my husband and I are non smokers. When we got the car, it already smelled so bad (like someone has puke in the car before) that everytime we got in the car, we had to open all the windows. I even suggested my husband to return and get another car, but he was going through a lot pain after the accident so we just stick with it. We had the car for about a month. When we return the car, TONY from this place gave us the rudest attitude and most disgusting customer service that we ever felt. He was like we would never rent a car to anybody if the car smells like this. I am hundred percent sure that your husband smoke in the car. There are ashes on the side of the doors (which are just some dirts). Trying to scam our hand earned money. WHYYYY do we have to pay for something we did not commit? ?

Never Again i would rent from here. Their manager Daniel shouldnt be a manager does not know the meaning of a true customer service. As for their cars, not good. If you want to be safe don't rent from here.

Don't rent from this branch. Their vehicles are old, engine issues. Manage is useless Daniel Jandreeski as well as assistant manager Parmjit Flora. Don't waste your time, they don't know how to make customers happy and their service is very poor.

Fairly busy place, amid multiple body shops surrounding it and a collision center across the road, but service was great (loaner car was arranged in advance by the insurance company). Would recommend and use it again if needed in the future.
