Really helpful walked in and walked out with a vehicle which was helpful as we needed a rental due to an accident they were really nice and great customer service

I recommend Enterprise Rent -A-Car to anyone who needs a car to move around in the city of London.
The process is real quick and efficient. No appointment is needed. My intentional Drivers licence and international passport were all that it is required from.

Don't accidentally leave anything of value in a rental here. When you call the next day to retrieve the item, they say they cleaned out the car and nothing was there. So before you drop off the car at this location, ensure you have all your belongings.

I had a fantastic experience renting here. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the rental process smooth and hassle-free. The vehicle I rented was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for my trip. Thank you Sunny, Moe, and Mary for your amazing service!

My car rental experience with Enterprise was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into their office, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and efficient service.

The Ford Expedition I rented was in immaculate condition, both inside and out, providing a comfortable and luxurious ride throughout my trip. The car's powerful engine and smooth handling made every drive a pleasure. Enterprise's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Returning the vehicle was a breeze, and the staff was equally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Enterprise for their top-notch service and quality vehicles.

I was taken care of by Moe. He couldn't be more helpful and attentive. Gave me the car I wanted with no fuss and was very proffessional. I appreciate people like him who take pride in their job and show up with a sociable and optimistic attitude. Will rent again.

An awesome customer service experience I have had at this branch. Moe Chams is just phenomenal! His customer service skills is unmatched. Moe always go above and beyond to help me and provide all the assistance I need. He always makes things happen and puts a smile on my face on each visit. Hey Branch Manager, I highly commend Moe Chams for his excellent and selfless customer service. Moe is definitely the perfect candidate for a managerial position and I see that happening soon! It definitely shouldn’t hurt to give him a pay raise and some bonuses for now. Good job Moe. Keep up the good work!

If you don’t have a credit card you have to show that you have a post paid phone bill. If you use a pay ad you go phone they deny you car rental.

Awful customer service, I called to ask about a charge to my credit card and got hung up on by you’re employee rashid He’s apparently even a manager there, can’t answer a question in a professional manner.

I have to take rental car through collision center appointment was booked, I suppose to have sedan car against my sedan car but they don't have it. I rented the Mercedes van And after few days I told him I need to change van to mid size car. Moe gave me time to come on Friday at 2 PM. I reached their 3 minutes early and saw other party was taking mid size sedan car and they told OH we had this Sedan and we rented out, you can have SUV.due to collision I kept 3 weeks rental SUV and insurance paid them.
I never seen mismanagement like this. I gave them zero star due to not committing the promise.

Rented a truck for a week of camping up North, great deal and friendly staff at the Hyde park location as well as Wharncliffe where I returned truck. Easy online booking and preregistration as well as quick return.

It was a pleasant rental experience, I rented for a total of 30 days with great service and car condition.

Worst company ever especially the London Ontario West location. No staff available to drop off vehicles to and very poor customer service on the phone, very rude. Spoke to main office in Toronto and they were even worse. Beware of this company, use any other rental company like Hertz etc NEVER USE ENTERPRISE

Terrible customer service, lazy and rude!
Doesn’t matter what day or what time it is they never have any vehicles for rent.

THIS IS THE WORST ENTERPRISE. Steer clear of this location! The supervisor refused to help me because I was 5 minutes late and she wanted to go home. I called and said I would be about 15 min and would she please wait for me she said sure… when I arrived because I’m not a magician and can’t control traffic I arrived about 5 minutes late and she refused to help me because it was time for her to go home after I specifically called and ask to wait and I WAS ON MY WAY! Horrible customer service, rude and had no solution! Will never use enterprise again! I really needed a car THAT DAY and she was still in the store when I got there and refused to help me because of 5 minutes after I had made a reservation online and filled out everything.

Best car rental in London. Dealt with Sunny, Claire, Steph and Rajinder, the service here is one of a kind. The car was brand new with all options at a great price. Highly recommended.

Great staff.made sure we had everything we needed. The drop-off was smooth and easy and fee's were exactly what we expected up front. They even called on our drive the next day to make sure everything was good. Would highly recommend.

When I needed a rental vehicle, everything was prearranged, they picked me up in the car that I was to drive thus I did not have to move my belongings to another vehicle.definitely a bonus on that as it was raining. I was able to sign a contract while in the car, yes we did a walk around to inspect if there was anything wrong. Vehicle was returned when my vehicle was ready. They emailed me my contract, no hidden fees.very smooth transaction.

Enterprise has been amazing! We called to ask for a Jeep Wrangler for my daughters graduation parade and they went out of their way to find and reserve one for us. Both the car and the service were amazing! Thank you!

We rented a car last weekend and returned it without damage and on time with fuel topped up. Then we were told that we were being charged $150 for smoking cause they found what appeared to be ashes in it. I was with the car for the 1000 km and can guarantee nobody smoked in it but didn't seem to matter because the employee got suspended for letting it go in a different vehicle we rented. Albeit we didn't smoke in it either. Another example of bending rules to fit their own. Will definitely start going back to Oxford location. The vehicles are clean and in good working order. The vehicle was practically new. The only reasons they received 2 star rating!

Was able to make reservation without issues online. Show up and because I'm under 25 I was unable to get the rental when no whwre on their website do they specify this to be the case. Called costumer service and they told me I was right but regardless they could not get them to rent me the car.

Stone chip on a vehicle, was told by 2 other Enterprise locations not a claim, we can switch out the vehicle. Same thing was originally conveyed to me at this location. My receipt, low and behold I get a $500 damage claim surprise. This location never communicated to me in advance that this was going to happen, and contradicts what I was told by both my original rental location and on Horton Street. This location needs to work on their communication with customers, and start by just being up front and more honest.

I have to say the team at Enterprise was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help me. I would drive across the city to go to them. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I got in a car accident, unfortunately. However the team at enterprise helped us out so much and made the transition into a rental car very easy and are dealing with the insurance directly. Zack, Mitchell and everybody else in team was just amazing!

Having just landed in London, I had walked into the store and they were extremely busy as it was the Christmas rush. I wasn't aware that I had should set a reservation, but it didn't delay them in helping me get a vehicle. Their service was fantastic! While I was there they also offered to help another customer in driving them back to their house to pick up their credit card to help them out. I would HIGHLY recommend this particular store.

The worst customer service experience I have received in a long time. We were in an accident the night before and were promised a rental car for pickup the next morning. When we arrived they said they didn’t have any car for us but would reserve a car for pickup after work at 5: 30. One of us had to Uber downtown for work while the other drove out of town for work. When we arrived at 5: 30 they didn’t reserve a car. One car was dropped off before closing but it was not cleaned and was a very basic compact car. They stated they would call us to switch cars when a better one came available. This was over a week ago and we have not received a new car. I would never use Enterprise again.

Rented from here for a couple of days. The customer service was great. Everything was sorted quickly when picking up and dropping off. Plus, I was dropped off home after. I was very pleased with my experience.

I rented from this branch some time ago (Forgot to mention it at the time). I was picked up from my home without asking. Drove to Ottawa where a tire became flat (Can't blame Enterprise for that). Car replaced immediately in Ottawa with an 'upgrade'. Three weeks trouble free. Returned to Hyde Park, and received a drive home (Without asking). My impression, after reading other reviews, is that there are too many entitled immigrants / refugees trying to rent a car.

Put in a request for a certain vehicle two weeks ago and they didn't have it. Didn't even offer to see if another location had one. The rep tried to sell us their insurance and when we said no, he kept trying to push it anyway. Not impressed with the whole deal. Ended up getting a bare bones vehicle when it's supposed to be comparable to what you own which is a totally loaded vehicle!

No Cherokee no Durango no caravan no compass. Takes too long to get rolling had to decline insurance 3 times omg needed a real suv they have nothing

If your renting because of an insurance claim dont pay for the enterprise insurance. Most policies cover this cost
