Enterprise Rent-A-Car

All of the staff there are pleasant even though they’re busy. Very professional every step along the way she I needed a car rental because of a car accident in my own car. I dealt with at least 3-4 different staff members and they were all helpful and responsive.

I dealt with Cary and the team at Scarborough and everything was amazing! My insurance sucked and they were great with all the details in helping me navigate through everything!

Biggest scammers. Please never rent from these guys.
They will charge you for the manufacturer defect saying that it is dent and we did it.
SCAMMERS.

Very good experience. Tyler was very good in making renting a car easy.
Was given three choices of vehicles.
Was explain what dents and dings car had on record, and was on way quickly. Also explained to bring car back at gas level it had.
And the young lady who took the car back at end of rental, was quick and efficient. The only thing I would recommend is not to rent KIA RIO to anyone over 5'9". Loved the car though.
I would recommend Enterprise to anyone. Oh, and the young lady is Cary. (Sorry about that).

Cary & Tyler were great to deal with - very friendly, knowledgeable & personable. Were so happy with that location (Scarborough- West Hill) that we referred my brother-in-law there for his 30 day rental!

This rental office is very professional, and staff treats you like king. I like their customer service.

The staff are super nice. This location was great & convenient. They helped me with everything, checking in and out was quick and easy. The car was beautiful and smooth to drive, had no issues. Will be coming back to this location in the future.

I made reservations on Saturday and system sent me check in link to pick up vehicle. This morning I came in and customer service is very rude. They said they didn't have any car for me even though I received check in notification. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

This is a terrible, terrible car rental company. No proper SUV, repeated communication only cheap models and poor service! I don't understand why the insurance company chose such a rubbish car rental company! Never want to come back!
They don't care what you say specialy Mr Cary R.or if you come back and recommend! They think they are strong enough! Do not need to care about the customer's needs and feelings! Hope you open your eyes, the same money why such a service!

One of the best car rental experiences from this location. The staff are fantastic and very welcoming. I had the pleasure of dealing with Caitlin, who was quick to answer all of my questions and had me out the door within a few minutes. There was also a minor discrepancy from my email quote vs.what the computer was saying - which Caitlin was able to figure out by the time I dropped off the rental. Thank you for the great service!

Every time I rent a car from this location, it is a totally satisfying experience. Last week we rented a car again and had the pleasure of dealing with Jacob. He was very helpful and courteous. I will recommend this location to anyone who wants to rent a vehicle.

I have been an enterprise customer for a few years now. By far this enterprise location has outstanding customer service and staff. They went above and beyond for me from having the vehicle ready for pickup and immediately meeting me outside of the vehicle upon arrival. Rented almost a month ago; it was fast and easy, nice car they gave us. BUT I still have not yet received my deposit! They said they mailed out the cheque (which we both confirmed the mailing address) & went to wrong address‍️ Second call: they said "we'll call you back before 4pm" nothings been done. And today, they say it might be here in two more days‍️ WTH is going on!? Bad bad. I was going to go back but I'm not sure now. No discount for next rental then forget it.

My car broke down and this was closing car rental place. They gave me a great car with good winter tires and they also allowed me to drop the car off near Mississauga. Thanks guys!

I rented a Ford Fusion Titanium during my bumper repair. I started getting spoiled by the auto cruise control. I'm fully driving again in my old clunker.
Friendly staff.

Once more this is my favorite location to rent and pick up the car. It's wide variety and selection to chose from is a delight.
The vehicle's could me paid more to detail in cleaning, otherwise another amazing rental.

Could have better customer service.
Over charged or over prices, either way nothing was done to rectify the situation. Not a good selection on vehicles. Been refused or not provided drop off or pick up services 3 times now? What's the point of offering a service you really aren't going to attend on providing. Long time customer- considering going with another company.

$135 a day for a minivan.very nice guys. Like charging $40 for a Lysol during the pandemic! Exploit the people's weakness when in need.

They made it really simple, i filled my details online and paid off the desk. 2mins in and out.
I chose a compact car, bc of parking.
After returning it, they even dropped me off at my place.
People are nice and caring, I'm definitely renting next time too! Peace

Update: I went there again for second time.
I went for Volkswagen Jetta GLI (2019) *i consider this one of my best decision ever*

This German car was fantastic, especially in sports mode the Turbo kick in on 2000 rpm and you feel it. It helped me to quickly move in and out of the traffic. The suspensions were comfortable and the cabin was very quiet. Plus I loved the android auto support.

Whenever I rent a car it's pretty much always from this location on Kingston Rd. I often get free upgrades and have driven some great cars here. Once reserved a standard car and was offered a Dodge Charger.uh yes please!
Easy to drop off car after hours.
Staff is always friendly and the Aussie guy is always 'On'. Very friendly dude.
I will continue using Enterprise at this location.

It's been a while since our last car rental experience. Today's pickup encounter was a textbook perfect blend of professionalism and congeniality.

I have rented from National, Enterprise, Avis and Hertz from different provinces all around Canada. This particular Enterprise location in Scarborough had the best customer service out of all of them. The branch manager (Chris Sporton) is a valuable asset for Enterprise and I hope they understand that. I honestly would recommend other Enterprise locations to learn customer service techniques from the manager at West Hill. I have also rented from other locations in Toronto including the airport, and I can say that other locations are a bit behind in terms of customer service.

They provide pickups and drop offs. They rounded down the gas. They agreed to remove insurance once I realized it was covered by my company and after I had already agreed to it. They called the next day to make sure evrything was to my satisfaction. Would definitely rent a car from that location again.

I was interested in renting a car and have used Enterprise in the past, just not this location in particular. I was about to check them out, but decided to read some reviews first.and found that there were so many reviews that seemed quite consistent in theme, 1) how rude and poor the customer service at this location was 2) they either overcharge and or have shady quotes/overcharges. There was one scathing and detailed review that was even very specific and spanning months. You cant make this up. Thank you everyone who wrote reviews so customers like me who actually look at reviews find them helpful to avoid a bad experience! I'm actually surprised after reading the consistently bad reviews how they seem to be operational and Enterprise head office hasn't done anything regarding staffing and consistent complaints about dishonest business practices is baffling. Lol

Very very busy location.staff was awesome and helpful. Only downfall is parking is horrible there. Would have given 5 star if parking was better!

I was in and out so fast I couldn't believe it. Shout out to CHRIS who was incredibly friendly, accomodating and professional. I chose a bigger car than I'm use to, He called me the next day to make sure I was still happy with my choice and offered to swap it if I wasn't. Even if you need to travel further, THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO TO RENT A CAR. Thanks for rhe great experience guys!

Rented a car with Enterprise in West Hill. (Scarborough) This company will be the only one we use now! They have amazing customer service. The employees are SO nice!
No insane-hidden fees.
They were upfront about everything and I had such a pleasant experience dealing with them.
It was a breeze renting the car, had keys and drove away in ten minutes.

Had the best experience with a rental company ever at this location - I believe I spoke with Chris, then was given a shuttle home by Tarik. Everything was quick, easy, and they were really friendly and helpful. You can tell they intentionally go above and beyond with their customer service.
