The office was clean the individual at the front was helpful. Didn't have the type of vehicle I was looking for to rent it didn't have. But if you are looking for a luxury vehicle to rent I would suggest this car rental agency

Terrible rental experience! Chose this location for a week, mid-size SUV not available. Settled for dirty VW Jetta sedan with coolant oil error. Awful 1st time with reputed dealer like Enterprise. Avoid this place due to lack of options.

I had a not at fault car accident in Feb of 2023. My insurance company suggested assured repair shop which scheduled for mid March 2023, The repair shop arranged for a rental from this company. I was picked up by ashven and brought to the location (it would have been a 15 min walk or $6 uber). Paper work was filled out. I was dealing with jake. A deposit was requested (pretty standard). $300 on my debit card, and assurances they'll be able to return the funds immediately upon return of the vehicle. I was on my way. My car was ready the last Friday in March 2023. I returned the rental. They tried to process the deposit return to my debit card but could not. I was told they would send a cheque from head office. Ok. I requested the check to be sent to my mailing addresss as opposed to home address. Address was provided. I was on my way and picked up my car. April 3rd someone called to say a cheque was being sent. As of April 24th, no cheque was received. I called and spoke to jake who said he would get back to me in an hour. That didn't happen. Thanks jake. 2 days later, I call Enterprise customer service to enquire.matter has been escalated, some regional manager would get back to me. That didn't happen. May 2nd, call the location and spoke with the location manager. He would contact head office and let me know and puts me on hold. Someone else picked up the phone and said the manager may have emailed his accounting department. I guess he is waiting for them to email him back. I've been on hold for 90 minutes now. They can take your money fast enough but can't communicate properly or return your deposit in a timely fashion. If Assured collision wants my business due to an insurance collision in future they'll have to make arrangements with another company. If they can't another company will get the insurance business. I bet I could save my insurance company money dealing with another rental company and i'll bet I could save the time on get my deposit refunded. Such a headache. Never again. While i've been on hold is a running commerical for "treating customers the way they should be treated. Thank you as we are running a family business in a corporate world. Near as I can tell, the only thing famly about this business is they ignore you like family. Great. After being on hold nearly 2 hours either someone hung up, or the system disconncected. So I called back. Spoke with ashven again. He took it upon himself to actually call some accounting coordinator. Their office in scarborough will cut a cheque and will deliver it this Friday may 5,2023.6 weeks after vehicle was returned. For a family business to ignore you, 6 weeks might be a speedy resolution. Sheesh.

May 5,2023 dear HH, what info do you need and how and why should I contact you? Why don't you contact the branch, find out the info get your act together? Its almost as if you expect customers to do the work, this is why you/your business (if you are the owner) deserve a 0 star rating. I have called the branch a few times, I have called customer service also. Now you want me to email some department instead of taking action. You can do better right?

See, even the canned response from enterprise is lacking in ability to take action and address issues.

I have been renting from this office for over 20 years and I just love this place - very helpful and super nice staff. They treat customers with respect and always act professionally. Definitely recommend for friends.

Rented a Ford F-150 from Enterprise at this location when my car was on a fix. The truck was in a very good condition and the entire rental experience was super pleasant. Their staff were professional, patient and willing to offer help. Highly appreciate help from Howard and Jake. Recommended!

Worst Service and Scam going with TD Insurance! If you can avoid going here then do so. Td Insurance has teamed up with these people for there Policy holders that need a vehicle while there's is being fixed! I am still trying to resolve 407 bills that a third party is billing my Mastercard Months later!

We rented 2 suvs online. When we arrived to pick up the first car, all was good. For the second one, they said they had no cars in store. We needed the car to pick some people up at the airport, so we had to figure out and make 2 trips to the airport with the 1 car we rented before. When we went back to pick up he second car when they had it available, they said they didn’t have suvs no more, so we ended up with a mini van that none of our drivers were comfortable with driving due to its size. We also had to drive to a further location to pick up the van. Awful experience, we didn’t even get a discount. The cars were clean and ok, the staff was polite but the issue with the time and the car availability were just awful.

I have rented from Enterprise for many many years now, and I continue coming back because of the high level of customer service I receive from the staff. When Covid hit, my usual location shut down, and much of their staff relocated to Woodbine location. Since then, many have come and gone, but EVERY SINGLE PERSON to work at the Woodbine location takes the time to know their customers, remember their names and life events, goes truly above and beyond to assist them and make sure they're happy. If I could give them ten stars I would. Anthony, Albert, Ollie, and all those who came before (Jenny, Jaqueline, and many I'm missing for sure) - I hope that Enterprise knows what they have in you all. Without you and your world class customer service, I'd surely be going elsewhere. (Hoping corporate reads this next part as it pertains to them and their decisions - the ONLY downside for Enterprise as a whole, is that their rates make it no longer affordable for me to rent 3 or 4 times a month. The prices are outrageous and it would technically be cheaper for me to buy a car at this point. I sincerely hope that you at least look in to bringing back weekend specials so that those of us normal folk who rent on weekends to do shopping or visit family can afford to do it more than once a quarter) That said, to the Woodbine team, I'll see you this week!

It's a very good location in terms of customer service, they provide pick and drop services for local customers. Staff always tries to find the best possible experience for your rentals. The only issue is the wait time as it is a pretty busy location with lots of cars.

I sincerely hope I don't ever have to deal with them again. They didn't treat me kindly, I felt like a criminal for taking up their time.

I had to come here for a rental as someone backed into my parked car and it was in the shop near by.now most of the staff here were very nice, it's just the person I had to deal with up front was very abrasive, dismissive and did not a thing to help. He would ask me things a second time "are you sure? Can you double check because I'm not doing it twice for you! " and it's not that I had the information wrong at all in the first place, I just suffer from social anxiety disorder and I sound very soft and unsure when I have to speak in person. His unacceptable treatment continued, I won't go into everything he said to me because of the length it would take to write. I shouldn't be required to explain that I have a non-visible disability because it's not normally a problem with people.

This happened about three years ago but it's something I think about still and probably always will. Some days I ask myself what I did for him to dislike me so much? Was it because my skin isn't the same color as his? I'm not a rude or entitled person so I can't imagine I said anything to upset him. I'll just never know, some people are just unkind and for no given reason.

Mostly not a bad experience. However on the day that it snowed, I repeatedly called to tell them it is not possible to return the car but they said that its possible finally they charged me for that day. I should be refunded for that day amount I guess.

Clive is by far the worst manager I have dealt with at enterprise. I am a platinum member who has been using enterprise for over 4 years now so i know what to expect. I phoned in once asking for a qoute and instead of giving me a qoute he redirected my call to the call centre. In my 4 years of dealing with enterprise I have never had a rep or manager answer my call and then redirect me to a call centre to complete my qoute. Never! Clive makes doing business at the woodbine German Mills location extremely uncomfortable. Ever since Jaclyn relocated and Clive took over i have noticed the customer service have gone down significantly. The managers and reps use to be very helpful outgoing and would go to the extreme to make sure all customers are satisfied. Thank God for Jenny or else this location would have no hope.
Now I refer all my business to other locations and now I travel out of my way to further locations just so I do not have to deal with Clive's unhelpful negative attitude. I can prove and back up everything.

This is a great location! I highly recommend going to this location!

The Branch Manager - Jaclyn is amazing and accommodating! I have followed her all the way from Toronto Regent where I had an unpleasant experience. If it wasn't for Jaclyn I highly doubt that I would have continued business with Enterprise.

If you need a vehicle whether it's retail, corporate or insurance replacement - I recommend the Woodbine Markham location. Kudos to Jaclyn and her team!

This location is terrible. It has the most Useless and worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. My friend rent a car there with his credit card (for deposit) and my credit card for (rental fee). And she recorded both me and my friend’s driving license and credit. Few days later I asked woodbine customer service if my friend failed to return the car before the deadline. Am I gonna be charged? She said I have to ask my friend. I asked few more questions, the answers are go ask ur friend. WTF. My friend doesn’t work there! And she claims she can’t find our information with mocking and disrespectful attitude.

Great team! Staffs there are patient and professional. I needed a car when my car was in the body shop. I didn’t know which car was good to pick, they are very helpful and pick it for me and let me change back and force. I also bought a insurance from enterprise. Their own insurance is a bit pricey though. But in snow season is better to have it. Overall, great service!

Terrible experience I had with Keyanna Vanloo.
I been renting with enterprise for a long time and not once did I ever experience this type of behaviour.
I hope enterprise gives this person extra training as he seems to be needing it.

I rented a Nissan Sentra from the Woodbine branch on December 20th they were very unprofessional and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The Sentra was dirty and it took them 20 minutes to clean inside. The brakes were bad and I took it back, and switched out the car to another car. Always check the paper work even on a swap. They refused to honour my secondary driver, as Costco lets you have a free additional driver. They wanted another hold, even when I offered my credit card, they refused. Overall, my experience was ruined and I didn't enjoy my rental experience. ;

Really bad services as a company but not a particular store, the policies of company keep changing all the time. Always something happened after the car booked which trapped you in and cannot cancel the contract. Definitely won't recommend.

Last week, I had to rent a car as mine was in for repair. I normally rent from the Stouffville or Pickering locations but as there were no cars available, I was sent to the Woodbine/John location. A few days after renting, the car died and I was left to call CAA for a boost on a very snowy day. I reached out to the location and was told "what would you like me to do from here". Not exactly the response I would be expecting as a client that is having issues with their car. When I returned the car to the Stouffville location, I specifically asked to speak with a Manager from the Woodbine location before any charges were put on my card. I did call back again, and was advised that the Branch Manager or Area Manager would call me back.needless to say, I was charged in FULL for my rental, no one called to discuss my experience and I was left completely dissatisfied with how my account was handled. So much for being a loyal Enterprise client.

I made a reservation through this office (making sure to check and double-check the pick up and drop off times with the representative on the phone). I called them the day of because they hadn't arrived at our arranged time and I was told that my reservation did not exist. They said they could do nothing for me and I was transferred to another Enterprise office. Now I'm stuck scrambling trying to book a reservation last minute because of their mistake.

We didn’t have a stellar experience the first few days with our car rental but things were flipped instantly when Devon S.came to the rescue! He ultimately saved this from being a 1 star rating! Customer satisfaction always goes a long way. We ordered a rental car for almost 4 weeks. It also didnt help that the woman who assisted us lacked enthusiasm and her attitude wasn’t so friendly. I can understand if she was having a bad day or to what I observed she was not really supposed to help us since she was responsible for making the courtesy phone calls to customers. Enterprise had 1 person at the counter so she decided to come over to the counter to help out her colleague. However, this doesnt justify her attitude as she lacked consideration and never bothered to offer us another car since we had to wait an additional 30 mins for the other person returning the car. With 2 small kids this goes a long way as we were waiting for the person that was returning that exact car. By coincidence the customer that was returning the car ended up being right beside us at the counter dealing with another Enterprise associate.

Our Enterprise representative then excused herself to check on a reported car issue. We overheard her conversation with the other customer as he stated their was an issue with the fuel gauge not showing properly. This is the exact car that we received. It had a bad musky cigarette smell.  I did ask her if we can change the car due to the long wait and instead I was told that it will cost us extra if we wanted an upgrade and they didnt have any extra cars for what we ordered. Afterwards she spoke to her colleague and passed him off to us to complete the rental process which was to just check on any exterior scratches on the vehicle and check how much gas was in the car.

As we drove off the lot on the 1st day we didn’t realize the cigarette musky smell until we put up the windows. For a few days we drove with the windows down in hopes to air out the smell but it was still lingering around. My wife even vacuumed and wiped down the inside of the car to try to eliminate the musky smell. With some constructive criticism I do suggest Enterprise should ensure there is a thorough check on the inside of their cars (cleanliness and odour) before it is passed onto the next customer.

Now, onto some positive news and we decided to call in to Enterprise advising this issue. Devon was very understanding and professional. I came in to make the car swap and without hesitation Devon not only did things seamless with the car exchange but also gave us a car upgrade due to the inconvenience it has caused us. I can say Devon is one of the most professional individuals I’ve ever met. He is a people person and he is able to ease any unfortunate situation into a positive experience. If anybody needs a car rental ask for Devon!

I've rented vehicles from enterprise before, the other locations I've been to were all great. So I didn't think twice and decided to rent from Enterprise again.

I rented a cargo van from this location (7390 Woodbine Ave). The day I went to pick up the vehicle, the service speed was fair, personnel was fair, however when I went to the check the cargo van, it started going downhill from there. The vehicle had mud stains all around and smelt like wet dog inside. I asked the employee about it and if someone had a pet inside and he said "that's all they can do", that they weren't able to clean the car stains and that no one can have a pet or smoke in the van. I asked if they had another van, but they said it was all booked up.

My main concern is the ability to inspect the vehicle for damages. This location expects me to inspect the car for damages when it has not been cleaned and has stains all over, which will cover up any type of damages beneath the dirt. Sadly, being under a huge time crunch I had no other choice but to take this dirty vehicle.

While I was loading items into the truck I found animal fur all over the truck. I had to unload my items and clean the inside of the vehicle due to allergy reasons. To say the least, I was not happy. This not only delayed my scheduled events, it also cost me unforeseen distress, time, money and effort to clean this vehicle.

When I went to return the vehicle, the staff went to check the vehicle for damages and said he found damage to the vehicle. They said they'll need to take the $1000 deductible and bill me the rest of the damages. I explained to them I purchased all the insurance and coverage packages and options they provided and and even restated the fact that they gave me a dirty car where I am unable to properly check the vehicle for damages. They rebutted by saying it didn't matter and that I am liable for the cost of the repair. They pulled out previous rental contracts of the van and found some damages recorded on the sheet however said it was my fault for not checking properly.

To summarize, this enterprise location provided a dirty and damaged vehicle to use and claimed that there were no damages to it when in fact there was. Now, they want me to pay for the damages that were pre-existing.

What a scam!

Please avoid going to this location.

Most recently had a fender bender and ALEC went OVER and BEYOND my expectations as my insurance screwed up TOTALLY. This is not even my closest location and I wouldn't go to ANY other locations except Weston/7 location. Alec definitely defined customer service by his words and validated it with his actions. All the staff are amazing!

Knowledgable staff that help you with your rental needs. Very busy in the morning, so book a rental ahead of time or go a little later in the mornings. They have also not written or recorded my reservation on two separate occasions, but were able to find me a rental within 30 minutes.

Dropped off my rental here and the process was really quick. Great customer service, they greeted me with a smile, and also gave me a ride to the nearby body shop so I could pick up my car.

Everyone in this location is extremely friendly and polite. Left my phone in the car once and had it returned.

Only thing though is sometimes when they check the gas they check from the side and the meter is distorted from how it looks head on. But they waived the fee when this happened so they don't lose a point.

Not to sound too cliched but Enterprise Woodbine definitely went above and beyond in their customer service. Chad and Chen both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the whole Rental journey - from ensuring that my car was ready on time, to handling of the insurance and making sure I got a ride back to the garage. Although I hope my car never gets hit again, I would definitely go back to enterprise the next time i need a rental.

Arrived on one of the busiest days of the year for a rental car. Was supposed to be prearranged by the autobody shop but was not. Despite this and a relatively large crowd of people I was still able to get a vehicle. The manager was absolutely amazing and organized. His ability to multitask was formidable! Had he not been present, I cannot imagine how things would have ended up!

Called the Trunk rental side for information on how much the truck would cost with insurance and any other details I would need to know.

First time they answered their phone as advised me that I would need to speak to the commercial side. After which I was transferred to a dead line. Assuming it was mistake and I had been transferred to the wrong place. I called back assuming I would be transferred again this time to the correct person. Who ever was there decided to stop answering the phone and just let it ring out, assuming they were busy when I called back a second time. This time the picked up and hung up on me and didn't bother to say anything.

Needless to say I will never be going to or calling this location. All around terrible experience.
