My car is in the shop after getting hit by a deer, between dealing with insurance and arranging for repairs the last thing I need is a bad experience renting a car as I navigate through this stressful time. Happy to say that Jaiden at Pickering Enterprise has made this a smooth process, he is attentive and pleasant to deal with, and when a few issues came up with the rental approval from the insurance company, he worked with me and quickly resolved, which I appreciated. Shout out to Jaiden, great job!

Rented a car there last weekend to attend a Funeral. Matt, Johnathan & the young lady that help me were very professional, courteous and were very helpful. I work in the Customer Service Industry and was very please with the service. Great staff. Johnathan thank you for picking me up and the pleasurable conversation. Exceptional Service. Chris

Matthew and Sarah did an awesome job looking after me when I needed a rental while my car was getting fixed. Great customer service and attitude from both of them and will definitely rent future cars from this location.

I made a reservation for a seven seater car for one week. I received the confirmation for the car rental. The rental office called me 3 hours before the reservation saying they don’t have a car to give me and that they only saw my reservation the morning of. They didn’t provide me with any resolution. They simply said they could not give me a rental. Terrible customer service and overall experience. The manager Matt is uncooperative and rude. Do not book with this location, they have no respect for your plans or time.

Had a great experience with enterprise. The staff and service was great. Literally took them 5-10 minutes to check us in and give us our rental. The suv we rented was beautiful. I would definitely come here again to rent cars

I told these people so many time don't charge from my credit card, before you charge it let me know I need a invoice also I will pay myself that bill but they didn't

I rented a car for 14 days and the return day was January 2nd. I went to the enterprise store on January 2nd and the store was closed. I had to return the car on January 3rd and they charged me a day. I explained that the store was closed on the 2nd and they DO NOT have drop off services and they still charged me a whole day. Pure garbage! Will never rent a car there again! Avoid this store as much as you can.

Matt, Henry and didnt remember the other tall guy who assited me when i returned the car. They are really a great team and i got the rental through insurance claim and if any of you gone through accidental claims recently most of the time they are writing off the claim and the whole process is taking a month or more. The team is good enough to provide me with a car and even extended 2 times from the orginal date of my return just with a call.

Consider it a coin toss whether your confirmed reservation will lead to a car being available for you. Had a reservation booked, confirmed by email only to be told they have nothing available 10minutes after the pick up time. Not before, but after. Worst service you can imagine.

Unfortunately after a renting a car, from the Pickering Enterprise 1199 Kingston rd, the toll charges that were incurred during the rental period were directly sent to Credifax collection agency. This happened twice for the same rental, months later, and months apart. They made no effort to contact me upon which if they did I would have paid the bill. Instead W. Davis from Credifax London contacted me with a nasty letter, and when I talked with him he was derogatory, rude, and and down right awful to deal with. This has been an awful experience and I will never go back to Enterprise. I warn people if they rent from there to be aware if they take toll highways the charges they incur could go directly to a collection agency. Never again!

They had cheap car. And after handing over next day told me screen cracked and charged card. Be very careful.

I had the worst experience with this rental company. Got into a car accident late last year and my insurance company told me that they would arrange a rental for me and informed me that I have coverage of upto $3000. I wanted to choose a different rental company but Enterprise (this branch) called me first thing in the morning and said that everything was arranged and all I have to do is pick up the car. So I went, I was asked for a credit card (not familiar with rentals so I asked what’s the credit card is for) and was told that it will only be used for toll fees or fines which makes sense. Been using the car, when I realized that I have been using the car for a month, I called Enterprise to check if I still have coverage as I didn’t want to end up paying overuse or what but the guy I spoke with told me not to worry as I have $3000 coverage and that I have only used about $1000. Also, they have not contacted me or did I receive any call from my adjuster regarding any issues. When my car got repaired, I picked it up and returned the rental same night. After a few weeks, Enterprise called me and said that they would have to charge my credit card as my adjuster has not responded to them yet. I explained that my credit card shouldn’t be charged etc etc and told them that I will help them check with the adjuster on whats going on. I even contacted Enterprise head office but was just ignored. They even sent me letters saying that I won’t be allowed to rent from their company and other affiliated ones like Alamo (Thanks for the warning!) So my credit card got charged wrongfully, I kept getting collection and stressful emails like I caused all these chaos… Again, I believe I did not miss anything on my end and this company just did not want to work with me. Now my adjuster just wired me the balance which I fully paid thru Enterprise website. I understand there was an issue with my insurance probably but me as a customer or client should have not experienced such stress. Enterprise Pickering never again.

. I made a reservation nearly two months ago for a full sized SUV for this weekend March 18th. I called multiple times over the past weeks to ensure my rental would be available at the requested, each time I was met with an assurance.

This week I try to book in and I'm having difficulty, they don't exactly have my vehicle ready and every time I contact them they give me the same answer " it should be ready". Now I'm less than 24hrs out and they're informing me they don't have my vehicle ready but a smaller one.what's the point of having a booking system if you're not even going to give what people asked for? Every time I've called today to find out what's going on I was met with "we will call you back"

Their office is now closed. I need a vehicle for 8am and I cant reach anyone on the status of my reservation. Don't offer your clients something they didn't ask for, fix the situation.
