Eh, I went to pick up the car on a Saturday just before 12 pm (they close at 12 pm on Saturdays). I confirmed my bookings online, so it was a fast check-in for me.

The staff here is really nice and professional, especially Abdullah;who helped me find my lost valuable.

The staff at this location were quite accommodating and responsive to my last-minute requests. I returned the car with less fuel than it was initially provided with, but to my surprise, they didn't charge me for it and even considered it as a gesture of goodwill.

Got a rental from my insurance company through Enterprise. They provided me with a vehicle similar to mine. Service was exceptional and timely. Seamless transaction. Will definitely use them again.

I have used this location a few times but not in a while. They provided us excellent service, especially with the quick pickup and drop off process. They really took the time to ensure that we had what I needed for our road trip. I will use them again in the Spring.

They don't seem to like to serve the customers of insurance referral ，they look very annoying, and hope more companies compete

Outstanding Customer Service! From pic up to dropoff, Akash and his team went out of their way to make sure that my first time rental of a truck for moving was a pleasant and issue free one. The truck was a new Ford and I had absolutely no issues with it. Only complaint I have is they didn't offer me any of the wings they were enjoying for lunch. My go to car rental spot located within Markham Village. Great customer service experience. As promised, Daniella had the rental ready for me to pickup within 30 minutes of my phone reservations. When I dropped-off, staff was just leaving out the door as they were closing. But they stayed around to check-in my rental. Many thanks to Albert and Jaclyn.

After negotiating for a long time they gave us a GLE Mercedes which has mechanical problem. Car doesn’t accelerate fast and feels very heavy to speed. Not happy overall

Great service. Everyone is super nice and friendly. I’ve been using them for over a year now and really happy.

My experience at this location was very good. Ketura E. Mason, Branch Manager, handled my reservation along with a bunch of other people renting, retuning and waiting for a ride. She handled all of us efficiently, calmly and respectfully. It was a group effort so I would recommend this location.

However, returning is a pain. Poor weekend hours and no drop off box. I went Eglinton location to drop off. Their Drop box is out if service, yet the customer service rep, based out of Alabama said it was working. Please get that sorted. Otherwise, good experience.

Booked a car 2 months in advance and when we went to pick it up, we were told they didn't have the car type available. They gave us a small sedan with FWD and worn-down all season tires in the middle of winter. We requested a full-size sedan with AWD and winter tires. When we complained about it, they said it was out of their hands

Worst Enterprise ever. Gave me a car with low tire pressure- one tire was at 21, washer fluid ran dry in a week, car smelled like something died in it. Clearly they don't properly check their cars before renting them out. Will never come back to these guys, let alone recommend.

Staff at heritage road branch were professional and helpful. Rented a car twice from them during my holidays and found the process fast. Unfortunately during holiday season it was impossible to get a hold of them via phone but thankfully they were close to my place of residence. So in person, they answered all queries patiently. Car itself was very low mileage. Thanks again to Albert and team.

So apparently all the Enterprise car rental phone lines are nust there for fun, I was on the line for such long time that the machine dropped the call itself.
They claimed that they have no cars to provide as they have they own customers, and I had a car from another Enterprise that I wanted to change, so they wouldn’t even face any less of availability for their “customers”. They did not get a single star like the other branch only because they showed some effort to try to provide me with some solutions.

Staff were efficient, courteous and service was excellent with my interaction with them when I picked up the rental.

Location was busy but process was fast when returning the rental. In and out, when there is someone who looks after returns specifically.

I made reservations on friday and system sent me check in link to pick up vehicle. This morning I came in and customer service is very rude. They said they didn't have any car for me even though I received check in notification. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I do not recommend renting a car from this company. They're a bunch of scam artists, claiming damages hours after the return inspection and pass. Attributing damages behind my back after having already inspected the car and closed the rental agreement. I suppose they want to claim damages in order to pocket my security deposit of $300 and perhaps steal more money from me.

I'm irritated to be honest!

Rented cars from them for two weeks when my car was in body shop after an accident (insurance covered the rental). Allowed me to upgrade to other cars for a very (extra out of pocket) reasonable price. Switched between f-150, chevy tahoe, hyundai elantra and finally ram classic. Had a great time. Super friendly staff (all of them), never did complain about my frequent switching.

Extremely poor communication plus service at this Enterprise. Staff were friendly, but our reservation that was made by CAA Insurance after our car got rear ended couldn't be picked up until 11 days later. They apparently had no cars available and had a wait list of 30 people. Unacceptable from this Enterprise Rent A Car, especially considering that it's the kind of place you plan on walking in and out of with the keys. Ridiculous behavior by Enterprise. Whoever chooses to over book rental cars does not deserve to work in the rental car business. Never going back to Enterprise, I will definitely be looking at using either Budget, Thrifty, Hertz, or Avis from here on out. We used to only rent from Enterprise, as they always had the best deals, but this is completely unacceptable! At least the staff was professional.

Had to rent a Full Size SUV for a recent road trip to the US. Was able to reserve it online without any issue. Upon picking up the vehicle I noticed there was an issue with the cleanliness of the vehicle as it appeared it wasn't vacuumed properly. I brought this to the attention of Ketura, the Branch Manager, who promptly apologized and made arrangements to compensate me for the time I spent cleaning the car. I was thoroughly impressed by this as they went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% satisfied with my rental.

The rental itself was a 2021 Chevy Tahoe LT as noted on the website, so there was no surprise with the car. It had ample space for 6 individuals but can seat up to 8!

Overall a great experience renting from Enterprise, I will definitely look to obtaining a rental car from them in the future!

Sheeet i rented car 4 months ago with my debit card they charged me $300 for collateral but still i didnt get that money back

Made a reservation for an insurance claim and never got a call back for pick up confirmation. Reservation was made months ago by my insurance agency with a reservation code. All my calls to this location were routed to the states. The call center could only tell me to wait for this location to call me to confirm my pick up time. My rental is for tomorrow 8am and I highly doubt they’re going to call me first thing in the morning when they open. Called them every day for 4 days and same trash experience.

I am a satisfied customer. I received an outstanding professional service at the Heritage Rd. Branch, Markham. Special thanks to Paul Daly (Rental Manager.) I was in and out in five minutes, and this was in a busy Monday morning. I highly recommend this branch.

I went to the store and expressed my need; the stuff said they did not have a car at the moment so they gave me a booking confirmation # and asked me to come back the next day at 10AM. I called a Uber to get there the next day as scheduled, only to find that there was again no car at all. So what is the booking confirmation # for and why no one called me to not come? What a waste of my time and money! Then the stuff promised me that they would call me the moment they had a car available. Never called. Very disappointed!

Terrible service, charged me $500 for “contaminated fuel” when I filled it up from Costco and the rental card were not clean

Service was great and staff were very professional and respectful. I was in and out to pick up the car. Returning the car was very quick too and the process took minutes.

I had rented a car a couple of month back I was very impressive by the service at location Sujan the person that picked me up from home was very kind and was very nice to talk to i rented from discount last time and it left like a taxi ride when I got picked up and person was quit enterprise felt like Uber very high class when I got to location it was very clean and ever one was very welcoming I got helped by Alex and Christopher I highly recommend this place cars were very clean as well

Rent frequently from here. First time I had an issue - broke the windshield. They were awesome about it, charged me less than half of what I was expecting. Won't rent anywhere else again!

Service is slow but it could be because of covid19 and limited staff. The staff were friendly and helpful once it was my turn. Try to call ahead to make an appointment or call from your car when you have arrived to avoid lining up with a lot of other people.

We had a confusing experience at this location - we were overcharged (corrected later) and offered a car will broken charging pots, but service was very responsive. Make sure to check what your rental quote matches the actual bill.

Ask for ANTHONY! That’s my go to guy! Over the past year he bounced around between this location and one in scarborough. But he will give you the BEST customer service you could ever imagine and get you the most reliable cars.

This location is top drawer. It was the best experience I have had at a car rental agency and would do business again here. They are very lucky to have Kimmy as their Assistant Manager. She goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is fully looked after.

Came here to get a car rental, while my car was at the body shop from getting rear ended. I was helped by Mitch and he was super helpful and friendly.

Customer service is quite impressive here. Everyone is nice and friendly and the car I rented was amazing. Would come back again!

This is the BEST location ever to rent from. I have been renting for years and from many different companies and location in the past. For the last couple of years I now mainly rent from this location. Matt, kimmy, Lucie and the whole gang are extremely GREAT! Best Customer service ever! They always look after me like I am a queen. I always use their pick up and drop off service. I got a Free upgrade on my sons birthday to a fabulous X3. Loved it guys. Thanks. Definitely will be back next week.

Great rates and great service. Had a slight problem with the rental just after I received it and the team worked to find a solution that was least inconvienient. Priveen then worked to make sure I was satisfied with the service after the fact. I will be back!

I've been renting from Enterprise for years after a bad customer service experience at one of their competitors.

The staff at this location are always friendly, helpful, and looking to get the best experience for you.

For example, on my most recent rental I got bumped to a premium vehicle and there was a miscommunication about price. Upon return, in a quick and pleasant exchange the front desk staff honoured the lower price. I happily extended my rental and will continue to rent from this location when in Markham.

Highly recommended - Enterprise, and this specific location, is definitely top notch.

I was involved in a little accident, and I called ahead and told them situation in a very detailed manner. They looked into it and told me I would need to make a specific amount as a deposit. I went in to the location and they told me I needed to pay double what the lady on instructed me to do, and I know I'm not mistaken because I went over the phone very carefully with her and she explained to me, but the employees were giving me another story as in why I needed to pay teoxd as much

Kimmy and the entire staff were so accommodating. They were attentive and polite. I'll make sure to always pick up at this location. Picking up and returning was a breeze.

I got a rental car from this location as I got into an accident. I was told that they will contact me before I run out of my rental car limit. I got a missed call ONCE and no one ever followed up or try to call me again until one week after. I ended up getting charged for extra days. When I went to return the car, they said some customers like to be contacted once only that’s why they never tried to call me back after a week. It doesn’t make sense to me, when it comes to money from our own pocket, the customer service should make sure customer should be notified by email or text or call. Worst service ever!

I've had a terrible experience with a specific worker there. Paying the damage waiver just like i wanted to and put a 200 deposit before taking the car. 3 weeks later returned the car asking when I'll receive back the 200, said about 3 - 7 days.finally payed the damage waiver off not knowing that there was a young drivers fee? How did I not know about this? Didn't even tell me anything before hand.asked him about it and said it was because for some reason the insurance didn't cover it.that's strange, they covered it last time and got 200 back no problem. I'm paying an extra 125. I might as well use that money to call uber. The workers name was Anthony

So far so good getting the car went smoothly and they where very patient even with our own questions.
