Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Extremely bad customer service! They only care about getting new customers and treating existing ones badly! I called today and asked if they had a Corolla, the woman over the phone said yes they have one and asked if I would like to reserve it. I said yes and told her that I have a Honda from another location but it’s no good so I want to swap with a Corolla. Then, she said I can’t hold cars for you coz I have customers here and I said you just asked me if I want to reserve it. Then she said well I don’t think I have it now and I said you literally just confirmed you had one. Then she said it’s gone now, it’s been given out. What a joke this is! If they keep this up, all their past and existing customers will warn all the news ones not to go to this location or Enterprise full stop!

Mr. Karl has been exceptional; he has gone above and beyond multiple times to ensure that I am well taken care of. He not only picked up a car for me but consistently secured the best deals. When you visit, ask for Karl—he's the one who stands out. Of course, the entire team has been phenomenal, but Karl, in particular, has truly impressed me.

Had a long-term SUV rental from this location. Very happy with the customer service - very friendly, helpful, and provide service quickly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent.

Whoever I called to inquire about my reservation here in the morning had a huge chip on their shoulder and was very unhelpful.l don't care who pissed you off before me but I didn't do anything? I had asked about picking up my reservation yesterday just to get told they had no cars available (which was odd given how I had a reservation.but fine). The lady on the call couldn't even help try to find an available car at any nearby location and just said I can only pick up a car on Friday which would defeat the purpose of me picking up a car at this location. Ended up calling an enterprise near my house (quite literally cities away from here) and bussing home after I'd dropped my car off for repairs.

Wonderful experience dealing with the Concord location for a weekly rental! Very helpful employees and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Ever since I moved here, they have been my go to people for rentals. Been renting their cars since September of last year and they always provide clean cars and a friendly service. Now I will admit that it is not always easy to get them to pick up the phone when you call; which can become an issue in case of an emergency. Other than that, love this place and would highly recommend!

First time having a rental car and I was treated well. Had an issue with key fob battery dying and they handled the issue in a timely matter.

Worst service! Completely rude and unhelpful and hangs up the phone on you when they dont know how to answer you.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a charge for damage coverage that was included in my recent rental. Moments before driving away with the rental vehicle, I was offered the protection coverage by one of your representatives and I asked if this coverage would be covered by the insurance adjuster, the answer was affirmative. I specifically asked if the protection coverage would be paid by the adjuster, and the representative said yes. Only then did I consent to it. I don't know if this misunderstanding on her part but I did not think so.

When I returned the rental I was billed for that protection coverage. I felt I was dealt with unfairly because I was charged even though I was told I would not be. It was indicated to me by my adjuster that Enterprise knew that my personal car insurance policy already covered me, and still offered me. I feel misled and taken advantage of, as I would not have opted in for the protection if I had known that it would not be covered by the insurance adjuster and that my personal insurance already covered most, if not all things.

I contacted Enterprise to speak with the manager hoping to get a refund, especially during a period of high inflation, I thought they would understand, but the manager refused to offer anything. As a loyal customer, I felt that I deserved to be treated with fairness and transparency, and Enterprise's lack of action has left me deeply disappointed.

Businesses should be held accountable for their actions and inadequate service, and I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be aware of the importance of thoroughly researching and assuring themselves of their options before making a rental car reservation with Enterprise.

Wanted to give No Star but had no option!

I want to alert all the future clients of this company that before picking up a rental. Ensure the following, otherwise you will be either in an accident or in an extremely helpless situation and you will be shown No mercy.

1. Check the maintainence records of the rental.
2. Check for any damages or dents on the rental. Take pictures of them.
3. Check the condition of tires. Ask for winter tires
4. If the rental is involved in an accident, save yourself from headache later on and arrange a full inspection of the rental before giving it back.

This company does business on national and international level on their terms and has terrible customer service. Try to avoid them if possible which will be hard because all the insurance companies here will send you to them.

So far my experience with has be amazing. We needed a last minute rental, days before Christmas and I'm so glad we chose a name-brand company like Enterprise (and not some other random places that may have been a bit cheaper but in the past, they were been nightmare to rent from). Be smart and go with a company that has good customer service reviews.

Today I spoke with Carl, he was very treasonable and he is arranging a pick up. I'm very happy with the customer service so far (I will do my best to update upon return).

I received a car that is unsafe to drive, with a damaged tire, the rep told me a week ago, that they will come to replace it, one week passed, and multiple calls and no one came to replace the car.

Promised much delivered little. Do not trust the sales people. Very unprofessional, no contracts are given to you

Friendly but mail you out your deposit in 5 business days wow not happy as l paid deposit through debit but there so called debit system doesn’t return it you have to wait for it to come to you through the mail so you pay upfront $300 but they don’t repay you back when you drop off the rental

I really like Enterprise service especially this branch in particular. They offer pick up service and everyone in the branch are very friendly. They have really good choices. Rasika at the front desk is always welcoming and patient. Karl is also very enthusiastic at work. I enjoy talking to them very much as it feels like we're friends now. The branch manager addresses issues really fast as per my experience. Definitely would recommend this branch.

I trusted the already excellent reviews for this Enterprise (although there was another branch closer to us) and went with this one, and I could not be happier. I enjoyed the whole experience, as it was not only hassle-free but also that I was always treated respectfully and my question/problem was taken seriously and resolved by the staff. I will certainly use your services again. Keep up the great work!

Terrible experience.booked a car 5 days in advance and scheduled a pick, no one showed up at pick up time.when I called the person was like ya ya we will call you when we are on our way.never called back so I called again and they were so rude, called the wrong number and never showed up, going back and fourth I was told to take an Uber if to pick up car…

Hi all its Mrs Patel here. I really appreciate Mr Fernando for help today. Stuck with few things to do because of my 7 month old baby and reached to return car to his enterprise location like 2 min before closing time. He respected my last min work and helped me to return the car rather then asking me to come back next day. I am sorry being last minute customer. But really appreciate your help. He was very polite and friendly. He explained all procedures very well. Again many thanks for staying back to take my car return. All team members are very friendly and polite.

Had a great experience here, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Ben had amazing customer service! They have a pick-up/drop-off service so they drove us to and from the auto shop where our car was being fixed. They also called me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the rental.

This location was absolutely the worst. Brandon and his team were so unhelpful, they were more concerned about their McDonald's getting cold and stuffing french fries in their mouths instead of helping customers. This location was short staffed, unprofessional, and frankly just a location full of young punks who think they have made it into the world of "business". Horrible customer/people skills. Brandon wouldn't even help me carry a heavier item I had into my rental. The renting process took to long. A lot of eye rolling and attitude! Would not recommend using this location or company. If I could give a rating of ZERO I would!

Great service! I was picked up at the dealership and I was also driven home when I return the vehicle stop is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

I used to rent from this location because it is convenient for me. However, they stopped picking up customers southern Steeles street.

Wasnt happy with the fact that I'm already in expenses to buy a new car because of an accident that wasnt even my fault and you guys charge me 3 extra days. If my insurance company told you guys you were suppose to give me 5 days as a rental why on earth did you guys give me 7 days on a receipt. Now I have to pay for the 2 days you guys dated the return for the car which isnt fair at all! Very frustrated with the whole situation and you guys made it even worse for me. This Enterprise location is the best! They actually offer better rates than all other Enterprise locations!

I dealt with one of the managers of this location and received exceptional service. Would definitely rent another vehicle from this location even though I live in Mississauga.

- Great selection from Mercedes, Audis, Tahoes, Suburbans, 300S and more
- Fast service
- Friendly staff, I dealt with at least 3-4 staff members
- The manager even provided me one of her personal lighters as I needed one and told me to keep it. I never forget even the smallest kind gestures. For me small things go a long way.

I've dealt with at least 3-4 locations throughout the past 10 years and I can say, Enterprise is the leader in the rental car industry which is definitely a tough market. Only the strong companies can survive in this industry.
