The guys here are amazing, friendly and accommodating. I always come to this location when in toronto. I even did not take the car from airports because I simply wanted to deal with them. Thank you for the Dodge Charger, the kids enjoyed it alot.

They are totally unresponsive. Will never answer your call. If anything goes wrong with the vehicle while you are renting it and you are stuck with vehicle and you try to call them they wont pick up your call for any help. They never answer your phone calls knowingly. Extremely bad customer service. Good luck if you have to call them for any reason.

The car had a really funny smell to it, this was an Audi and brand new but I assume somebody right tennis prior to me and it has a smell like babysit or throw up

Cancelled my reservation less than 8 hours before I was scheduled to pick up. Worst customer service - how do you overbook 25 cars when you a digital reservation system? I even had a digital confirmation with my credit card number and everything - this is insanely unfair.

We had a non-refundable booking for a cottage and now there are no cars available anywhere. Atleast have the decency to notify in advance if you can't honor the reservation. I'll never rely on this branch to make any future reservations.

Made a reservation for the long weekend and get a call the wee of stating they have no cars. Honestly felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. Whats the point of making of the reservation if you can't deliver.

Spoke with my buddy who used to work here and he said it happened all the time, even the day of, when people showed up to pick up their car.

Go with Avis, never had a problem with them.

Highly would not suggest dealing with the representative named Emma Duffenais she was incredibly dismissive and rude, also had incorrect information… Overall not someone as a business owner I would employ. Apparently she’s the manager so horrible management.

The manager of this branch Emma has incredibly poor customer service skills, it’s unfortunate they have people like this managing a car rental place. I highly suggest another rental company based on my experience with her. At the point I feel her choices are purely personal as the previous manager was wonderful and it is a shame he is gone.

Long story short the day before Christmas Eve a tree fell on our car crushing in the roof. All the cars at the Danforth Enterprise had been rented. As we frantically called insurance before it closed for Christmas we realized we wouldn't have a car for seeing family or our non refundable trip for two days at great Wolf lodge starting on boxing day.

We ran to the enterprise but nocars available. The manager took pity on us and made that extra special effort. He phoned all the enterprises and found a car available up at Birchmount/ Lawrence. Shuttled my husband up free of charge so he would make it on time and waited till our insurance came through. He saved our Christmas and our trip. Someone going above and beyond is rare and makes us loya customers.

Hands down Best rental experience with best rates. I rented a nice Kia Forte for 3 weeks and customer service is amazing always answer you questions!

I regularly rent a car with Enterprise. This was my first time renting at this location and my worst experience. First, they didn’t have the class that I booked and offered a “free upgrade” to another class (which is usual) but the car they offered was actually smaller than what I had booked. The car’s interior was dirty and you could find pet hair everywhere (this is specially annoying if you have allergies). The staff are not very helpful compared to other locations. For examples, when I tried to explain the car is dirty, instead of offering another vehicle or even cleaning this one, he said that’s the best we could do, it is what it is, etc. I also told them that I had booked a car that 5 people can comfortably use, and this “upgrade” you are offering doesn’t have enough space for us, he said “it is an upgraded class! ”
Very helpful. Don’t book here.
Enterprise is great. I’ll keep using them as I did before; however, avoid this location.

P. S.the first car that they offered me was awful and I refused to take it. After arguing for 10 minutes, they agreed to switch the vehicle that was a bit more cleaner than the first one. These pictures are showing pet hair in the second car that they offered. This is the “cleaner! ”

Whenever I need a rental vehicle I always go to Furkan Ahmed.
I've been dealing with Furkan for the past couple of years and have referred him to many friends and family that were in need of a rental vehicle. His customer service is top notch, he always puts his clients first and he has worked at many discount/enterprise locations. Furkan has a ton of experience in his field and I can say that he is an expert at what he does.

Very poor customer service. Shocked. I had a booking for september 30 for a minivan. Called to get the pick up changed to another day. Was told they wouldn't have a vehicle in the desired size I want or need. I purposely made this reservation back in August. Anyway. Guy tells me no problem we got you we changed the day.

I check my reservation on line. NO CHANGE I call back ask why they didn't change it get told I have no reservation. So I got to Chanelle it on line. Reservation not found.

Call back. Turns out no one knows a bloody thing. So now I am scrambling to get a vehicle for October 5 and "they have no cars"

Worst ever. Never using enterprise again. Discount or Budget from now on.

The car sharing service is easy to use, the only issue is the cleanliness of the cars.
It seems like they are not cleaned after every use (I'm not sure what frequency they are cleaned at), so the cleanliness will really depend on the person that used the car before you.
One time there were sticky areas on the wheel, cup holder and other parts of the dashboard, and a mask on the floor. Another time the car was pretty clean except for the floor mats which was reasonable.

The car I rented was completely clean and well maintained and actually I’m writing this to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I had received from Omar, your assistant branch manager. Omar was warm, as well as, accommodating and very helpful to me. At that time, I had only been in Canada for two weeks but there’s an issue on my credit card and had no other options to make the payment done. He genuinely concern for my situation and promptly resolved the issue. Omar is an outstanding employee for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and I hope that this is the kind of service that will be present in your branch all the time.

I was a regular customer of Enterprise for years. On a few occasions, I unfortunately wasn't able to return the vehicle I was renting on time (e.g. Returned it an hour and a half late - after hours) and they charged me for a full 24h. I wish they would apply hourly rates or waive the additional 24h. Not customer friendly. Lost a customer.

While the people are great and usually helpful they never ever ever pick up their phones, and you can’t even choose to stay on hold for a long time as the line disconnects you. This is very frustrating when you want to contact the location to make changes to your reservations and I have to contact the 1-800 number, which is a US customer rep with no local information.

Scammers! They will book the vehicle under your name without you knowing and send you the bill afterwards. Don’t give them your drivers license number over the phone. The person taking the calls is trained that way.

Atrocious hours. Closed on Sundays and past 5pm on weekdays? How am I supposed to rent anything from you when I have to leave work an hour early just to reach the lot before you close. If say I want to leave town for the weekend after work I have to leave work by at least 4pm, and then I can't even return the vehicle on Sunday. I'm beyond confused at who thinks this is anywhere near convenient for the average person.

Staff not helpful, i have emailed them to change car because my wife was pregnant and need different car but your manager nathan didnt reply, i called them they ask me to go down on monday, i went there and she (your another manager, not sure name) told they can only give small sedan even though my account says i am eligible for free upgrade.how terrible service and not helpful at all.and finally i return the car on 12 Nov at 2005 Eglinton Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1L 2M9 and until now i have not received my $200 refund from you yet.calling your shop number is a nightmare as no one will pick up the phone.what else i have to do to resolve my issue, find my lawyer? Its always extra headache to deal with you guys, why cant you make smooth journey for customer, is that so difficult?

The Danforth location is very helpful and friendly. There was a mix up with my vehicle and it was sort red out quickly. I arrived early before they were open, and they let me in. Lianna was especially helpful, and wonderful at her job.

I booked a car three weeks ago and couple of days ago they informed that they do not have a car. My friend came from Western Canada and our journey was ruined.

Great service and lovely staffs. If I remember correctly, the guy guide me today, his name is Nish. He was super nice and friendly. I rent here several time and absolutely will come back just because of the perfect and professional staffs. This location really know how to keep customer.

Great friendly service. Dropped off the rental at the garage where my car was getting fixed and drove me to the garage when I returned the rental. Rental (Chevy Malibu) was in great condition, up-to-date, and very clean. Bonus points for how covid is handled.

The location is a short 2 min walk from Donlands Subway station and Nathan, the manager, was a dream to work with. He is solution oriented, efficient and customer focused. There are closer locations to me but I always choose Enterprise on Danforth because of their unbeatable prices and excellent customer service. Looking forward to my next booking! Best car rental company, we have been renting for the last eight years and never had any problems with them

Would give this place a zero but thats not an option. Reserved a car and went there and NATHAN who was so rude advised me that the car is not there. He had no remorse and was extremely rude. What poor customer service. They speak to people as if you are not a customer. I would NEVER go back to enterprise or that location. Nathan please learn how to deal with paying customers, especially in a pandemic where your business is probably slow.

I find Enterprise has pretty reliably great service everywhere, but this location seems to be particularly awesome. Have rented a couple of times here and every interaction has been kind, quick, helpful, and accommodating. Really admire the teamwork between staff. Will be back!

Excellent customer service, friendly & helpful staff. Reported slow leak in tire & was told go any Enterprise store & swap out vehicle. Did so & no hassle. Had new vehicle within 10 minutes.

Amazing experience with these guys! Nathan and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Cars are always immaculate. Definitely recommended!

The two I dealt with (Thireyona and Nihethan) were both superb. They were professional while being friendly. I highly recommend this location because of these two wonderful folks. The location (Donlands and Danforth) is very convenient as it is close to a subway stop swell as being on a major thoroughfare. They also have a good selection of vehicles. I drove the Chevrolet Spark. Try renting your car here - I'm sure you'll love it.

I had the most pleasant experience with Enterprise. I dealt with Onur, who is very professional and accommodating, plus he has a sense of humour and I left the place with positive impressions. The car was new and clean. I highly recommend Enterprise at Danforth/Donlands location.

Amazing service and location! They were able to help me out with about 10 minutes notice and provided above and beyond customer service for my entire rental period.
When I dropped the car off a few days later, they remembered me, greeted me kindly and even checked in on the event I needed the car for. The entire staff is extremely pleasant to work with.
I can't sing high enough praises for this location!

Loved this location. It's near to Subway line literally a 1 minute walk. The Cars are new and the management is really excited to help you with everything they can.
Ask for Arif if you visit this place.
They have after hours return too. But it doesn't show up on enterprise's website for some reason.

The location is fantastic; just steps from Donlands Subway station.
And to top it off, the staff are extremely friendly, professional and accommodating.
The car and facility were both clean and all said and done, I’m excited to have a solid car rental option in the neighbourhood.

This newly opened site, has great customer service, new cars AND pick up and drop off service. The guys are dedicated to your needs and great service. Plus it's at the Donlands TTC. They are my go-to rental car place!
