Renting here almost every weekend. All the staff is very kind and helpful. Jessica, Shivani and Caroline. Good cars, great service. Jessica did not let me pick an unclean car and cleaned a pick up truck especially for me. Thanks Jessica.

Can’t emphasize the amount of trouble we landed up in this particular outlet. We booked in advance and it was our first time renting out a car in canada as tourists. We were initially told about a sedan and they started the paperwork. But somehow the manager of this particular outlet suddenly felt it was a good day to ruin some new tourists plan and she came and changed our car to a RAM. As drivers with IDP, we repeatedly asked the executive to change the vehicle to something smaller. We could see the executive was wanting to help for us but the manager didn’t even pay any attention to our heed and didn’t give a damn. She even didn’t want to communicate with us. Somehow the other executives were good enough to understand our situation and they redirected us to a another outlet location of enterprise.
Let me reiterate we were visitors in this place and we had booked the vehicle a week prior. The sudden bigotry was very uncalled for and made us feel uncomfortable.

Caroline and her team did a great job catering to my rental needs. Great location with friendly and courteous staff!

Absolutely AMAZING services, NEEL was the one who helped me and provided the absolutely best and most professional service. I’ll definitely be coming back, I’ve been renting cars from enterprise for a while now and because of employees like NEEL, I constantly want to come back. I know for a fact if I need anything NEEL will always go above and beyond to help me out and meet my requests. I have rented couple of cars from this enterprise unit and I am always satisfied with their professional and friendly customer service. They have very well maintained cars and extending duration of rental was super smooth experience.

Excellent service and no hassle. They provide their own insurance for piece of mind. So if you want to rent an expensive car is better off take their insurance. The lady at the desk was very helpful and help me with a ride from/to home. Thank you so much!

Recently got in an accident and had a bit of a hard time with insurance but Enterprise made things so much easier by extending my rental while my car was being fixed. I'm so thankful them and Salman Iqbal for making my day! You guys are great!

Impossible to reach via phone.
Tried calling using the options on the phone to speak to someone, the call kept on being dropped (3-4 times). No option to leave VM.
Tried again using existing rental options - also to just to speak to someone, the call goes through in seconds.

Very strange experience.

Bad Experience! Went in Friday 23-09. Had to use company coupon usually as a business trip I don’t carry company ID cards place to place. Usually never had a problem at other locations to produce a Id. Was turned away without even understanding the problem. I went to an other location and they gladly accepted it. Been using Enterprise for a number of years for business trips and I know when it’s bad.

Insulting me over the phone this guy should not be there it’s a bad reputation from compony enterprise rental that was happened September 16 Friday around 11 am At Dundas Mississauga branch I don’t know his name because he doesn’t wana give it when I asked his name bad customer service

First time renting a car! But after this great experience I will be doing it more often. There were two associates and the tall one was a bit more helpful but maybe the other one just thought I knew what I was doing, he was a bit fast and didn’t show me how to turn on the car because I’ve never used a car that’s push to start. So I had to walk back in and ask. I love how you can just drop it off at the end of the day without it needing to be open, super convenient! The car was clean and felt good to drive. Will rent again!

I always like services from them but sometimes they cars are not very clean and up to standard.

Rented a car from them last week and they made the process very easy and convenient. Very polite staff and no hidden fees.

I am a loyal Enterprise customer since 2014. I have a business card with them. I have rented a vehicle from this location. I have returned the vehicle after 2 hours, but the office was close by that time. They charged me 3 days. I am not a new customer of Enterprise. I have returned many vehicles after hours. If this is the new policy of Enterprise. Well, Enterprise has lost a customer. There are other many car rentals near by.

is always on time and very clean. Due to Covid team is taking extra precaution by cleaning up car and providing
sanitization wipes. Ankur and Fahad are always helpful and have excellent customer service. I will highly recommend this branch to anyone who wants to rent vehicles.

First time going to Enterprise location. The guy there quickly helped me as soon as my turn came. He checked my driver's licence took CC details and gave me the car. He did a quick check of the car for tire pressure, car condition, engine if it's running properly before giving it to me. The car I got is neat. The whole process took me less than 15 minutes.

2 best points - 1st is that I got my rental car in 10 mins and 2nd is that after hour drop off service. Super cool

The manager is great to work with. He's awesome and very professional. The staff there is friendly and nice. I've been there all summer since the covid-19 occurred. I would recommend this location for your rentals. Fahad, you are no. 1.

Now I understand what people say when they say if there was a zero star I would have put one, had the worst experience dealing with this location specially with Wayne the manager, he was very rude, he was Interrogating me about being a customer, I have been a customer with Enterprise for the last four years, I’m a platinum member, he had the worst attitude, so much for customer service that they advertise on their website

I was not very impressed by any means. When I went to pick up the car, which I had booked two weeks prior. When I arrived, they were going to have to cancel my reservation, because the keys were in the safe, and they couldn't get the safe open. They finally found me a vehicle, but two other customers arrived, & they were canceled. When I received the vehicle, it had not been cleaned outside or inside, indicating to me that nothing in the vehicle had even been disinfected, when it is supposed to be, due to the COVID-19 issues. Also the vehicle had only a quarter tank of gas in it. They are not very organized at all. Will definitely think twice before I order from there again.

777 Dundas Street Mississauga Ontario
Arrived in to Toronto last week of January and reserved a car with enterprise. When we arrived at front counter we greeted by a very rude and arrogant south Asian man. He was too busy with his cell phone and not providing customer service at all. After leaving and getting the car I reviewed my contract and realized he charged us for car seat. I don’t even have small children so why add a hidden fee? I immediately went back and disputed the charge and got it removed. The sales rep Fahad is a dishonest scammer who likes to add hidden fees to your contract without your knowledge.

Yasmina, the Branch Manager is an actual gem. Hands down the best customer service and experience. Best rental location in town.

During covid-19, the gentlemen I dealt with at this location (777 Dundas st West) went beyond the call of duty to make sure this gal didn’t get stranded when she needed a car and when she needed to return the car. Keep up this customer service, please! Great service, cars and rates.

Quick, efficient and polite. Took great care and detail seeing me up with a replacement vehicle while mine was in the shop. Additionally, they ensured in had a vehicle with winter tires as my personal vehicle was equipped with them.

They have decent variety of cars are reasonable price compared to any other places closed to square one.
Staff is nice and they give a reminder calls a day before very well.
Pick-up and drop-off is a #1 service from enterprise that anyone would love.

Great staff (Fahad & team) at the Dundas location. Offered a number of vehicle suggestions and the offer of a drop home. My go-to place now.

Friendly and prompt service always, taking cars from this place now due to pickup and drop facility. Sometime you get lucky to get upgrades if they are overbooked

Troublesome. I booked an Enterprise car rental online through the CAA portal, to get the CAA discount. The online interface doesn't allow you to select any custom pick-up location, only Enterprise locations and a few other places such as mechanic shops. I phoned into this 777 Dundas location to get the pick-up location updated to a certain shop that's not on the list. The 777 Dundas rep said they couldn't update it because I booked through CAA, and I had to do it online. I checked online again and you CANNOT pick any custom location, you can only pick from their list!

After that, I used the website to move my reservation to the 265 Enfield location. I called into that location, and within seconds they had accepted and entered my custom pick-up location without a hitch!

I do not know what is the problem of the 777 Dundas location, but I won't be going back. I'll be visiting the friendly and helpful people at 265 Enfield.

This review is for enterprise car rental at 777 Dundas St West in Mississauga.

I came in this afternoon to rent a car which was prearranged by my insurance company. I received a very poor service by branch manager Fahad Khan. He didn’t have the car size that was reserved for me. Instead, he was insisting that I take a different car. I asked him to check a different location and he said that I would wait all day and then laughed with his colleague. Very unprofessional on his part. The place looked very empty, there were no customers. That is unfortunate on their part, that’s a loss of one month long rental. Later that day I went to Hertz and they immediately provided me with world class customer service.

I was looking for an insurance rental, I had unsuccessfully called other locations and wasn't getting anything suitable. I called and spoke to Stephen Ligouri at the 777 Dundas location and within minutes he hooked me up with an awesome car. Service was fast, car was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental.

Not nice at this location, didn’t have a car that was booked a week before and tried to bill $100 more.

First off, I had a positive experience with the employees working on the Saturday I picked up my car. They were helpful and the vehicle was as advertised. I had to do an after hour dropoff and refueled to the level the vehicle was at when I picked it up. I received a call to say I would have an additional fee as I left the vehicle with a quarter tank instead of a half tank. My advice is take a photo of the dash - before and after. I trusted the company but it's their word against mine. This is learning for future although I likely won't return to this location.

Minor error on booking side of the call center with the quick fix by the location staff. Great team. Recommend.

Really wonderful service. Dropped off my car on a Sunday and even though location is closed on Sundays, I still got a call from them verifying they have received the car. I thought this was a great gesture and very convenient.

Great staff, decent cars, good rates. I’m not sure why they closed their previous location and moved further away. Would be nice to have a location closer to Humber Bay.

Very unprofessional and liars when you show interest in getting a car they are nice and gives you a vehicle saying that they will switch in a day or 2 which is filthy inside out with sticky steering wheel and dust all over the dash and when you want to have it replaced they avoid you. I have to get it cleaned and washed in order to drive. They dont even keep their fleet clean and gas was quarter tank which was unusual for me as I always got tank full. I would not recomend them just go to Avis or Budget their service and vehicles are far better.
