The staff at Enterprise Woodstock are great. They are courteous when answering the phone and doubly so when meeting them in person. Tammy in particular.is simply. AMAZING. I had a long term rental (over a year) wherein Tammy was sure to touch base regularly to ensure I was happy with the rental and overall experience. She went out of her way to accommodate me throughout a long year without my vehicle. She exemplifies the old adage: 'Good Customer Service.sees you meeting your clients needs/expectations. GREAT Customer Service.sees you. EXCEEDING them. ' Tammy is a fabulous asset to the Enterprise franchise. She 'cares' about her clients. I recommend she be promoted as anyone under her watch; will most certainly benefit from her example. THANK YOU Tammy.for being so amazing.

I was almost about to get on the 401 to Windsor from Woodstock when i had car trouble. I phoned Enterprise and was literally in a rental and on my way within 45 minutes! This is my first experience here and I must say you deliver 100% in every category! Staff were AMAZINGLY friendly! I will recommend Enterprise to everyone!

RECORD VISUAL INSPECTION AND DONT TURN OFF VIDO UNTIL YOUR LEAVING WITH THE KEYS!

I liked the car (Malibu) and the free mileage.
The lady running this enterprise tried to scam me for fuel. Not a mistake! Scam, but I let her know based on our (recorded) conversation while I was videoing the car inspection she stated the fuel surcharge was based on my decision to fuel tank at end of rental.
I refilled and still she charged me.
ALSO PAY ATTENTION!
I insured through EXPEDIA but she still tried to sell me their insurance.
THE APP DOSENT COMMUNICATE THAT INSURANCE WAS PURCHASED!

THIS IS A DOUBLE DIP SCAM AND IT NEEDS TO STOP NOW!
Everywhere I go, seems there’s a “Legal” SCAM going on.

Excellent service from both Tammy and Zach. The vehicle we received was of top quality, clean and a very nice vehicle to drive. I can highly recommend Enterprise Woodstock with no reservations and look forward to using them again in the future.

The car I got was under half a tank of gas when I got it. When I returned it I was charged $2.50 a liter to fill it when gas prices were around $1.20. Where are you buying your gas from anyway?
