These guys are rude to us. First, they will tell you to come and have KIA and when you will reach there they will handover different car. And when you tell them that you said different one in call, they don't have any answer for that. The workers are very arrogant and don't respect the customers. Better to go at another location.

My dad had made reservations 2 weeks prior and showed up on the day to pick up a rental for my brother's wedding (which was the following day). An employee named Javen told us he didn't have our car that we reserved. He couldn't give us an explanation and when asked how he can rectify the problem couldn't give me an answer. I asked him if he can call another location to get a premium car (in which we reserved) and told me that he couldn't. Javen didn't want to help with the situation especially when we made reservations 2 weeks ago. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and will never spend a dollar at an enterprise again. Go to Budget/ Avis they will treat you alot better.
When my dad and I were in the parking lot trying to scramble last minute to find another rental, Javen had told us that his "buddy" owns a rental company and he can get us into a premuim car. Ive never heard of the company and it sounded like a scam. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY FROM THAT LOCATION.

I can't say enough about the staff there; super friendly folks, they make sure we have small talks and getting customers comfortable before engaging in any business. The branch manager Thane Barnett is such a professional and customer oriented representative; he always goes above and beyond, month after month with every rental, on getting me options/alternatives that suit my needs.
Pass by for any rental services! Highly recommended!

I've been accommodated on several occasions by the staff at the rexdale location. I've witnessed them operate well and beyond expectations.as I waited for my turn. I only use pick up trucks since mine has been in and out of the dealership this year and even when they didn't have a pick up available at the moment.they took in consideration my work needs and had me in a pick up truck most promptly.
Got to love the staff here.these gentleman know the true meaning of customer service.

They are totally annoying first they told me i will recieve my deposit back in 4-5 days but now they are saying that the time is2-4 weeks. I don’t like this kind of behaviour they didn’t told truth.

Thane is just awesome. I would highly recommend to this location had the 100 star experience. He helped me since day one, very approachable and accommodating gentlemen.

This is the car rental agency to go rent a car from. The manager (can't remember his name), Mr. Edosa Imalele and his colleagues were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Car was in extremely good condition. Good on gas mileage as well. The level of customer service at this location (395 Rexdale Blvd.) was very high and well managed.

Tyler and Thane both are really nice and professional individuals.
I don’t use rental services very often but both these gentleman have made my whole experience completely smooth and easy.

They accepted the booking and didn't give us the car when we arrived at the location after traveling 50kms from our home. They plainly refused saying no cars available for rent. Also they mentioned to have notified us, not sure how as we didn't receive any voice-mail or email or any sort of confirmation from them. In fact we received a epass from them to pick the car. Nor any courtesy provided to apologize on the whole incident. Really pathetic n unacceptable behavior from the staff. Please call them and check beforehand, my advice to all.

Had a reservation for July 29-Aug 2nd.
Problem #1, they wouldn't pick me up due to "manager said it's too busy". Had to Uber to the location, which was empty.
Problem #2, arrived at an empty location and was told "there's no cars available" despite having a reservation. How does this happen?

Representative was dismissive, and told me:
"Nothing I can do for you"
"Maybe try City rental or something, they might have some cars"
"No idea why someone didn't call you"
"We've been double booked, and have no cars"

This left me stranded in Toronto, and had to scramble around all morning to find a rental. No phone call or email to notify that it was cancelled. Absolutely horrible service. Didn't expect this from Enterprise. We'll never do business with Enterprise again.

*Update after contacting the email provided below*

Over the past 2 weeks, I've received 4 separate generic, (likely automated) emails from "Nicole", "Cheyenne", "Melissa" and now "Aaron" all repeating the same generic customer service phrases. They've stated that someone from "Regional Management Team", "Upper Management", and "The Branch" would be contacting me. Nothing has happened, except for automated emails. Truly remarkable how awful this customer service actually is. If I cared about this any further, I'd contact my MP because nobody at Enterprise seems to care.

I would never recommend any any friends, family or coworkers to do business with Enterprise again. Especially this branch.

"0" Zero stars. I booked a car in advance, booked a hotel close to this Enterprise location, took a flight to Toronto from a different province, and just 25 minutes before opening I got an email saying "sorry, we don't have a car for you". And exactly at 8: 00, I got another message "it is time to check in! " what a joke. At this location the manager was trying to fix this somehow, but how you can fix it if you don't have a car? I ended up looking for rentals and found one with real cars available just 10 minutes away from them without any reservation. I am not sure that Enterprise will be my first choice from now. I have never had problems like this before. If you want to stay in business, you have to deliver what you promise.

Rented a New Corolla LE 2021/2022 as I pre-ordered the same exact car which will come on July. So I just hit 2 birds in one stone. I got a car for our weekend getaway and I was able to sufficiently test drived my future car. It was my first time using Enterprise and I was blown away with the simplicity and seamlessness of transaction. Reasonable Price, Clean Cars, and the thing that really caught my attention are the nice and professional staffs and managers. I can't speak for all Enterprise branches but it would be so nice if this is the general culture of the company. Special mention to Thane, Bhanu, and the staff who offered me a Timbit (sorry bro, I didn't catched Your name). Stay Jolly, Friendly, and Nice. Seriously, You are an asset to Your company and You guys left me a good, sweet first impression. Will rent again for sure.

I've used their service twice now and these guys really are fantastic. The first time they picked me up, set me up with a car, and put me on my way with minimal struggle. They also are flexible in adding and removinf people, i even added a driver while in the USA while having a car I got from a Canadian office. They don't seem to check their phones much though when they are busy so its tough to get them to pick up. I wish they had someone dedicated to the phones.

This is my first time to rent a car and one of the employee i want to tell about him he helped me alot to manage the price.if you go in enterprise you should have to talk with aaron.i really like his customer service.i met him first time but he did really amazing job

Bull Carp customer service the manager that works at this location is an idiot when someone takes a car from here that is already scared the manager thinks that the person who took the vehicle has scratched the vehicle from some were so I recemend to everyone to never rent a vehicle from this location because the service here sucks and the manger is an real idiot when it is time to bring the rented vehicle back to the location and has a scratch on it since someone else has drove the vehicle before but they think that it is the second person who scratched the vehicle when it is rented so who ever goes to this location to rent a car never rent your vehicle from here ever again

I will always rent from this Enterprise location when in town visiting. Aaron was so nice and friendly and got us in a car and on our way with ease. Highly recommended and very pleased with the customer service and the car we rented was perfect with no issues. Excellent 5 stars plus! Thank You!

On 21 November 2018, I had to get a rental due to my mini van having some service done. Dodge was supposed to inform Enterprise that I required a mini van and would be picking it up later that afternoon. Dodge dropped me off at the Martingrove and Rexdale Enterprise location and left. When I got to Enterprise, they were not aware of the situation and, therefore, did not have a mini van available for me. Nonetheless, Aaron (if I remember correctly) and another gentleman behind the desk, moved quickly and arranged a mini van for me from another location. They gave me the option of either waiting at their office for the vehicle or they would drive me to pick it up. They ended up driving me because it was the quickest option. Even though I was a little annoyed because of Dodge, Aaron, who drove me, definitely lightened up my mood! I returned the mini van to the Martingrove location the next day and again was treated with great customer service. The staff and service there is exceptional! Keep it up!
