This has been my 4th time renting at Enterprise and always have the same person. He gave me a card but unfortunately I misplaced it and keep forgetting his name. I will mention it the next review. My experience at this place is always smooth, with no hassle and no wait time. The gentlemen who assisted me was prompt, and very courteous! Thank you for your assistance with getting me checked in so quickly. There was no line, no wait, the gentleman was so nice and professional. Was able to get a very nice fullsize SUV and no hassle. I highly recommend this location and has been my go to place to rent vehicles.

Great experience it is best to book online to make it quick and easy. A short wait I line for some that were not so prepared but overall a nice car and would hire again from them.

Affordable weekly prices and great customer service! And you can extend your return date for a maximum of about 30 days at the daily rate. Their counter is located along with other car rental counters.

If I could give this place a negative review, I would. The company wasn't willing to work with someone who was just in an accident and unwilling to help.

Check in and out was quick, no delays! The Jeep Grand Cherokee was clean and neat! The SUV has many features and it rides smoothly!

Everything is very good.
Despite my poor understanding of English, the employee made a lot of effort to explain everything to me.
Only in the arrivals hall of the airport did I miss signs for "Car Rental". I only found them in the transition to the multi-storey car park.

I wish the attendant who took me to the car had been more friendly. I asked her if I had options when choosing a car and she was very rude and told me ‘no, not unless I wanted to pay more’. I will probably rent with another company now who actually values their customers.

I just had the worst experience ever at the enterprise Toronto airport location. The manager Dustin was clearly there for no help. I rented my car in Montreal and during our trip in Toronto the car had a default. It was shaking on the highway and it was not safe for me to drive with my family. I have 2 small kids and I didn't wanted to risk taking the same car back to Montreal. The manager did not help at all. The manager told me I'm on my own! He told me I have to find another enterprise on my own if I need to swap the car. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. How can they expect for me to get on the highway with a defaulted car with my wife and kids all the way to Montreal from Toronto. Enterprise is a huge company and I'm their client. In my opinion if there is something wrong with their companies rental car they should take responsibility for it. Not tell me to go and find a solution on my own for their defaulted car! Totally unprofessional! I hope somebody from the corporate office to take a notice of this!

Once we found the service desk in the massive Toronto Pearson Airport, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in a bind, because our airline had mechanical issues. The staff explained what would be involved in dropping off a car after a one way trip and in another country. Once in the garage, the attendant found us the car with the lowest mileage.

Hello! I’m usually not one to write a review or cause a fuss, but I’m not sure how else to get the attention of this Enterprise establishment. They have incorrectly charged my credit card, and are not responding to me despite my attempts to reach them through multiple channels. So other renters - beware!

A week ago I rented a car from this location for the weekend. I picked it up Friday afternoon, and returned it in perfect condition on Sunday morning prior to my flight back to Ottawa. I was quoted ~$111 for the Friday - Sunday rental. After returning it, I didn’t receive a reciept and they had a charge on my credit card for ~$400, so I followed up to get a receipt. They did not get a reciept to me for 4-5 days, and when they did they had charged me an additional $70 for an extra day which is not possible, as I returned the car on time and hopped on a flight back to Ottawa?

Regardless, I’ve been trying to reach this location via email, telephone, and even tried calling the corporate customer services to amend this, but have gotten no where. You can’t just take people’s money incorrectly and then refuse to address, acknowledge, or respond to them. That really is unacceptable. Please get in touch with me to resolve this ASAP. Thank you!

It was my first time renting from Enterprise and the experience was great. The staff was courteous and helpful. The vehicle was in good condition. The cost was competitive. No complaints.
