Diane and Salman were very friendly and accommodative. They are very knowledgeable and answered all our questions very patiently. The car was very clean and nice to drive. The drop off process was very easy as well. This location is remarkable and I will definitely go back to this location!

This is my go to place for car rental as it is close to my location for pickup, process is pretty effortless for pickup and drop off.
In addition Diane is very polite and she helped me with making me understand vehicle controls and other queries.

Recommend this location, and especially appreciate the service from Summer. She is very friendly and attentive and very patient with my all my requests. She is also knowledgeable about the process of the company and helped me find the best solution and plan for my rental car. I am definitely willing to rent from her again.

The location is small and at P3 of the parking lot. A bit hard to find when I went there for the first time although there are signs everywhere pointing to the store. Otherwise, good experience.

Attempted to charge $2,000 for pre-existing front bumper damage (which was clearly mentioned on rental agreement). I had accidentally scratched back passenger door and I think they tried to take the opportunity for the free repair as I had insurance. Luckily, credit card insurer complained on my behalf and was ultimately not charged. Disappointing, particularly as I have rented at this location for 5 years (this address and previous address slightly further up Yonge).

Forget about the hidden fees they will try to overcharge you so blatantly from the start! I made a reservation at a certain price 10 days in advance through Costcotravel and today the girl at the counter (Summer) was trying to charge me considerably higher than the fee I booked the car for!

I showed her my confirmation email in which it was specifically stated "make sure the rental office will use the same fee as per your confirmation email "! After much back and forth and as if she was doing me a favor or something she said this new fee is the best I can do for you, which was still considerably higher than my booking fee!

I don't understand what's the use of booking in advance if Enterprise staff will force whatever fee they like on the client!

She was so stubborn not to see reason and kept giving me nonsense explanations thinking I had no other choice since I needed the car! Well, think again cus your not cunning enough kid! And I did have a backup plan

They like to surprise you with hidden costs and undeclared “policies” which they love to hide from everyone and will tell you about them only when you are on their office.
What good is a company “ policy “ if only your employees know about it and not the customers.

Had a great experience.great costumer service.we rented a car two times at this location and cars were in great condition.

I usually like renting from Enterprise. They have a nice selection of cars and the new location at 2345 Yonge just north of Eglinton is convenient. Today was different. I did not get the car I asked for, with no notice, it was given to me dirty, and the ride was terrible at high speeds-it vibrated badly. The last two times I have been there, they have been clearly understaffed. Management needs to get with it, with staffing and car maintenance.

We have been renting the car from the Yonge street location and a special mention for Luke. We got a lil delayed for the pickup but Luke made arrangements and stayed longer so that we could still get the car, can’t thank him enough for that. Overall, the agency is amazing when it comes to car rentals and the staff is very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Awful place. They didn’t bother to let us know that to bring back the car. ”, we should go from another street! It took us half an hour to find the parking. Staff were not so friendly and tried to go to details very fast and disappeared!

Good vehicles, friendly staff, and convenient location (car park entrance on Broadway with 24hr access). Rented during the winter and most vehicles had winter tires, which isn’t always the case for non-airport locations.

Horrible experience, this is the worst location. They don't even know their own policy - invest in training basic company policies and educating staff on how to treat people like humans.

I don't work for enterprise but I felt like I had to since the representive didn't want to do his job.

Their location is a bit hard to find and annoying to get to. But their staff are incredibly helpful. I rented a car, the pickup and drop off were pain free.

I was late to pickup volkswagon atlas. Coco waited extra hours until 6pm for me and made sure that i picked up the car without any issues.

Both Sam and Kishan are accommodating and have gone above and beyond for me every time if they can.

Excellent customer service with detailed directions regarding underground parking and after-hours return. Perfect spot for midtown! I wish it will be open on Sundays in the future.

A little tricky to find from the street if it's your first time at this location. Beyond that, service was good and the car was pretty much what I expected.

Bad experience, actually its worst experience, do not ever deal with the brown guy called himself "the manager" Sam Malhotra over there, unprofessional and rude, its a shame for the company to hire this kind of low standard person as employee.not only hang up my phone as well as not able to answer my questions.its such a bad impression for all the customer go to Enterprise. I will not go back ever and not recommended to anyone go there.

Closed location and gave me less than 24 hours notice. Was extremely rude about the inconvenience and the $60 in Uber's I had to take to new location.

Warning: May 25,2020 they have a message on their entrance that says they are no longer handling rentals at this location; Dufferin is the nearest available Enterprise. I didn't know this, so I had to cancel my rental and change my plans. Their email and booking went out as normal, with only one unclear message that said "consolidating branches.customer service rep will contact you if you need to go to another location. " I called and couldn't get through beforehand but they didn't have any message to confirm their location was closed. The only reason I give 2 stars is because in the past (2013-2019) I rented cars from them no problem, but they could've managed their closure better during this time.

I booked my car rental during COVID-19 and no one advised me this location was closed. I called Enterprise yesterday to confirm my appointment and all they said was OK, what is your last name? I gave them my last name and they marked my confirmation and hung up. I walked to this office only to find out that the Dufferin location is handling all rentals and they don't offer pick up. NO ONE TOLD ME THIS. I'm sure they have enough developers to change the website to mark which locations are open or closed. They couldn't even do anything!

Excellent customer service at this Enterprise location. I was happy they upgraded me to a Mercedes. It was super fast to check in and check out.

Update: They accidentally charged me for a extra day rental and fuel in error. But, did correct it after.

I booked a car (in advance) for 2: 00 PM on a Saturday – arrived at 2: 03 PM. When I arrived, the door was locked and I was told that the location was now closed. They refused to help me. First off, why would you confirm and allow a booking for 2: 00 PM if you are closing at 2: 00 PM?

After learning this, I was told, "There's nothing we can do. It's 2: 00 PM and we're all going home. There are no cars left for you anyways. " So not only did they confirm a booking for 2: 00 PM, but they didn't even have the car available in the first place. Even if I arrived 30-minutes earlier (which wouldn't make sense, since my booking was for that time).

Without an apology or any remorse for messing up my booking, the door was promptly shut in my face. That's alright, though. I walked up the street 7-minutes and got a car immediately. For $15 cheaper. Thanks anyway, I guess?

Very bad customer service. They just call at last moment and say come 2 hours later.and when asked for options they just keep silent. Avoid this center.

I am always satisfied with the Customer service from Enterprise. But the team at this location always provides exceptional client service. They are always friendly and listen to the problem. And take appropriate actions as required.

Pretty good. The "free upgrade" to a car that is way more expensive to fuel and doesn't fit as many people isn't ideal, but that was the only bad experience I have had. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and helpful and the cars are always in good shape.

Reserved car, showed up at 15 minutes before my reservation but they had no cars left. Had to be driven for half hour in opposite direction to get a car from a different location.

The rentals themselves are fine. Clean cars and you usually receive a free upgrade if they do not have the model vehicle you pre-book (which often they do not). Customer service on the other hand is atrocious. If any problem arises, you'll often receive entirely different answers depending on which member of staff you speak to at this location. In dealing with the staff, I often felt that they were disinterested in actually fixing the problems and rather they just attempt to tell you what you want to hear so you'll go away. No communication between staff members results in incorrect charges that you will have to call back and dispute.

I booked a car through the website but when I arrived to pick it up, they did not have any! I had to cancel my plans for the day. Book with them at your own risk.
