Had a vehicle right away after a car accident. The insurance covered everything. But 6 mths
later my credit card is trying to be charged and they said my insurance didnt pay. Took me two days on the phone and my insurance company said they did pay and had proof.
Finally it was resolved and the calls stopped.

We dealt with Matt in January and Dylan in February and they are both friendly, efficient, accommodating and took time to answer our questions. There was no trouble booking an SUV. We were very pleased with the service!

Everyone at Enterprise is always welcoming and inviting. The process is always seamless and I never had to wait around too long!

Great customer service. The only downside is that you can't drop off your vehicle after business hours which can be inconvenient.

In Sep 2022, we rented for an Alamo car at the Ottawa airport for 9 days and had a mixed experience.
We quickly noticed that the car, a Hyundai Sonata, was low on air in one of the rear tires. After re-inflating, we determined that the problem was a slow leak, but by then we were 2 hours north of Ottawa (near Petawawa, Ontario) and beyond the range for a temporary (donut) spare. In itself, this gave us quite a negative impression of Alamo's rentals.
Alamo recommended that we contact the Enterprise outlet in Pembroke for a tire repair. After about 24 hours, the repair shop determined that the tire could not be repaired, nor could they quickly find a new, replacement tire. As next steps, the Enterprise outlet was able to find us a replacement car in short order, and we continued on our way without incident.
Overall, we give Alamo poor marks for renting a car with a defective tire, but we are especially grateful to Matt and Adam at the Enterprise outlet in Pembroke.

Very friendly and good communication.
Wanted a pickup for a rental and they didn't have one.but as soon as they had one coming in they contacted me.

Seems like they finally have someone good running the show at this place. I have had bad experiences in the past, but the gentleman I dealt with today was very helpful and on the ball. I've always used Enterprise, and everywhere I have gone they have been extremely helpful, so it's nice to see this location back to true form.

If renting anything; ask for the inspection report before leaving the lot - two days into a one month rental; we were asked to bring back the car back for an oil change (we had put less than 100km on it).
Check the tire pressure; every vehicle we have rented has had it's tires inflated far past the manufacturer suggested pressure.
Their cars are never serviced & inspection reports are never done.
The third car we rented, we had a near fatal accident. We rolled three times and the car ended up totaled.
My wife specifically requested that the tire pressure be checked, yet, regardless, when she arrived home they were at 48 PSI.
We requested an inspection report; which they were unable to provide - on any of their vehicles.
