Needed to rent a car for a work outing that could fit 7! SJ at Weber st was quick to find a perfect solution for us and was absolutely the perfect definition of customer service! Our team had a great time travelling in a great vehicle! The return was super easy and efficient too! The woman at the counter was attentive and helpful. Will definitely use this location again!

This is about my recent experience with them. I rented a car KIA Soul Orange color recently on 17th Feb 2023. The car was very dirty and especially in windshield with dirt and stains and there was no windshield fluid to clean it with wiper. Without cleaning the car, they gave me a car. I was the one who cleaned it manually by using water. Now while returning the car, the employee is claiming a small dot like chip in windshield and raising a claim request. It’s the employee mistake who captured the photos with dirt and stains in the windshield and later claiming it was done by the customer. It’s not fair and the employee does not listen and keep on telling that it was done by me. He was the one who gave me the car and he knows how he handed the car to me without cleaning it. I think this was done by purpose to initiate a claim later. This will be the last time I am going to use their service. Very frustrated by their way of handling customers. Highly do not recommend “especially this branch”.

I recently rented a car from a from these guys, and I must say that the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The rental process was straightforward and hassle-free, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout. Kudos to Carson who assisted me through out the process. The car was in excellent condition and well-maintained.

Overall, I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a convenient and hassle-free way to travel.

Have had several great experiences renting cars from this location. The staff are professional and nice, and while I haven’t tried other locations I will always come here when I need to rent a car.
Some examples of the good service include: making sure I had a ride back, upgrading my car when tire pressure warning didn’t go away, letting me keep the car longer, and helping me return the car even though it was a bit after closing time.

Rent from this place all the time, used to be awesome and now they are forgetting to close my rental agreements on time and I'm going through many hassles to have a genuinely nice experience. Spoke to an employee called Carson who refused to help me more and sent me to customer service. Very disappointing.

So when is car rental like getting a coffee at Starbucks? Sometimes there's a lineup, but the staff makes it easy. You are only minutes from your rental and the staff, led by Dave, is always friendly, wanting to get you the clean car you want and on your way. There's other Enterprise Barista's like Carson and Pooja and they are emblematic of the service you will receive. So it's not Frappuccino-Rent-A-Car, but it's close and the short wait is worth it.

Lady Pooja was very nice and kind, she drove me back from the pick up location to my place just because I forgot to bring the credit card.

They are the best in town. Exceptional customer service. Always makes sure that the customer is happy at the end of the day. Dave is one of the best person I’ve dealt with. Pleasure doing business with you Enterprise.

I highly recommend Enterprise for your car needs. Cars have unlimited mileage with an option to purchase a damage waiver and add additional driver.

The manager is rude and the employees are UNEDUCATED. Take EVERYTHING IN WRITING. They won't miss any chance to rip your wallet. Worst EXPERIENCE OF TAKING CAR ON RENT. Kitchener branch is good but they should close the door of Waterloo branch or hire new employees.

Have had nothing but great experiences with this Enterprise location. Had an issue with a vehicle I had just picked up this morning, and SJ was quick to help me out and offer an alternative vehicle. Will continue to use this location for my car rental needs in KW.

I was provided a car that had mechanical issues or was not serviced. Car was struggling on the highway. (Check engine and oil light popped up)

I had a wonderful experience renting cars at Entrprise with Steven and Dave. I was offered a free upgrade from an intermediate SUV to a bigger SUV as I had more luggage to pick up. The car was in great shape and had no troubles. I was in luck to get the upgrade for free as I could not have fit all my luggage in an intermediate. Thanks to the Enterprise - Waterloo Weber Street North team, Steven and Dave. Kudos.

Had a wonderful experience renting a car from this branch. Steven made it even easier for us to go through the process of renting and decide on a car that would be the best fit for us. Highly recommended for renting in Waterloo and we'll be back for renting again from this branch!

My wife had a car booked through insurance and 2 days in a row we should up after confirming the rental was ready and both times there was no car available. And the first time she was in the phone with the lady while we were driving there.this place is terrible

Hayley at the Weber street location in Kitchener was amazing. I was coming from nightshift to pick up my rental and drop off my car for repairs and she went above and beyond to help me as I had forgotten my credit card when I went in for my nightshift and didn’t have it with me for the rental. She helped me get into my rental without having to come back later on or the next day, and I was even on time for work due to her timeliness! She went as far as to help me move my belongings I needed for the week my car would be in the shop over to the rental (it was a lot of stuff as I am in the middle of moving!). Thank you so much Hayley for keeping a potentially really bad morning from becoming just that!

The worst experience and worst customer service I reant a car for 2 days at the time of booking I was told a price and when I pick it up at 3: 30 pm on Thursday they said different price and when I asked the sales person why he said" oh do not worry I will fix that when you come to drop off the car". I returned it Saturday at 1: 30pm the store was closed which I was not told that they close at 12pm on Saturday at the time of booking or when I picked up the car all what was mentioned to return the car at the same time I picked up and make sure the gas at the same level. On Sunday I received email from enterprise that I was charged for 3 days. When I called they where very rude and the supervisor told me that there is no prove when did I returned the car and that he have my visa, and he will make the charge he need to my visa and I have nothing to do. I do not recommend this rental store at all to anyone because there is no honest in there service or what they tell you.

The guys over there offer nice car with discount and drop off time flexible as I need. Really appreciate that and recommend any to rent from them.

I was thoroughly impressed by the friendly professional staff. They picked me up at the repair shop and dropped me off when my vehicle was ready. The rental process was very quick and efficient and got me on my way within a matter of minutes.

Booked a car almost 24 hours in advance, and got a call on the day of my reservation 30 minutes before my pick up time saying no cars are available. How come I was able to book a car on the website if no cars were available? I'm completely disappointed as my plans were ruined and saying sorry doesn't help. I can also see their parking lot from my apartment and there are multiple cars parked there.

I have had great experiences with this location in the past but this unreliability will make me think twice before booking at this location again. I can understand not having cars available due to the long weekend, but allowing customers to book through your website, getting multiple confirmations (text and email) and then saying nothing is available minutes before pick up is completely unprofessional and not something I would expect from Enterprise.

I have rented maybe 6/7 times from here in the last 5 months but if they are going to treat a loyal customer like this I will take my business elsewhere.

I've been renting from Enterprise since 2012 and the Waterloo location is by far the best in the tri-city! The customer service is always great and I enjoy getting to know each of the employees and managers as each one delivers a unique experience. The car selection is really good and I always, without a hesitation, recommend the company and branch to everyone I know and they've now made it their favorite rental agency as well! For a car rental place, they're easy to deal with. I've used them twice now and have driven some nice, new, fully loaded vehicles. Their rates were the best two times in a row when I've needed to rent a car. Shop around first always but these guys have nice cars with competitive rates.

Having rented vehicles in over a dozen countries, across Canada and numerous times at this Enterprise (379 Weber St N, Waterloo) in particular, I feel comfortable sharing that this location provides consistently excellent service at good value.

My experience at this location has been nothing but exceptional. Booking was quick and easy, the car i was given was great and was better than the model i booked. The staff were very friendly and had even given me a ride home after returning their vehicle. Great job guys! Will definitely rent from this location again for sure.

The enterprise in Waterloo is one of the most customer centric rental agencies I've come across, they're always going above and beyond to please their customers and ensure customer loyalty! Also wanted to give a shout out to Sushil who has helped me with my rentals multiple times, his cheerful attitude and customer service skills always make the rental an easy and breezy process!

Very nice people, gave me a discount on a simple accounting error on their part. Being charged $25 for a full size which was supposed to be more than $50. They even upgraded my vehicle at no free charge. Waterloo Enterprise you are the best

Customer service is excellent as are the vehicles they rent. Dave and Joel (and the others too, I don't know the other employees' names) always go that extra bit to make the transaction smooth. A few times at the counter I've asked to change my reservation, and they're seamless in delivering what I want. They always ask (in an incidental manner) what I'm up to, and when I returned a car after seeing my sick father, they asked about him and it felt authentic. Decent people, respectful and they know me by name now, all of which makes me want to be a repeat customer.

My family has rented with Enterprise before, and always had good experiences. I personally rented a car for the first time recently, and then a second time because this particular location is phenomenal.
They are so polite, and knowledgeable. Their system makes it relatively easy to reserve a car without making you jump through hoops. The cars are always tidy, and in good shape. The staff is friendly, and time efficient.
The first time I came to this location, they were very busy (Last Sunday before the long weekend). There was about 10 people ahead of me, but my wait was only about 20mins. They were well organized and moved quickly and efficiently.

Enterprise is where we always get our rentals and my wife is even on a preferred customer program. Unfortunately our experience today will be the last time we rent from them. They charged us $150 for dropping the car off at another location. They're all the same company. The fee was more than the rental car cost. It's disappointing as we enjoyed the service otherwise.

I have rented from here 4 times in the last couple weeks. They are exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. They get me great prices and fantastic service. The cars are all high quality and clean. The staff now know me by name.

Renting a car from this location is really great with full of satisfaction. I have rented car from Enterprise_Rent a Car for 25 years, but this location (Weber St N, Waterloo) is exceptional. Why? Because of the branch manager Dave. Dave is a real gentleman, very respectful, excellent manager, and know how to do business while providing very good services to his customers. I really thank Dave and all the branch kind and respected employees.

Unfortunately my need for a rental came from someone hitting my brand new truck! This location was awesome! They picked me up from the body shop I'm having my truck fixed at, the driver was very friendly. When I arrived Joel helped me and has extremely friendly and efficient, even carrying my son's car seat to the rental for me. While waiting for the vehicle to be cleaned, multiple employees checked with me as well as others waiting to see if we have been helped. When everyone was helped, I could hear them saying they would help their co-workers to clean the vehicles and get people on their way. After a long weekend I really appreciated how quickly they got me in and out. Amazing service.

The management there are the most horrible people. I planned my trip to a T, I booked my car and they won't rent me a car because I live 10min outside Waterloo. My trip is ruined, I haven't seen my family in NB in 5 years. I miss out on seeing my grandfather, they ruined my whole summer because my address was just outside of Waterloo. Rent from anywhere else, boycott this location and rent from anywhere else. The guy is a total jerk and expects people to jump for joy at his words and if you don't he pulls your rental. I'm gonna cancel my CAA too because they are associated and go with someone else.

Dealt with Joel here a few times, great service and decent selection vehicles usually. He went above and beyond finding the best deal and vehicle.

I went to this Enterprise after another rental agency couldn't fulfill my prebooked order because they overbooked.
The staff here is courteous and helpful, they accommodated my last minute request and even gave me an upgrade.
Special thanks to Sushil who was really helpful throughout the process. I would definitely be using their services again in the future.

Enterprise were very helpful in getting my mom a rental after her car was rear ended in an accident. On the day she was to pick her rental up, there was an issue with the car but they were able to get her into another one within 5 mins. Highly recommended

Overall I'm happy with my experiences at this location. The staff are very friendly and they do pick-up.

One time I did slightly exceed the 200km mileage limit on a rental, but they were willing to waive that.

One issue I do have is that they seem to have shortages of vehicles during the major holidays, so make sure that you book a reservation well in advance.

They also do business rentals out of this location and unique to business rentals, they will drop off a vehicle, not just pickup.

In conclusion, I would recommend renting from this location. I've had better experiences here with my rentals than with other rental agencies throughout the Kitchener-Waterloo area. They also seem to take pretty good care of their fleet of vehicles - from what I have heard from used car sales, Enterprise seems to take the best care of their vehicles among the major car rental firms.

Service is very good and efficient. I was on a tight schedule, and they were able to accommodate by driving me where I needed to go immediately, and filling out forms remotely via tablet. They worked with my insurance directly so I barely needed to do anything.

The worse place i have ever visited, their service is not good at all, for me i will never go there again. Not very satisfied with their overall service. Make sure to check the car you rent and take pictures to ensure they do not blame you for it.

My boyfriend and I have rented cars at this location more than a handful of times (I'd guess maybe 20-25 times in total). Overall, the staff here are courteous and quick to serve. Though, over the years I've noticed that service has gotten significantly slower and there have been many more booking-related errors - which makes sense given how busy this location has gotten. This is a budget rental place, so do not expect the kind of flawless service you'd get with more expensive companies.

Enterprise is a company that you should not look into, reasons for that is that the employees are completely confused on what's going on. Overall just a company you would not want to deal with.

Enterprise blew me away!

I'll be honest, I started by comparing rates amongst a few rental companies and decided to go with Enterprise.
I then got in touch with them on the phone, and their friendliness, efficiency and ability to accommodate my last minute pick up and drop off was what made this an exceptional experience!

I highly recommend and hope others enjoy working with them just as much as I did.

P. S.they let me drive a brand new top trim car for the weekend when I'm pretty sure I asked for something more standard initially. Kudos!
