Consistent excellent customer service

Never had any major issues and have been a loyal customer ever since they moved here from Eastern east of Sumach (forgot whether Sackville or Gilead). Staff are always reliable and straight to the point. Cars are always neat inside & out.

Would give 5 if they weren't closed on Sundays.

Nous avons loué un véhicule pour deux jours. Très bon accueil de la part de toute l’équipe. On nous a donné un véhicule plus grand que celui réservé au départ sans frais supplémentaire. Contrat clair, sans surprise. On a eu le choix de rajouter des assurances en plus mais, contrairement à l’expérience que nous avions eue à LA avec Budget, aucun frais supplémentaire n’a été rajouté au Check-out, sans nous prévenir… Agence sérieuse.

They have old cars in this location unlike other downtown locations and got a compact kind of car instead of intermediate

Renting from Regent park was amazing. Josh was able to locate me a vehicle on a very short notice. Amazing customer service and very personable. He is the reason i will always be renting from this location and from him. He was able to accommodate all my needs such as extending my reservation due to my flight delays. Will be renting again with Josh and the regent enterprise.

Do not rent a car here. Terrible customer service. Their policies marginalize anyone without a credit card. Cash not accepted!

I recently had to rent a car due to my car being stolen and the manager in training, Trevor was fantastic to deal with. A1 service, took good care of me and was pleasant to deal with. Got me into a car quickly and the rates were fantastic as well. Great customer service Trevor!

After my car had to go in for unexpected repairs, I needed a rental car at a moments notice. This Enterprise location was fast and organized, and made a typically stressful situation extremely easy uncomplicated and trouble-free. Would give 10 stars if I could!

This is an amazing location with great team starting from the manager to the folks working in the office as well as the team, working on the mechanics and cleaning staff. Everybody is super friendly, very kind and just absolutely pleasure renting from this location. Enterprise should look at awarding this team as one of their best teams that I’ve rented from.
