Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car for the weekend through CAA. I got a great price and all staff members I spoke with both in-person and over the phone were so accommodating, patient, and kind. I will definitely rent from here again.

They were pretty busy here this morning, but things went quite smoothly. The people here were friendly, courteous and helpful. It probably helped that all the people who were waiting to pick up their rentals were also being courteous and patient.

I rented a car here (between selling a car and buying another). I had a great rental experience, great vehicle, and phenomenal service.

Kind, courteous. I had set up a rental online and picking up was quick. Drop off was even quicker.

My only dislike is that the entrance is not accessible by wheelchair, hence 4 stars.

Tim goes above and beyond everytime! Truly makes it effortless to rent a car. Keep up the great work!

The VW Passat was great for my 2,000 km trip to Montreal/Ottawa and back.

All around fantastic experience. I had my car for 66 days and not once did I have a bad momemt here. Highly recommend St thomas enterprise.

Staff were very nice.however,
rental was expensive, not as clean as it should have been.windshield and rear window hazy and streaky.like a film on it.had to clean it myself
no drivers floor mat and car needs alignment badly.

Can’t thank the guys at enterprise enough they went over and above were very kind and understanding when my car broke down and had to get to a funeral and nothing seem to go smoothly they came through for me thank you thank you

Our vehicle got rear ended and our insurance company set us up for a rental at Enterprise Rental Tillsonburg location, manager from this location called me to get everything set up. Since we live in the Aylmer area, he asked which location was closer for us Tillsonburg or St. Thomas.
Since St. Thomas is location is closer, he transfered me to St. Thomas.
Tim and everyone at the St. Thomas location did everything perfectly right for us. Totally in a friendly, respectful and professional manner, we could NOT have asked for better service and support.
Tim took the time to call me at least 2 or 3 times to check how everything was, treated us with the utmost respect.the vehicle we got was a 2021 Mazda CX 5 abot 7 days into our rental I fueled it up and the engine light came on. I called Tim and explained to him, he immediately took the time to set us up for another vehicle.offered me to switch that same day, 2nd.vehicle was a 2021 Hyunf dai SantaFe.
Tim checked on us at least 5 or 6 times.
Both vehicles were 100% clean and safe.
We received the greatest professional respect and service from this location.
I will definitely use them again in the future and will most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a rental.
Got absolutely NOTHING against the Tillsonburg location.

Best place to rent a car! Had a great experience renting an SUV and they were very understanding with an early return due to a change of plans. Would highly recommend. Customer service there is clearly a priority.

Very easy to deal with. All cars rented were clean and of decent quality. Friendly and helpful service. Easy location to get to. Only one small complaint is that all cars should start with a full tank. It is very hard to fill and return a car with 5/8th of a tank.

Fantastic service! The SUV we were going to rent was having issues with the screen for the backup camera so they quickly got us in a better vehicle and on our trip. Will definitely use them again in the future.

They dont even deserve a star, but you cant leave less than a star! Worst experience ever! Go into London to rent a car, the only way I can think of that they have so many stars is that they are adding the reviews themselves!

Enterprise as a corporation (not just St. Thomas) isnt great either. They give out personal information to anyone who picks up the phone, even when corrected the continue to call the wrong number, the information on the letters they send out is not accurate and when you call the number on the letter, the people who answer have no questions and will send you to a voicemail system that apparently no one monitors.

I saw the bad reviews and thought "well, its close to me", dont do that! Go to literally any other company! London isnt that far away. It will save a lot of energy and time not to mention money and the headache!

My car was in an accident, first time ever renting a car. I got great service a ride back to the shop to pick-up my vehicle. Would recommend Enterprise, great staff. Thank-you.

Nice place to rent a car, easy to schedule and get the vehicle. Helpful staff. They have a courtesy pick up and drop off too, which is useful.

I needed a rental cause I totalled my car. I got the rental fairly quickly, I ended up taking a jeep wrangler and I now understand why folks love jeeps. Great place, great folks, would recommend

It is such a shame that the Manager at the St Thomas location, does the bare minimal for his potential customers. He has NO personality and when you call it's almost as though you are bothering him. Living in St Thomas I shouldn't HAVE to go London to reserve a car, even when attempting on line, he is NO help whatsoever. I rented all last summer from London, I had hoped the one time it was short notice that I could have rented from the Enterprise in the town that I live.but NOPE. I would NEVER suggest the St Thomas locations, that being said I had, had nothing but great customer service when dealing with anyone other than the manager. However he has the last say so they weren't even able to help.

Great customer service and follow-up. Unfortunately I've needed to have a rental car twice in the last few months and both times, I've been very impressed.

My insurance company send me to enterprise for my rental after a recent accident. Gureet helped me looking for the vehicle I want to drive and dropped it off for me on a rainy day. The car drove great and I want to thank Gureet for his top notch service and wonderful experience at enterprise. Enterprise will always be my top pick if I need rentals in the future:)

I needed accident information, I was hit in a rental car in the past. The rental company sued the other driver. When I tried to contact Enterprise Rent-A-Car to get the information regarding that accident the gentleman in that department refused to help me, several weeks later and still no contact from them.

Need a vehicle to take my mom and her partner back to Toronto Airport ended up with a Jeep Wrangler excellent vehicle

Worst experience I have ever had with Enterprise. They were supposed to pick me up on my timed lunch to bring me back and sign for a rental car. I took a half an hour lunch plus my 15 minute break at the same time to give them extra time. I work literally not even a minute drive away from Enterprise. I called and was told they would be 5 minutes. 20 minutes pass and no one is there. I call back and asked where they were and the guy said he would call the driver. He called me back 10 minutes later to tell me the driver was outside waiting for me. I stayed on the phone with him and walked outside and explained to him no one was there and I was waiting outside and was the only person outside. He told me he would call the driver again. Another 10 minutes go by and I'm waiting outside in a blizzard for this car that is apparently outside. I call them again and ask where the hell they are, he says they are outside waiting for me. I guess they don't know where the Walmart is in St. Thomas as NO ONE was there. He said he would call the driver back again, this whole time it would have made sense for the driver to call me instead of playing phone tag. I was running out of time so I decided to walk to enterprise in the blizzard. I called another 15 times, with no answer. I finally got through and got Tim. I was not happy and yelled at him. After finally getting to enterprise and having the company fixing my car come pick me up, Tim was MAD AT ME because I walked to enterprise and after 45 minutes his driver was now finally at Walmart waiting for me! He forgot to inform me that before picking me up, they had to drop other people off resulting in a 45 minute wait outside in the cold and being lied to repeatedly. They also refused to talk to me until the man fixing my car came to pick me up and I'm only assuming because I'm a younger female. Tim was not apologetic for any of the problems whatsoever and was more mad at me that his driver was at Walmart after I had waited. St. Thomas needs another car rental place or better people than Tim and the other idiot behind the front desk.
