Very poor service. The rental I was given was so loud while driving I could not hear passengers speaking in the back seat. It leaked oil constantly all over my driveway and the windshield wipers were ineffective. Enterprise did not call to check in on how I was enjoying the rental in the over two months I had it. When I called to let them know the oil was leaking and wipers needed replacing they said they would get back to me and never did. Shockingly poor service.

Great experience renting from this location. Wonderful customer service, very considerate when offering selection choices. Definitely recommend to any potential renters.

I am impressed by the staff and how well they are to their customers, I like the choice of vehicles that are available to me.
As it stands right now ENTERPRISE is the BEST. This is why I gave it 5/5

Management doesn’t respond to concerns from customers. Vehicles dirty, ammunition left in the vehicle.no response from corporate or the branch.

I prefer to rent my vehicle from here since their service so far was good and located close to my house. However, with my most recent rental experience, after returning the vehicle within the committed time (after hour drop-off), the next day I received the invoice for an additional day. When I called them, the customer representative informed me since there was none presented at the time of drop-off, they charged for an additional day and waiting for the call from the customer to issue refund! I was not aware of this weird protocol during pick-up. I expected from them, as a renowned rental company, they monitor the drop-off time via security camera and charge accordingly. May be next time, I will drop-off just before they open and call them afterward for refund; does it sound good, enterprise?
