Having the unfortunate hassle of my car being stolen, the staff at the Gordon street location were stellar. Jasmine, Rory and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. They even switched me out when I wanted something bigger for a bit. Amazing customer service. Thank you

I was denied a car even when my license was in English and Arabic. The branch manager made his own rules ignoring their owns company’s policy which clearly states that licenses that in are English are allowed after I showed him. I have rented multiple times in the US without any problem. I feel discriminated against and have not received any feedback from the company after emailing them and calling customer service who agreed I should be given the car and please don’t respond to this rating with we would love to hear more email us here I already have and gotten no response. I want the branch manager to learn and accept his mistake he cannot treat paying customers like he is the owner!

Their quick, friendly service saved the day when the other shambolic car rental place next door couldn't get it together to give us the car we thought we'd booked. They even stayed past closing time to make sure we were sorted out. Hrishikesh is a pro and this is the place to go.

Had a great experience with Enterprise! After an awful experience at the other rental place across the road, Cheshda and her colleagues sorted us out on the spot with a car, stayed past their closing time to sort everything out, helped us with figuring out the GPS etc, and just generally went above and beyond. Friendly, helpful, knowledgable, highly recommend!

Friendly staffs always greet with you smile. Trustworthy. Only downside is their cars arent winter tired.

Ben has been amazing to deal with. Had a huge issue with the original truck I rent and once the problem was resolved I, since then has had the best service. We rented a SUV from Enterprise and once we hit highway speed the SUV started to shake! We called in and they gave another one no hassle at all. They were understanding and professional. Would recommend them to my friends and family.

I CANNOT tell you how poorly this location operates. I CANNOT tell you how disappointing the manager Greg is who lacks the initiative of a MAN to take responsibility of his company and responds "I'm not comfortable to get involved. " In his own company's dealings. WHY is this boy a MANAGER? Who puts his "feelings" ahead of a customers plea for help. Why is he confusing this with a relationship?

I prebooked an intermediate size car about 2 weeks in advance for a quick trip to Montreal. When I arrived early morning on the day of to pick up the car, the previous renters had not returned on time so I received a free upgrade to a small pick up truck. This worked in my favor since I wanted to ensure the drive to Montreal would be a safe one! Shout out to the gentleman for the great customer service.

I rented a vehicle last weekend and had a wonderful experience with the friendly and professional staff at this Enterprise location. Ben and Jacob delivered an incredible customer service experience that left me very impressed. I was able to obtain a much better vehicle than I had originally requested, which is particularly surprising, considering how busy the store was when I arrived on short notice. Ben was able to handle a large volume of customers with ease, and Jacob ensured my vehicle was immaculate before I drove away. Thanks for the excellent service, guys!
