Slightly delayed checkin counters even with online check ins. Service staff could be a bit more better.

This was my first experience with them. I was amazed with the customer services. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable. I love the way they treat their customers. I will come back to them for all my future needs. Thanks for making my day.

I showed up there and the agent Esther helped me she was professional doing the job I got in and out very quick. I do really appreciate the service she provided for me. Even though when I returned the car I had some issues and she figured it out for me.

Customer service rep left me waiting at the counter for over 30 min. When I complained, it was not received in a professional manner. Instead of the woman hearing me out, understanding where I was coming from, acknowledging the unfortunate 'miscommunication', she got defensive and asked me to leave.

Areas of opportunity:
Better signage regarding what is required.
Manager could have intervened when the situation was going south.
Teamwork. If a customer is waiting at the counter for a long time. Maybe ask them how you can help.

Great customer service recovery. When I was returning the car, Hariharan G.kindly asked me how I found my experience at Enterprise. I explained what had occurred with the two ladies at the counter and how hurt I felt. Hariharan G was so patient and listened to my concerns. I appreciate him acknowledging the unfortunate situation, making a connection and making this right with me.

Special thanks go to Nader was super helpful and did a great job taking care of me at Enterprise. The car was perfect and it served my purpose.

If there was a 100 star rating, I would happily give it to store and staff. The service has been absolutely phenomenal. I have the rental since June 16,2023 due my vehicle being stolen and hard times with claim. The staff has been so helpful and understanding - from the ease of the booking process, the conditions and cleanliness of the car and to the professionalism. Specifically BHANU & PREAN from 2116 Lawrence Ave East location. I thank you guys from bottom of my heart.

Excellent service! The staff went above and beyond with my insurance rental. Also helped me swap a car mid contract.

I dropped back their rental car on March 31,2023 whereas Enterprise Canada C262 (Lawrence Ave E) deducted C$97.75 from my credit card on April 08,2023 without any explanation, though I am covered with 0 deductible insurance policy.

I called them several times but got no response from their side which is proves their iresponsibility.

I beleive that they should have been more transparent and accountable to their valuable customers.

I didn't expect such experience.

It was very bad experience. They charged my card without sending me any invoice. Even though insurance confirmed that they covered rentals. I tried to contact them but they didn’t respond. This is very frustrating, weird, and upsetting situation to handling for me.

Don’t rent in this location. The car that was given to us was dirty and has a strong perfume smell. It wasn’t cleaned as opposed to what they are advertising. The lady who assisted us was very rude and unprofessional. She wanted us to sign the agreement with a quote that was different from the amount that I paid in the counter. She did not want to ask her colleague about the transaction until I told her I won’t sign it. Girl if you don’t like doing your job, give it to somebody else.

I had a booking that was confirmed, the employee there called us and said there is no more suvs even though I told her it was an emergency. She said I would have to call every other location and figure it out myself. I called back and she left me on hold 3 times.

I called another location (Yonge and eglinton) I told the person the situation and right away she found a resolution.

If you are picking up a rental after leaving your car at a bodyshop, I do not recommend this enterprise location. They do not have a good inventory on a weekday (wednesday), and wait times are too long.

I was initially given a sedan, which smelled bad after 20-30 min wait. I requested another vehicle and was offered a coupe following another 10-15 min wait as they said they do not have any other compact sedans available.

Also, if you are going here during winter season and are getting a rental car, call your adjuster atleast few days before you leave your car at body shop. They do not provide cars with winter tires unless they have approval from your adjuster even when you have winter tires on your personal car.

"Most" of the staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff here were really great. Professional but also just really nice. I was renting a car while my car was getting fixed next door and they made this process easy and smooth. The rental was also in great condition and was very clean. Thank you so much!

Very unprofessional. I was promised a vehicle tht was not available. Ruin my trip completely. I wasted 2 days goin back and forth with them on this issue. I was lied to by lala and the manager throughout my horrible experience. Never again

Amazing customer service. The people that work here are very personable and really care about their customers. I came in the morning but they didn't have the car available. I waited for nearly an hour and during that time they provided their customers with coffee and donuts. I didn't mind the wait because I understood the shortage of inventory. I ended up with a BMW paying for the standard rate. Prianth and Nate were cool and easy to talk to. This location is top notch!

This is the worst place to get a car the staff which most r Indian students working there r the worst to deal with they act like animals I guess they don’t know we do things diff in Canada will never ever go back to this location

The customer service at this location is amazing. The entire staff is excellent. The Manager Prean and Nate are exceptional every single time.

I had a very good experience. Prean and Nathan were extremely helpful.

I wanted to rent an Atlas, but they had only a Palisade. After a few days I had to change the vehicle and they remembered that I wanted an Atlas which I got!

When I returned the vehicle, they provided me for free with a loaner to drive to dealership to collect my car.

I've visited this location as it was near to the collision centre where I've to leave my car for repairs. Staff is very friendly and professional, mostly from Srilankan background. Very cooperative and up to the standards.

Amazing service. Guys here were great, very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had the car I was looking for! Will definitely come back for my next car rental!

Fast, friendly staff. Very helpful. They also do courtesy check up phone call during rental period, love that.

I picked up my rental car in the afternoon (after 4 pm) on Monday. It was packed with customers (around 10 people) waiting to pick up rental cars as well.
Nick (hopefully no misspelling his name) and Prean were super nice & polite; they did their best to take care of all customers one after one as fast as they could.
The service is great (with a big SMILE) at the time when I returned the vehicle.

Tips: Expect a long wait, including if need a ride to be picked up and drop you off @ certain place, on Monday; especially in the afternoon.
(Again, staff @ front counter did as fast as they could. They don't even have time to pick up calls but they did try their best to take care of the customers in front of them!)
There were only one or two customers @ the location, at the time when I returned the vehicle on Friday AM.

If the insurance company invites you to this place it will be very difficult for you get your rental cars from them and it will take days

Great location and customer service. Dealt with Preanth. I called almost every single enterprise in GTA looking for a vehicle to rent and this location went above and beyond. Would definitely rent from this location again and would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent service. Opens the the latest in the GTA, so very convenient for many customers. Extremely busy location. Helpful and courteous staff.

The worst place to get a rental from, if your going to rent from this place please ask for Lala she should be running the show down there

Worst Experience ever at a Enterprise location, have been renting with Enterprise for almost 4 years in Canada and abroad. This was the worst of all, especially an agent named “Nathan” that guy really needs to work on his customer skills, he was extremely rude and lousy. Hope this gets the right attention. Never coming back to this location

Enterprise has exceeded my expectations with customer service. Prean & Nate are the definitions of excellent customer service and delivering satisfaction. Despite the short wait time, they provided coffee and donuts to their customers and ensured prompt updates periodically. I highly recommend people check this rental place.
