Went in Saturday rent a car and the representative helping me Marry anne was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and accommodating. I couldn't be more happy with the service and I will definitely be going back here for all my car rental needs!

Jenny and Avi are the best i must say that they provided me hassle free service it was really nice to experience enterprise rental cars. Thankyou so much for a five star service well done hope to see you guys again

I am really satisfied with the service provided by Jenny and her staff. It was our first time renting a car in Canada, but Jenny made it so easy. Jenny explained all sorts of things related to rental vehicles and insurance. Pick up and return the car were very smooth. I will recommend using this location to my friends as they provide excellent service.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only critic I have is that their telephone response time isn't great. However, when explained to them when arriving they were understandable and made up for the inconvenience.

Very professional and caring with wonderful costumer service and well managed, highly recommended.

There is a lady at the front desk who is very rude and unprofessional with customers. For a better customer relationship, they should get rid of her.

We booked a Toyota Camry but it was not available on pickup time. They offered me other vehicle but gave me an option for final choice. Finally they gave us A Toyota Rav4 without extra cost.
Branch manager was very friendly with all customers on drop off day!

I can’t believe they give a red Jeep Wrangler for full size sedan! The price is decent. Car is clean and well maintained. Overall, very good experience with this location

Wonderful experience at this enterprise rental car branch & the greatest customer service & care I have experienced in years. Jenny and Avi were so friendly, personable and compassionate towards my situation. The rental car I was provided was very clean, pick up & drop off was quick and seamless. Staff member Ash drove me back to my car once repairs were complete. He was so friendly & helpful, offered to carry all my belongings from the rental car to my vehicle. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Always busy and I've had to wait 15 minutes just to ask a simple question which the staff couldn't answer. The cars have been great to rent; no problem renting or returning after hours. I have used their store for over 18 years because closest to home.

The service is slow and unprofessional. Even pre check in days before won't help to reserve the type of car you have booked. If you're booking for weekend then you will experience a long wait for your pick up, a reservation won't help as most of the time they don't have car available at hand and sometimes will send you to other locations for pick up which takes extra longer waiting time and that time is not compensated for your rental and you still have to return at same time based on reservation. And one guy at front desk is super rude and unprofessional as every time he will pretend to be nice but then give you a hard time for picking up cars by letting you wait extra long (more than half hour) even with reservation and on time arrival, so they won't need to give you an upgrade.

Great service provided by this location’s staff. They do care about their customers. You can tell from there face that they love the work they done, they do value customer’s feelings. Highly recommend to all people when u in need of a rental car.

I have an extremely bad experience. These guys are so rude, and their attitude really sucks. They don't keep promises to customers and ignore them. Even though the return should be by 11: 59 PM on the contract, they close at 6: 00 PM, and they don't have the key drop box, and there was no mention. And they do not take any responsibility for it but rather shift it to others. Don't believe in hearing more about customers' opinions via email. They would not listen to them.
