I got best customer service experience from this location. Got my reservation early and the staff was very friendly and explained each and everything nicely. I specially thanks to Rasika who handled my rental very nicely.

I recommend this Toryork location if you're renting a motor vehicle. The staff there treat customers with respect and they won't gouge your pockets. The manager there name is Burt he appreciate the customers and gives superb quality of service. Anyone looking for a car to rent I recommend ENTERPRISE

We had to rent a car last minute, this rental was the first one we decided to check out, wasn’t sure what we were gonna get/how the pricing was going to be but this place was honestly perfect. Rasika working there helped us with the process and she was just so helpful and friendly, explained all the process efficiently and the car we received was very clean (thanks to the other workers there). And honestly, for being such a last minute rental and for the price we paid, the car we received was also really nice. 10/10 experience, very good rental place not to mention affordable, highly recommend. I recently rented a car from Enterprise and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The car I rented was clean and in excellent condition, and I felt safe and comfortable driving it. The location of the store was also very convenient and easy to find. Overall, I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and affordable car rental service.

Good luck ever getting anyone to answer the phone. Called over 10 times spent hours on hold never spoke to a real person. Both when picking up my vehicle and trying to schedule a return. I had to get the insurance company to contact them. Worst customer service.

I would avoid enterprise especially this branch at all costs! We rented a 7 seater because we had 7 passengers and the day we went to pick up our vehicle they had given away our reservation! That’s it, just oh well, no vehicle for you. The person in the branch blamed it on the call centre, but it was booked directly in branch.
There was no alternative provided until hours later, which only seated 6! Apparently in their entire company they were not able to locate a 7 seater. We had non refundable tickets to an event which we would not be able to attend without the 7 seater.

Fast forward, we are trying to contact “customer service” and are literally getting the run around, there is no head office, no resolution, the branch is hanging up on us, everyone is blaming each other. What a JOKE! Apparently there is no regional contact information, customer service will not handle a customer issue but pass it to the branch, the branch passes it to customer service.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Was going to rent here today sat Jan 14 /23 but I have noticed some of these bad reviews sound a lot like what I experienced in the past with other locations, it's become now like a flip of a coin business, before I walk in will I have a good experience with these guys (Heads) or are they going to try and screw me today (Tails) I don't know how you can run a car rental business like this and still stay afloat it's got to be a matter of time.

Amazing service- Jeffery was helping me with the rental - he is an amazing personality he helped me giving me the best service and comfortable car according to my need. Upon my return the office was supposed to close but he let me set inside as it was cold until someone picked me. Great customer service
