Great service. Rashad was very helpful and knowledgeable. If the need arises, I will definitely be using this location for Enterprise Rent a car.

Great staff, friendly service and nice vehicles. Would have given 5 stars except the deposit refund policy is sketchy. Paid $150 on my debit card and was told they couldn't put it BACK on my card.they would mail me $150.00 cheque in a week or so instead. Hmmm.change of policy alert fellas. Thanks for the service outside that aspect!

I like the hybrid car that J gave me. The process was great and provided full information. Very friendly people there.

I always get my rental here (for work purposes) I never had an issue. I kept my rental since February until now and sometimes I can just do the extension through phone call as they have all my info in the system. It's very easy and they never gave me a car with defect (compare to other locations). Ricardo was always helpful to me and very knowledgeable. 100% recommend this location!

I was very impressed with the Enterprise Dundas location. We had been stranded in Hamilton after our flight was canceled before Christmas. When I called looking for a vehicle to take on our unplanned road trip, they had a vehicle ready for us within one hour. They also pickup me up at the hotel to come get the van. The manager Ricardo made things so easy for us upon return, as they let us return it to the enterprise location in Barrie (our home city) rather than drive back to Dundas to return it. Thanks very much!
