I would like to thank Jordan Rodrigues for his excellent customer service. I have been dealing with this enterprise
(Stanley ave). Jordan always makes each visit welcoming and is a large part of why I keep returning to this location. I believe Jordan is management material. I watch him with other customers in person talking on phone and he treats everyone very professional and can relate to everyone weather you want car for whatever reason, Jordan will try and get you in car/ SUV you feel comfortable with. Thank you for your excellent service Jordan. Sorry it took me so long but between the holidays and me not so techy lol

Enterprise on Stanley Street. Simple the best Manager and Staff. Loved my experience with Enterprise over the years; still love their products and staff. Thanks to Stanley St. Enterprise my New Years Eve 2024 was totally a great time. Thank you again, till next time. Happy Customer!

Its really not that great.
The girl beside me at the front counter was complaining to the staff because they she didn't want the Dodge Durango. Apparently that is all they have for seven seaters, or a minivan. A lot of people don't like the Durango. I don't know how successful it is on the lot, but it would probably be smarter to get some KIA Tellurides, Chevrolet Traverses or Ford Explorers which are cheaper too by a few thousand and cheaper to maintain. A lot of people just don't like Dodge as a whole, so at least with Ford or even Chevrolet you'll impress more people.
The first guy that picked me up from the auto body shop in the Elantra was really nice and had great customer service skills.
Unfortunately I had to go back to my car at the dealership to get something and in that fifteen minutes the Elantra was gone. I was hoping they would hold it for me.
When I got back there was a new employee taking care of the rental at the front counter. Mind you, I already had a reservation that was booked over a week in advance by my insurance and Enterprise already called me to confirm it and ask if my current vehicle is safe to drive etc. I also had the email confirmation and reservation number. He said that I wasn't able to rent a car because I'm not 25, even though I explained that it says that on my reservation. The other employee had to come over and sort it out. When he brought me out to the different car I was given, he made me look all around the car and pointed out that there wasn't any damage and was stressing that I pay for their 20$ per day insurance plan and that if I don't that I'll have to pay a 500$ deductible if theres an accident. I understand that, but the way it was explained to me was rude especially when he asked me multiple times. It was like he didn't trust me with the car.
Like I said, the first guy I talked to was pretty cool, but after I got back my experience was pretty bad.

Worst service ever, and have the rules against the ontario services. A lot of harassment there.
If a person is driving a luxury car they cant give them luxury car because age is less than 25 but i have age of 23 and running a mercedes my car is being repaired #JORDAN He is the employee call us nd refused to give the car we are fool we have drive of 2 and half hours to take the car

Bad experience mr.jordan call us from brampton niagra falls for tge car but refused to give the car because they have their own rules nd regulations even against the ontario services

Awesome company to use if u need to rent car! Certainly friendly folks and very accommodating. Picked us up at our hotel and drop us off at the train station to take the rail back to Toronto. Enjoy a day out at niagara falls at the lake!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I understand that getting rental as a walk-in customer is not a likely occurrence, but this team made it work!

The employee gave me a really nice vehicle and it was nice and tidy. I was set to return at 1 on Saturday, which was the time they closed, so he let me know that I would have to return it 15 mins before hand so I won’t get charged for an extra day if no one was there to check me in.
Very great customer service, I called for questions regarding certain things and they were very nice and answered every one.

Rented car for one day. Staff is very helpful. Special thanks to Shanel who helped us a lot. Very competitive price. Will Strongly recommend. Car was very clean.

We were really looking forward to our honeymoon with a brand new F150 truck. Unfortunately the battery died, through friends we were able to get a jump start, but the car continued to display warning notifications. According to Enterprise hotline we were able to trade our car in Niagara. The staff was very friendly and wanted to give us a RAM as a replacement. The boss stopped this and made it clear to us very unkindly that we would have to make do with a Hyundai Kano. We are both very tall and coming from Germany, we had felt very safe in the truck. The Hyundai is cramped and not suitable as a travel vehicle with a lot of luggage. Thank you for NOTHING! Niagara Enterprise Boss!
