Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Came into today.the office was short staff as it happens in all places. My Rep Reem was alone.answering phones, taking numerous requests and along insuring the Customers waiting had not been forgotten. This person in my opinion did an over the Top Fantastic job. Well done!

Left a voice mail for Jake Wade on his personal cellular Wednesday AM regarding an exotic rental. No response by Friday PM so I called directly to the 785 Woodlawn W branch. The gentleman said Jake wasn't in Guelph today but was indeed working and not away on vacation. Called his cellular again Monday, it's now Thursday afternoon with zero response. Its safe to say he's blatantly ignored my multiple inquiries and he's just not bothering replying to an exotic car request. Unprofessional yes, bad for business, absolutely. Hoping upper management read these reviews as they need to understand how appalling Jake is at his Job. Is that the level of class and humility you get dealing with uncultivated people in the rental car business? I can't wait for their cookie cutter reply, " I'd be happy to look into this for you". A complete disregard for customer service, class and tact.

I got a car from there during my car replacement. I misunderstood something and they were forgiving my mistake. It was very nice of them. Sorry again. Excellent customer service.

Last week I rented a 4Runner from this location as soon as I opened their door I was greeted with warm smile and care. Ben was the legend who made the process so smooth and formidable great service 10/10 caring, honest, professional & passionate about what they do this location has an amazing team enterprise should open the doors for higher positions for Ben and his team thank you all

I don't recommend. They charged us so much for an average car. It is my last time by this company. I wish I had more experience and I wouldn't agree with the offer.

So nasty. I rented car 2days ago. Inside so dirty. They are charging a lot of money. Not worth it.

The ladies & gents at the Woodlawn Enterprise location are absolutely stellar! They went above and beyond to help me out at a time I needed it most (after an accident). I’ve gone to this Enterprise at least 5/6 times and each time you consistently provide the best quality service you could ever ask for. Matt and his team always continually assists us each and every time we rent from them and are always so friendly and quick with their service.
