What a great experience! From pick up to drop off. Had my van in for some work at local dealership. I was picked up and brought to the store. David was awesome, greeted with a smile and went through everything with me in the rental no need to go inside.it was a breeze. During my rental i had a few questions and spoke with Zach (the manager) who was very friendly and answered my questions also took the time for a quick conversation. I Really appreciated that. During drop of David was there and took care of everything again. The staff was amazing and you can tell they like what they do because it was a great vibe. Thebothet gentleman even offered a chocolate i didnt get his namr. A wonderful lady (sorry I didn't catch her name either) drove me back to the dealership and had great conversations. Thank you for a great experience from start to finish! I highly reccommend this location its worth wherever you are in city to book on youville in Orleans!

Really messed up place, bad service, not well-trained staff, and they steal your information from somewhere you don’t know

My insurance company set up a rental for me to be brought to my house on a Saturday at 11am. No one ever came, I called 5 times with no answer each time before they closed. I had to resort to calling the 1-800 number to fix this issue because I was promised to have my rental by 11am on Saturday, but I knew I would’ve then had to wait until Monday (the next time they’re open). Absolutely ridiculous that something like this happens when it was all set up through insurance. Terrible service.

They lie. You book a reservation, get there and there’s nothing available in all of eastern Ontario. But while they are soooo busy calling other locations you book a vehicle in minutes at the other orleans location after giving up because these Youville geniuses have spent an hour on the phone. Stay far far far away from these people

Excellent customer service, follow-up email making sure everything was satisfactory within 2 hrs of pick-up was appreciated! Drop off was quick and very efficient staff. Thank you for the positive experience.

Booked for a weekend, and forgot that Saturdays they close at NOON. I call just before they close and arrived at 12: 10. They never pick up the phone, they do not call to confirm reservation or anything just leave you for dry. Luckily airport is 24 hrs and picks up all their slack gladly while giving you upgrades (no extra airport charges) Hopes this helps anyone!
