Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Took forever for a cat that was supposed to be ready. Didn’t drive the vehicle to CarStar like they promised.

I have rented from this location a few times and each time they have provided excellent service. Always friendly and accommodating. Most recently I left some items in a car I rented and they went out of their way to make sure those items were returned to me. It was much appreciated.

Lucas (Manager) was great! He helped me every step. From all the car rental experiences that I have had renting cars all over the World, this one trumps them all!

I rented a car recently at the Hespeler road location in Cambridge. The car that I booked wasn't there. That said, Ariella who helped me was amazing. She was really helpful and really kind. She turned a potentially difficult situation around. Great service, super impressed!

Thank you Ariella Del Fiacco! She helped us to rent a Pacifica minivan for 6 of our group to go to Graceland. It was very comfortable and we had a fabulous time because our car accommodated 6 people together for the trip. Thanks again Ariella- you’re the best!

Amazing customer service, I thought the process would take a while but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Big shoutout to Zach he handled everything for me, answered all the questions I had, gave me all the information I needed, and greeted me with a smile on his face from the first step. Highly recommend this enterprise location and definitely recommend you speak to Zach!

After a horrible experience with a local garage, a rental was our short term solution. Fun to chat with and great customer service, on a hectic long weekend and being booked solid Ahmed was a pleasure and always smiling. Couldn't of asked for a better experience thanks again

Great customer service! All the staffs there are very friendly, helpful and professional! They are fast and efficient, you're in good hands with Enterprise!

Questioned why the car had winter tires in the middle of summer. Car smelled like cigarettes, flat tire on the passenger side when I picked up, transmission was slipping in 1st and 2nd. Enterprise was suppose to call me to change cars, just ignored me and never called back.

UPDATE: Nick from Enterprise made everything right and made sure all my issues were addressed I'm upping my rating to reflect this.

Ahmed Hassan was amazing to deal with and made me feel safe in my rental car after my accident. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Ahmed was leaving work after closing and stayed to accommodate me.

After returning the car. Was charged $325 for damages I wasn't responsible for, a $32 plastic component for aesthetics by rear window had fallen off and instead of getting the $32 part again. I was hit with a 325$ bill for a part that blew off in the wind seemingly. Was told to either pay or they charge my insurance direct. 100% had 0 accidents or damages seldom the small plastic covering in the corner of rear window that vanished allegedly under my watch. Beware renting a car here and BE SURE TO PHOTO YOUR CAR BEFORE AND AFTER RENTAL TO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I WAS. Never renting a car here again.

Me and my wife had a very nice experience here at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Cambridge. Their price is not too expensive and a right price. Very fast transaction and very approachable and helpful staff like Will. Also, they will give you a free lift after you return the car/ SUV to them. They have an awesome service which is definitely we will recommend to our friends. Thank you so much!

I have use this location many times in the past and always had great experiences. This time was horrible and I will likely never book with them again. I had a pick-up truck rental reserved a few days ahead of time, as I needed to move items out of town on a specific day. I decided to do online check-in the day before to save myself some time when picking up the vehicle, and found that my reservation had been canceled by Enterprise. I contacted customer service who told me that they will cancel if there are no vehicles available. She then told me she had no access to making reservations in her system.
If there is no vehicle available then I don't know how I was able to make the reservation in the first place, and if there was a problem, I should have AT LEAST received a direct email. Had I not done on-line check-in the day before (which is not required), I would have shown up for the truck!
Terrible customer service

Helped me out of a jam, busted car with no way to get kids home. Picked up and dropped off quick with no issues. Staff was friendly and easy-going. Rented here a few times and never had an issue! Thanks guys

5 Start for Bryce and matt on the customer service. They do take care of the clients. Sometimes they may not have proper resources but they surely go the extra length to keep their clients happy.

Top Notch customer service… I had no intentions of needing a rental, but after a collision I needed one… I arrived and was immediately greeted by a smiling face, the captain of the Enterprise introduced himself (Lucas) and asked how he could help… I explained my situation, gave him my DL, he scanned it into his tablet, asked a few questions, I asked for a particular vehicle, he shifted a few things and before you know it was driving away in my rental. They added some, gas, air in the tires, the vehicle came with a Clorox wipe, it was super clean to start with… Enterprise on Hespeler has not only stellar customer service, but it has lots of parking, has easy access off Hespeler Road or Hwy 24. They have a dandy selection of cars as well. This Enterprise Rent A Car is a big fraud especially the Cambridge branch. I book Rav 4 and the decided price was $156. When I reached there and asked about the car which will have winter tires on it. They said sure we have but the car is small. If you are getting that Kia Soul with winter tire we will not charge you any extra. I said okay then I would prefer the smaller car. They charged $316. This branch is a big fraud, be very very careful and never go there.

Bryce helped with all my needs for a rental. I ended up needing it for more than two months. Couldn't have asked for better service!

Worst experience ever don’t recommend to anyone
I use their vehicle and and this is my first rental car so I forgot to fill out the tank and on that day they call me for that issue but I am at work so I don’t reply but after 10 minutes I call lots of time they don’t answer even in 3 days I call 7 to 10 times they don’t answer and today I call again and they finally answer and said they need to charge me $111 to fill out tank. So that is totally unfair so highly not recommended to anyone.

Excellent compairing my last visit. This location has improved significantly under new location manager.

The staff here is amazing. We accidentally left some paperwork in the car & they were able to locate the car & its current renter and retrieve the documents. I thought they checked glove boxes before re-renting the car but I guess someone forgot. Either way, thanks to the staff here!

Picked up the vehicle today and the gentleman that served me was very kind and funny, he made sure I was aware of everything about the vehicle and I was set. It's a great place to rent a vehicle

Extremely friendly and polite, super flexible when I needed to change my booking at the last minute. Car was extremely clean and in good repair. Gave me a ride both when I picked up and dropped off! Will use again for sure:).

Never rent a car on half tank full because I took jeep on rent with half tank full and returned with half tank but they still changed me extra $15 for fuel, it was my first time with them and had really bad experience

When someone else writes off your very fast car. You would think they give you something on par with your old car.nopee.

Just took my ford fusion in for driverside damages to be repaired. I gotta admit they seem on top of everything. Stay tuned for after cars repaired. But I expect it will be done correct just like I do at Vinny auto repairs. Top grade techs at car stars same as at my work at Vinny Mr Fix it. Look forward to getting my car back in 2 weeks. I'm told CarStars do impecable work

I have been working with this location for a few weeks- booking through my insurance and extending the reservation personally. I have been so impressed with their great attitudes. Graham and other staff have been so helpful and easy to work with. Through a headache of a situation, at least something is easy! Thank you!

I was going through some difficult times and needed a car immediately. They were very helpful and easy to work with.

Had an overall good experience, just make sure you aren’t getting scammed with the addition protection plan getting added on without your consent like it was for me. They were really good about it, when I brought it up after the fact and they took it off but it’s just about the principle.

Long time customer of enterprise but never again.

I called October 8th, 2020 at about 1Pm. Called to request a rental vehicle and what was available. I was told there were SUV’s and trucks. I requested a rate for the SUV and was told it’s $59,99 /day which I agreed to. Upon completing the agreement, I request a paper copy which states my rental is $44,99 per day and additionally I was charged for an additional hour which I did not request at the rate of $15/ hour. My estimated total is $70, and some change.

When a customer requests a daily rate you state the actual amount on the invoice line daily rate and not add an hourly rate of $15 per hour.

I have called and notified enterprise customer care and they suggest that I am returing the car late which Is not the case.

If the charges remains the same, I will proceed court action against this Enterprise location at Kitchener Small Claims court Rami Buni vs Enterprise

This review is not about money but the principle of doing business and being honest and upfront:

I will be spending thousands in court just to shine the light on this deceptive practice.

I’ve been renting a car for over 3 months straight things were okay since my daughter was working for them
She quit on Tuesday and today I went to renew the contract for another 2 weeks and it was one of my worst experience as a customer
All because they were kind of upset about my daughter leaving

Worst experience ever. They don’t allow booking a car to minor even though they charge huge extra fees for them. Other Enterprise location allows as I booked there before. I think they didn’t give me because they didn’t had enough cars even though I had reservation. It was just an excuse. PLEASE DON’T GO!

I always enjoy getting all my rentals from this location.

Daniel and his team are very professional and very friendly as well. High standards of customer service, proper procedures and practices for COVID-19, and a wealth of information and options when it comes the vehicle and all what Enterprise has to offer.

I recommend this branch for everyone who wants the best of Enterprise Rent-A-Car and the very rewarding loyalty program.

Worst experience! Denied car even though i had reservation, cited some irrelevant thing. Dont go there.

I've been getting rentals from these guys for a year now since I recently moved to Galt. They have always been great. Fast, friendly, good availability of rentals and convenient times. I ran into a slight problem on my last rental I got because the interior of the van wasn't cleaned properly and the previous renter had left their personal items. I called Enterprise the same day and they offered to give me a separate rental but unfortunately, I wasn't able to exchanged it as I was already headed to my destination for the weekend. I got a call from Dan and he said he received word of what happened. He was apologetic and offered to give me some credit on my account for what happened. I can't thank these guys enough. I didn't expect anything but I'm glad they took responsibility. Thanks again! I'll definitely keep coming back.

I normally don't complain but the some of the staff at this location have ruined my experience. They over book cars and then rush you to return your rental. Recommend using the Guelph locations when renting from Enterprise.

A big shout out to Stephen and team working at this location and generally to the Enterprise company for a very professional, courteous and flexible attitude. I rented vehicle for a month, but due to COVID 19, had to return it early and at a different location. There was no additional fee for that and I was charged for days I've the car for. Not what you see at their competitors. They provide everything in black and white and then honor their commitment. Their reward program is a cherry on top, where you earn points for renting free vehicles.

Arrived at enterprise rental car at punta Cana airport with reservations for two standard SUV’s and we were told they didn’t have any vehicles at all! We had five adults and a seven month old baby everyone had golf bags plus luggage and we were stranded there! The other rental companies that share the building all had vehicles and wanted to charge us double or to pay only in cash! Stay away from renting anything there I think they may have a scam going. Feel like suing them for the time spent stranded in their building with a baby scrambling to figure out what to do! Also because of the additional cost to get van to take us an hour away and bring us back to airport when our vacation was over. Had to rent a vehicle at our vacation destination and a golf cart for a week so we could all get around. It was a very stressful situation! We even called the head office for enterprise and they would not help in the least!

The staff were so friendly, informative and customer service oriented. The girl I dealt with was wonderful, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable in the rental car. I recommend this enterprise location to anyone needing a rental.

Amazing customer service.
I had a messy situation, already under a lot of stress from school, and my insurance claim. To top it off another rental company cancelled my rental on a car as I went to pick it up. I had to be at work for my new job (first day) in under an hour. I was able to grab a hold of enterprise, they found me a vehicle, came to pick me up, and had it ready for me in under an hour! The new employee, Jade who has been working there under a month really went above and beyond to ensure I would be able to make it to work on time! I had the car for three weeks and had no issue! Stephen at Cambridge Enterprise has gone above and beyond to help me and my family get the vehicle we need. I came into enterprise stressed out and worried about how I was going to get around with three kids while our personal insurance slowly dealt with our claim. Stephen treated us like family and assured us that they would work with us to help. I walked out the door with the perfect vehicle at a price I could afford and felt like a valued customer. Stephen at Cambridge Enterprise is professional, knowledgeable, calm and reassuring, I will be referring everyone I know who needs a rental to go there!

We left our wallet in the car along with mobile phones, got a call from Enterprise first thing in the morning informing us of valuables left in car. After hours key drop facility and unlimited kms are added advantages.

This place was great they rented me a car with unlimited mileage.the joke was on them when I return to the car with it at 4,000 kilometers added on to it within one week they were not happy but there was nothing they could do because of the contract said unlimited mileage
