I had my car's catalytic converter stolen and was able to pick up a rental here.

Thane and team were very kind and professional. I was able to leave with a vehicle fairly quickly and it was easy to reach them and ask for an extension.

I rented 2 cars: chevrolet trax and Honda civic the time that they were short in cars but helped me at the end minute. Assured Auto body shop gave me very bad service and so poor customer service but Vlad paid attention and provided very good service. Chris is such a nice person and helpful as well. Worst service by the assistant branch manager Krish Gudhari. Was talking in other language and shows a rude tone to customers.

We Used this located a couple of times. Very friendly staff, manager Kris guduri Excellent customer service, reasonable rates. I highly recommend this place.

I called them to resend my receipt since I didn't get my receipt in my email after returning the rental car. Someone in the store picked up the phone and I told her my inquires. Then she put me on hold for 30 minutes and never get back to me. I redialed the number again, they just hung up my call. Very disappointed. I don't know why it's so hard to resend the receipt to me,

Very bad experience! During my rental the handle came off when I tried to open the door and the company blames that because the car was in my possession they want make the claim. It is evident, that something was wrong with the handle before. Obviously they don't care about the truth and the customer. There was not even a slight attempt to try to support, understand, and solve the issue. Make sure you check every inch of the car before you rent because this place rents cars that have hidden issues! And they will charge you after something breaks!

Nice staff. Reserved a car with winter tires. They did not give me a car with winter tires. Not great when driving up to northern Ontario.

Needed a vehicle for almost a month when the engine went Kaput in my Kia - these guys were super good and took care of me. The only annoyance was calling every week to extend the rental but this was due to the dealership confines more than the rental agency.
Word to the wise and most people are no aware of this, if you rent for over 30 days and use you regular car insurance on the rental make sure you renew the contact at the 30 day mark or your not insured. Word to the wise!
