Received a car with extremely dirty windows. The only part that was clean was a circular patch in the driver area. I didn't notice at the time because it was dusk. When I cleaned them myself the window underneath was streaked with solvent marks. It made driving extremely distracting. Plus the rear tire was low. When I called to have it resolved I was brushed off to the Niagara Falls location, they immediately resolved the problem. I will go to this location instead of Welland should I have to rent a car in the future.

I rented a newer Ford Mustang convertible for an insurance job on my car. Nate was patient in working with the Intact Insurance adjuster, who kept messing up the rental. Kudos to him as he was able to negotiate with his higher-ups in getting me a replacement for my convertible. Simon was also very good to deal with when picking up and dropping off the rental. Thanks guys!

I rented a car in August. Upon pick up, the interior of the car was visibly dirty with actual mud splashes on the driver's seat. The employee walked around, looked in and said that there was a half tank of gas. It was actually quite below the line which I could tell because I was sitting in the car. Stupidly, I didn't say anything. They mailed me back my deposit this week for the $100. But instead of $100, I got $79. I just called to ask why. I was told that they charge $2.47 per kilometer if you don't return it to where it was. I didn't drive very far that day because I spent most of the day at my mom's house. I made a few stops along the way. I was never told that they would inflate the gas cost like that. If I had, I would've put the $8 in gas in but I was running out of time because the dealer had my car much longer than they were supposed. Live and learn I guess.

They need to get their policies in order. Let’s rent car several times without showing credit. Now not allowing. 0*

I called the office and spoke with the manager about charges to my credit card. He said he was going to look into things and get back to me. He still has not done that… 3 weeks since he said he’s going to get back. There was a charge on my credit card, months after the rental. The manager claimed it was 407 charges. I called the number he gave me to confirm the charge was 407 or parking etc. They said they could see no such charge.
So I call Manager back. He said leave it with me. I’ll get back to you. It’s been three weeks. Still nothing. If this is how they do business I will never go back.

All of the employees at the Enterprise Welland location were extremely helpful and accommodating! Overall great customer service skills! The car I rented was in great condition and all cleaned up for use!

Good staff. Easy to work with. Gave me a 2022 ram to use while truck was out of commission.they will pick you up and drop you off. I recommend this place

Great customer service is so hard to find these days so when I'm fortunate enough to experience it, something must be said. The Welland store is very well run and Raj, Mitch and Ilyab's service was absolutely exceptional. I highly recommend them and Enterprise!
