Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I made an online reservation with this rental place since its closest to vehicle drop off place and attempted to phone in for confirmation. I'm supposed to pick up rental in 1 hour and nobody had the courtesy to confirm the reservation, I've been calling and on hold for the past 45minutes which is ridiculous and unprofessional. I've not once in the past 40 minutes been answered except by automated service and beeping holding sound. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you want poor customer service or to have much of your time wasted. Zero phone etiquette or regard for anyone's time. Specific store was 188 Queen street.

Worst service…they don't know there own policies.
They will keep telling you to run at one store then another and in the last they will not rent any car and waste your time.

One of the worst experience I have from Enterprise, never book a vehicle from them, they just took payment info and deduct any amount saying these are fees customer have to incur, will never recommend them to anyone, employees are so rude that they don’t listen to customer concerns. No one should go here

From pickup to drop off, vaishali gave 5 star customer service.my insurance company messed up my reservation and vaishali ensured she got me into a vehicle ASAP because my vehicle is my lifeline.upon dropping my rental back off, she was so pleasant and answered ALL of my questions.will be using enterprise and vaishali in particular for any rental needs moving forward!

Excellent professional service from this location of enterprise. I will definitely rent my next car from them. Also, the office staff is helpful and trustworthy. I would recommend everyone to rent the car from this location to get the best service around the area of Brampton or Mississauga.

Zain the manager is soo thoughtful and understanding to his customers. Every time I get a vehicle from THIS location I never have any issues, EVER. I went out of town and had a problem with the car and they went over and beyond to help me out and to make sure everything was efficient and better for me. All the staff ALWAYS provide exceptional customer and does it with a smile! I recommend THIS location! I am a regular client so take my advice!

Had a wonderful experience with Zain at this location. Very professional and goes out of way to help the customers. Definitely has all the potential to climb up the management leader quickly. 5 stars experience for sure!

They are fraud people. I don’t know how they get my card history and they deduct the money from my card without let me know and didn’t return me back. I was keep calling everyday to solve my issue but I didn’t get response to solve my issue. They are fraud people. Don’t ever give them your information.

Difficult to get hold of someone over the phone and they mostly never have SUVs when you need one

They don’t answer the phone and just hang up on you, called different locations where they are least responding to the calls, they answer tell you hold on and disconnect. Very poor customer service, not much training held here. Corporate to blame…

Took our stuff with the car nd didn’t return in zero for the customer service and tracking there own car whereabouts

I rented a car for 26 Days. Someone hit the car from the rear while I was waiting on the red lights. I didn’t get any other vehicle to use. No one from the branch helped me to sort the issue. Customer care is saying different thing and branch is different. I got stuck in between. I left with no Car, no refunds and I believe they not goona refund me the extra hold on my Credit Card. I am feeling so Helpless in this Country

The 2021 Mazda 6 rental I had for 2 months had 3 different brands of tires on it! I cannot make this up. I picked the car up mid February after I had a small accident. The employee gloated how the car had new tires. Literally only the front driver side was a brand new Chinese brand summer tire (in the dead of winter), front passenger was a used all season Michelin and the rear tires were matching Yokohama's (pretty sure originals). The car also pulsated badly under braking which makes me think the rotors were warped. They do the absolute minimum to maintain their rental cars.

The location I went to was on queen street in Brampton. The gentleman helping me was very fast and went out of his way to get me into the same model car. The contract was explained and no pressure to sign until I had read it. The car was clean and ready to go. Any questions I had about the car were answered quickly and professionally. This location is phenomenal! Could not recommend more highly.

Service from the 2 guys that work here is the best. Both of them are very nice and very helpful. This is the place you should rent a truck.

This location provides very good service and even though Entreprise does not respect their own advertisement of pick up and drop off of their customers, the staff arranged for me to have a ride home. Congratulations for your understanding and your great service.

Smooth rental experiance with excellant customer service. They also dropped me off at a local mechanic shop after I turned the car in so I didn't have to walk.

Please advise where to leave the key for after hours drop off when the box for the key drop has been removed. I have walked all around the property and can't find the box where it used to be. - Brampton queen st location. I have left the car in the after hours location. Please do let me know where the key should be left
