I had to rent a car as my car was in for repairs. I dealt with Tate, a manager in training. They made the whole process a beautiful thing. During the pickup the car was ready to go, the return was exactly the same. Great job to all of your staff at the Brantford location. This is the place to go. Coming in from Brooks, Alberta, with our granddaughter. We were to get a Toyota Corolla. However, when the person at the counter saw how much luggage we had, he upgraded us to a Chrysler 300 at no extra charge. This is a great place to rent a vehicle from.

Omar and his Team did an amazing job of giving me peace of mind after my accident. At first, there wasn't any vehicles available until the next day after I was rear-ended. I'm in a Management role and couldn't miss work which meant I needed to pick up a car same day. Omar's Team worked with me and were able to find me a smaller car same day.great! I received a Kia Forte. The car was fully loaded, well maintained, drove well and most importantly was clean with new car smell. They worked directly with my insurance company and made the whole process easy and straightforward. I not only recommend Omar and his Team when you need a car, I would use their service again myself!

Rented Ford expedition 2022 Max. Got home and it was dirty plus with previous renters kid shoes. When returning the car we stood there with no welcoming from staff…. Waited with another customer that wasn’t helped yet with the phone constantly ringing for more than 10 Minutes. (Manger was helping a customer and 3 other employees were just standing there)

I had a last minute rental, they helped me get sorted and went the extra mile emailing a paper receipt to my email for my work invoice. Shout out to Mo and Moin for getting things together for me

Due to an accident, my insurance arranged a rental from Enterprise in Brantford. It was small little Kia Rio. Great little car. I was able to return it to the Enterprise on Barton in Hamilton. From start to finish, it was an easy process. Excellent service!

I've used them three times in the last two years. They go out of their way to make sure your satisfaction is met in any situation. If the vehicle doesn't work for you. They will make it right very quickly definitely recommend them

Had a minor paperwork issue (ownership and insurance cards missing in car) with a rental from another branch and despite being very busy, assistant branch manager Mo H.took the time to rectify it. Have dealt with same issue with other cars I've rented in the past at other branches and they didn't seem to care, and seemed annoyed. Not Mo, he went above and beyond and was very helpful!

I arrived to pick up a rental car and was greeted by Ricci, a customer service representative. She was friendly, helpful, and offered me a choice in the vehicle I wanted. The professionalism shown by both her and her manager Osama was stellar. I would use this service in the future.

I've been waiting here for an hour.here a young man had to deal with 10 people.they left him alone on such a busy day. I have never seen such bad management. Customer service is absolutely disgraceful.

Really good service I received from this location. In rented a GMC truck, which is quite new ans met our immediate needs. Really appreciate their services. The manager and staffs have ability to maintain professional relationships in their service delivery.

Brantford enterprise is buy far the best car rental service ever Their customer service went beyond impeccable the entire team did everything possible to meet my needs and I even got a courtesy pick up from my home the vehicle was clean and disinfected and in excellent condition. This location is amazing. I would highly recommend getting a rental here if needed. I rent vehicles here a few times a year and have never had an issue. All the employees are friendly and helpful. The vehicles have always been almost brand new, well taken care of, and clean. I'm not use to a lot of the new features in vehicles and the employees have always answered any questions without hestitation.

Was stuck for a ride when truck was getting towed called explaining my problem needed a car asap and was then was hung up on when asked if they could come to me since I was w wife and 3 kids and no way there.
Wouldn't recommend if your in a jam
