One recommendation is request you to have full tank gas before handing over to customer that helps so that we dont have to guess the range! Apart from that all good!

Good service but dirty cars. They need to clean windows, vacuum, wash the car before renting them out. Also would be nice to have a full tank of gas as it is easier to return the vehicle with the full tank rather than guessing the mark somewhere half or three quarter way that they rent with. Also longer hours of operation would be nice, especially on a Saturday.

Although they delivered the car to my address but I found a surcharge if $135 on my credit card.

Great customer service. I was out of there in under 5 minutes. Plus, they gave me a courtesy call during the rental period and after I returned the car to make sure everything was ok.
