Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I don't know what's going on with some of the bad reviews, because we have had nothing but top quality service here.

I've had to rent vehicles a number of times in the past 6 months, and everything was very smooth here each time.

Superb location. Rented from here several times and each time has been a great experience. The service was great, they were really helpful and accommodating.

The young lady at the desk was great. Busy atmosphere inside but she really helped with speeding the process up for me.

I had a vehicle rented through my insurance company due to work being done to repair my car. I have been told that the insurance company was paying for everything and except the deposit in the beginning which is standard and I would not have to worry about anything else. For some reason they were having delay receiving the pay from my insurance company in time and therefore decided to put an extra hold on my credit card without any consent. This is unacceptable and I would stay away from here. Lastly the inventory at the location is limited as vehicles are never available or out being serviced.

I received an automated citation from a speed camera during the 4 months I had rented a vehicle from Enterprise. While I understand that I must pay this citation, I do not understand why an additional 30% surcharge (a so-called administration fee) was added to my bill, given that this is an automated system. The terms of my rental contract clearly spell out that Enterprise “may” charge an additional fee, which implies that this fee may also NOT be levied against me. After three attempts to contact Enterprise including an in-person visit resulting in your office advising me to go call them instead, and an unanswered message, I finally made contact with a rep. This representative repeatedly told me that I must not have read the contract and ignored my questions about the language of said contract.

Having received nearly four thousand dollars from this long-term rental, I expected some kind of understanding on this issue; instead I was dismissed and ignored. Enterprise will not receive my business again.

For the second year in a row, we rented an XL SUV for our family trip to Florida. Adam gave us exactly what we wanted and took care of all of the details. As always, we could not have been happier choosing Enterprise on Mapleview. Customer service is second to none.

DO NOT THINK THAT THIS COMPANY OR BUSINESS WILL BE AT ALL KIND OR RESPECTFUL. THIS PAST FRIDAY MY FAMILY NEEDED A RENTAL AND UPON MY BOOKING ON LINE PREVIOUS, WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR IT TURNED INTO A DISASTER. THEIR CHIP MACHINE WAS NOT READING MY MASTERCARDS CHIP. I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT RENT A CAR, THEN I SAID WHAT ABOUT MY VISA/DEBIT? AND THE AMOUNT OF DOCUMENTS THEY ASKED ME FOR WAS RIDICULOUS. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE MANAGER TODAY AS WELL AS THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I'd like to know why a big company like enterprise has limited open hours? Especially with this type of business where customers have restricted hours of pickup and drop off? Therefore forced to keep and pay for the vehicle an extra day! $$$
8am to 530pm? Closed on Sundays! LOL

Quick and easy and very reasonable rates surprisingly! I was even able to return at a different location without an extra charge drop fee.

Company is useless make a reservation and they just give it to first person to walk in door and tell you at last minute they can’t honor it. And the dude on the phone is super rude

Went to the Barries location, because the one in Newmarket and Aurora has no car this the weekend after, I got in a car accident and the service was great, nice staffs

I had an issue this week with the car I had rented. The team was not helpful in terms of helping me resolve the issue. The car would not start the next day, and Enterprise refused to send someone to help. I had to use a colleague’s CAA. CAA said that the battery was so shot, that if I turned the car off, it wouldn’t restart.
I had to trade rental cars and the car I was given was not clean. It smells, to the point that we’ve been driving around with the windows open. I cleaned the steering wheel 3 times with a wipe and the wipe was brown each time. There is a stain on the back seat and it’s very dirty. Very disappointing experience.

The staff at this enterprise location are incredibly kind and helpful! As a kind gesture from on of the staff members, she waived the fuel charge upon returning the vehicle! I would highly recommend coming here if you value great customer service!

Adam and the team are excellent! After my recent trip home to Barrie after many years, I really needed a car to get around to see all of my relatives. Not only did they make sure I had the right car for my needs they were extremely kind, caring and helpful after I was hit in a car accident. Incredible customer service team.

This location is amazing. I have dealt with them for over 12 years and they hit it out of the park every time. Adam is one of the best customer service personnel that I have ever dealt with. He is always so helpful and goes above and beyond to accommodate. Thank you!

Remember when you used to get a clean rental car when you took your luxury vehicle in to get serviced. Not here.

We visit the Mapleview Enterprise location often as we only have one car and prefer to rent when we need access to a second vehicle. This is by far the BEST Enterprise location we’ve ever visited- and we’ve visited many other locations in the past as we usually stick to the Enterprise brand when we need a rental. The staff here are absolutely fantastic! A big huge shoutout to Amanda, Adam, Happy, and Sam! You are all wonderful and we can’t thank you enough for the amazing service you always provide us! You are all always so friendly, flexible, and accommodating, and from a customer perspective that goes such a long way! We highly highly highly recommend Enterprise on Mapleview, please pay them a visit if you’re ever in need of a car rental!

I spent 5 minutes in the store, there wasn’t any other clients around, I know that doesn’t mean the lady at the front desk wasn’t busy, but she had absolutely zero patience, this is the first time I had to go through insurance to rent a car and for some reason she had the opposite attitude that you’d expect from someone that needs to deal with customers every day.

Hopefully she’s on a better mood next time because I’ll have to rent through this company anyway is what the insurance provided….
