Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was very happy with the service I received from Bell's corners Enterprise. They came to pick me up from my location, and they also came to pick up the car from the mechanic. I left some items in the car, they were nice enough to call me. Special thanks to Mr Rohit Sha. I also enjoyed the fun driving Kia Forte.

This place is mismanaged like no other. A long review will follow as to how they mishandled my situation. They gave me a car which was leaking engine oil and could not replace it for two days. Phone calls are sent to fax machines and just hung up. Still waiting for a replacement.

Great customer service. I loved their support during my rental period. They changed the car because of its issues

Booked a viechle online to be picked up at the dealership and returned to ottawa Airport. The next day I was called by the manager and told that I was not able to return the viechle to the Ottawa Airport because they suspended this feature for the summer, even though I was able to select this option on their website. The manager was not helpful at all and just kept on repeating that they have suspended that option for the summer and they didn't have enough inventory. Very unprofessional.

Got a rental from them for a week, car was good, no excessive damages and the whole process from getting the car to returning and getting my money back was easy and great staff. The person that organized the rental for me was very polite and transparent.

Only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is that the car had a dirty interior, not the end of the world and with the way i was treated i did not want to complain because they were just great.

Overall i would definitely go back but if it was dirty i will ask for it to be cleaned or replaced.

P. S. I did ask for a rental as soon as possible and it was provided to me in like 3 hours because they had none at the time so it being dirty is somewhat justifiable.

Terrible service. My car is at the shop for repairs and my insurance agent told me Enterprise Bells Corner would give me a car. That was 5 days ago and I have no car. I ended up calling them and they said they were understaffed. I still don’t have a car and would not recommend Enterprise Bells Corner. Phil

I left my car at Collision Center and went to rent at this location. Car was ready when I arrived and everything was quick. I got the same car and in a good state. I drove the rental for one month and no issues. However, they use only all-season tires instead of specific winter tires. With the intense Ottawa snow, all-season tires struggled a lot and it was dangerous to drive.
Return process was quick but it takes forever to receive your 100 CAD after returning the car, which is weird.
Overall, experience was ok, except in snow days.

Reviewing here at they will not answer my calls.
I had a collision (not at my fault) I'm covered by TD auto insurance, which covers rentals incase of an accident.
Enterprise apparently could not make contact with TD (this is not my job to do for you by the way) to cover the rental so they instead charged my card personal credit card, without calling to tell me or even sending me a receipt. I literally just found the unauthorized charge on my credit card statement.

Please reply here, or call me back! You obviously have my number as you've called me multiple times trying to get me to call TD for you.

I wish I could get them a zero mark. I made a reservation through phone line to pick up a car there at 12: 30 PM, and it is guaranteed. However, they called me I am in the waiting list, the car I reserved is not available. Very upset about their reservation service. Useless reservation system!

I rented a car here as part of an insurance claim and enjoyed dealing with this location. The staff picked me up to bring me to the location, and also gave me a ride home at the end of the whole rental period. The car was very clean, comfortable and had great performance. The rental agent as well as the person who gave me the ride were both excellent, very personable and efficient. When the tire had a slow leak at one point and I advised the company of this, they responded immediately and we made arrangements to get it patched at no cost to me. It was very good service.

This location deserves a 4-star rating, but the only reason I'm assigning at a 3-star rating is because in the middle of an Ottawa winter with record snowfalls the car I was given only had all-season tires on it. I have not driven a car in Ottawa winters with all-season tires in 25 years because I'm not a fool. Even my insurance company rewards me with a discounted premium if I put winter tires on my own car, so it was bewildering to be given a car with all-season tires. Needless to say, half of the time it's simply sat in my driveway because I wouldn't risk taking it out during the snowy weather conditions.

I feel bad giving this location just a 3-star rating because I really feel that their service was excellent and the car was good so they deserve a 4-star rating. They ARE a 4-star location, but no rental company should be putting all-season tires on in a snow-belt area.

3rd time that I have rented from Enterprise and the second from this location. If you want excellent service, car rental, and cost look no further. Come here. I dealt with Kareem and another gent whose name I did not get. These folks are great.
Went back for round 4 and again extremely pleased with service, vehicle, rates, and friendly efficient staff. Thanks this time to Mike and Omar.

Bad service. I went to them 3 times and I’m trying to get a car and they didn’t give me a car i was waiting for 3 hours.they are not helpful they don’t Accept debit card only visa this the only branch does that with me the other branches accept debit card and I payed with debit card more than 5 time and they let a Customer to pay with a debit because he doesn’t have a visa I will never go back again

Both Jack and Michael were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. I was given a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop and they made everything so easy. Always there to help and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend them!

I want to personally thank Chris, Ankit and Jack for their amazing customer service. They made a my horrible car accident experience a little bit better.

Great customer service, friendly staff.so easy to book online and pick up at the store. We booked an intermediate SUV, the car is very spacious and great to drive, it made our 5 days holiday more enjoyable.

Car reservation for insurance claim. Not a friendly or helpful interaction. They could not give me an appointment for 72hours from now.
