Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pretty good. A lot of confusion on my end date for the rental but they were always really nice. There are car shortages so sometimes a little wait but they do their best to get the cars/vehicles as quickly as possible.

I would like to give a big shout out to the Chatham Enterprise group. I have been in and out of a loaner for the past 9 months. Cars/trucks were always clean. I was in about 7 loaners total throughout the course of my truck being repaired. Kristi has been there from the start and has been amazing! She’s very kind, personal and always there to answer any questions we have had along the way. We dealt with Heather the last couple times who has also been a great help, she’s very informative and kind! We have never rented a vehicle before and they made it so easy and smooth while our truck was in the shop. Big big thanks especially to Kristi for all the help throughout this.

Guess what, the we pick you up motto that Enterprise used for so long is no longer a reality unless you are within 14 kilometers. So if you break down while out on a drive don't bother phoning them!

Waited 15 minutes only 1 person working there. They didn't even acknowledged me, or say will be with you in 10 minutes. Nothing. I have rented cars in the past here. Now very rude it has really gone down hill.

Rented a car, Kia Soul, the ride was excellent. It was done quickly, and I have no complaints. Thank you Victoria.

Rented a car for a weekend. Left a few things in the car, had to go back and get them, did not get a call to say things were left behind. Then, a few weeks later realized we had left a speaker in the vehicle as well, called and they had it, but did not give it to me the first time I went to retrieve forgotten items. When I called, he knew exactly what I was calling for and that they had the item.
Make sure to triple check your rented vehicle before employees try to keep your items.

Enterprise picked my ride. It was a "hybrid" Ford Escape driven 57,000 KLM. Clean with heated leather seats. Once familiarized I enjoyed the drive. Reasonably priced at approx $90 all in per day including Roadside Assistance. Staff was congenial and provided a ride to and from the office home. This, despite returning the car 5 minutes before closing.

Was going alright until the woman insisted I scratched the car when returning. Nothing came of it but it was a weird way to end the business interaction with her weird tone and inflection. Definitely not subtle about the accusations lol.

I always have amazing experiences at this branch! Tons of vehicles to choose from, very friendly staff and I sincerely thank Tahir, Kristi and Tanner for their superb services!

I recently rented a vehicle through this location and my experience could not have been better. This is about my fifth or sixth time using them, they were very professional, and went out of their way to deliver great customer service. Thank you again Kristi and Tahir!

Very affordable and they had a driver to drop us back @ home a couple of blocks from enterprise. He was a lovely man. Also, I forgot two beautiful custom made candles that my best friend bought for me as a gift because he knows how much I love the color orange. They kept them safe and returned them to me next time I rented another vehicle from them. Lovely people. Proper business practices I.m. H.o. I'll be a return customer for certain.

After my car was hit, I needed a rental car, which was arranged by the repair shop and came from this Enterprise location. I'll admit that my standards for a car are pretty high, but the 2020 Toyota Corolla that was sent to me didn't even meet my low expectations.

I suspect that there were/are some things wrong with the car, considering that it could not handle highway speeds without wobbling as if I was towing a trailer in a windstorm. It also burned far more fuel than it should. The 2020 Corolla is rated for about 6.5L/100km, and the one I was given averaged 8.9L/100km. (My car is rated for about 7.5L/100km but can easily burn as little as 5.5L/100km)

I also disliked the car in general. I understand why rental companies don't keep particularly high-end cars, but they could at least keep a few with higher trim levels. A Corolla SE is the absolute epitome of "it gets me A to B" or "it's got four wheels and an engine. "

The manager tahir was absolutely rude to my spouse and ignorant both on the phone and in person so much to the point we will never use the chatham enterprise services again! And he told us he fired a bunch of people there which i believe hes not even allowed to say! Especially when he named their names! So unprofessional

Very friendly and professional. Kristi went above and beyond to help me transition into my rental vehicle. I Highly recommend!

If you're going to deal with anyone at Enterprise I suggest you ask for Tahir Chowdhry (Branch Manager). He's very professional and a pleasure to deal with. My experience was seamless and pleasant.

They efficiently got me transportation again after my accident. Gave me a great car that was similar enough to my old one that made settling in so easy.

I will never use this company again. I have also recommended to my family not to use this company. The man who calls himself the manager was so rude and told me I was a red flag for renting a vehicle because I have a pay as you go phone. I had my reservation booked a month ahead of time, I called 3 days before I was supposed to pick it up and that person said everything was good to go. On Friday when we went to get the car for my brother's wedding out of town the "manager" told us no because of a prepaid phone. Never again. Our whole weekend was ruined because he wanted to power trip. My family travels a lot and Budget just got all our business.

The manager is awesome in assisting me. I got a complimentary pick up and drop off. And a little discount because the reserved vehicle arrived late.
