Terrible experience to start the trip off the car was 30/45 minutes late for pick when booked ahead. The Chevy Malibu drove terrible would pull to the right definitely needs an alignment or something. Once I returned the car they are trying to charge an extra 250 for a cleaning fee due the car smelling bad, couldn’t tell me what the smell was and ended up saying pay it and hung up on me. I’d suggest Oshawa, Whitby can’t keep there employees or customers.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Enterprise, and the service exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the entire rental process seamless. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready for pick-up as promised. I appreciate Enterprise's commitment to customer satisfaction, and I will undoubtedly choose them for my future car rental needs. Highly recommended for their professionalism and outstanding service!

Had an amazing experience, the staff is very polite and helped in my first rental from enterprise. Mithusan (Matt) gave a walkthrough of the vehicle and shared all details needed prior booking. The entire process took less than 10 min. A special mention to Charlie who helped dropping me back.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. The worst experience of my life picking up a rental after my car was written off! Not one staff member was helpful and all were extremely disrespectful. Unable to explain any policy correctly.

Worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with! I reserved a car online on Thursday was told Friday they couldn’t find a car. They were looking …. I called two hours later was told by the manager they were still looking that’s why they hadn’t called me. 4 o’clock on a Friday before they close at five and still no response. Disgusting way to run a business. I made plans and was counting on the reservation that I booked. Went to Hertz. They got me a car instantly. No problems at all. I was out of there in 30 minutes.

Excellent in-person service. The issue is trying to call them, they rarely answer the phone lines which is not good when you're calling to make a reservation or have a question. They should open up more phone lines. I've tried calling multiple times and have been on hold for several minutes and the line disconnects me and an automated message finally tells me that my call cannot be transferred so that's a bit irritating.

Always a good experience with Enterprise. Staff was friendly. I had to move things as I was cleaning out my storage unit. It was a really nice clean truck. Flawless pick up and drop off.

Front manager asked for claim number came back next day provided claim number still didn’t help with rental ignore this place. Hertz is better.

Exceptional and professional service. Maive was outstanding. The vehicle she first brought out had tires with lower air pressure. She quickly brought another vehicle out. She was very thorough, as well as friendly.

Excellent experience. I was hesitant to reserve with Enterprise based on my downtown Toronto experience. But this was such a pleasant activity. The associates gave me the car on the previous evening, making the pick up super easy. They reimbursed my taxi fare and also dropped me off home after I dropped off the vehicle. They even made sure the cost was adjusted factoring in my Car Share membership. Overall, looking forward to meeting them again for the next rental. Highly recommend this Enterprise location.

I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for many years. I have found their customer service to be what separates them from the competition. I have rented while both away and home (including a two month rental when I was between vehicles, something I paid at full price out of my own pocket). Unfortunately for me, customer service and vehicle safety were severely lacking at this location for a recent rental I had.

I reserved a compact SUV for a one day rental while staying a week in Whitby. While the customer service was friendly at pickup, I was surprised to be given a vehicle with so much obvious damage to the exterior. There were a multitude of deep scratches on the driver’s side door as well as the driver’s side of the hood. The scratches were consistent with an animal’s nails/claws and the gouge marks were quite visible on the black exterior.

Esthetics notwithstanding, I took the car as there were no other options, and proceeded with my trip to visit friends in Toronto for the day, and was shocked to learn that not only was the passenger window completely broken (could not be opened), but the horn did not work, which is a requirement of the Ontario Highway Safety Act. How did I find this out? The hard way. I was driving in the second lane from the right on the 401 at around 65 mph when a car in the next lane over to my left decided to suddenly change lanes, apparently not seeing me. I hit the horn to warn/stop them only to find that it did not work and I needed to act fast. I quickly looked over my right shoulder and had just enough room to move over to the slow lane (without hitting the car traveling in it), and avoid what could have been a very severe collision. I was quite shaken so I pulled off the road at the next exit, gathered my wits, and called the Whitby Enterprise. After telling the employee what had happened and advising that I would be cancelling my plans for the night and return the vehicle (after business hours as it was close to their closing hours) as I did not feel safe, I was placed on a long hold which eventually ended when a woman got on the line who stated they would get the car checked and after I repeated what had happened, adding that I was almost creamed by another car due to the lack of a working horn, was told “Sorry that happened…” in an emotionless and disinterested tone of voice. I was, and remain, stunned by the indifference and lack of professionalism/concern experienced by this staff member. I requested a refund (which equated to reinstatement of my accumulated points that gave me a free rental for the day). It’s been over a week and the points have yet to reappear to my account.

I am so disappointed in the service and inventory provided by this location. I could have been seriously injured/injured others given the difference of just four feet in my very quick lane change to the slow lane to avoid a serious collision which WOULD have been avoided by a working horn.

Please use caution in renting a vehicle from this location, or at least make sure your windows, horn and standard safety aspects are working before you drive off their lot.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise, and overall, the experience was quite positive. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who made the pick-up and drop-off process smooth and efficient. The car itself was in great condition, which added to the convenience of my trip. However, I must admit that the pricing was on the higher side, making it less budget-friendly. While the quality of service justified the cost to some extent, I couldn't help but feel that the prices could be more competitive. If you prioritize excellent service and are willing to spend a bit more, Enterprise is a reliable choice.

Great customer service received from the people I had communicated with at this Enterprise. Ryan & Jason was very polite and efficient and the driver Charlie who kindly dropped me back to the dealership for me to collect my personal vehicle, was also polite and a good conversationalist.
