I got rear-ended and needed a vehicle, out of all locations they were the only one to accommodate me right away. They were very friendly and helpful. The car they gave me which I had for a few weeks but didnt love it, I called them to let them know and they said to come in and I can look at other options. Devin helped me find a car that I liked and when returning the car he made the process super quick and easy and he provided amazing customer service!

Garbage service.they don't give all the information needed for a rental.gave my rental away when I was finally able to get what I needed for renting a vehicle.even after I told them I needed it for work! Then they didn't even call me back to let me know that no rental would of been available and that I needed to try elsewhere.

I had rented a car for about one week. Customer service was great from the moment I walked in to moment I walked out. Staff is very friendly. Car was super clean when I picked it up. The next day I got a call to see how everything is with the rental which was very nice. I forgot my sunglasses in the car when I returned the vehicle hopefully they will be returned.

Car wasn’t sanitized enough to remove smoke scent - yet the rules prohibit smoking. And the gas tank was empty. I have a problem with that. And they expect you to bring it back empty? Easier said than done. Car rentals would charge you a fee if you don’t bring the car back with full tank. And no refund of money for the gas left in the tank. Avis/Budget is cheaper but take a bigger withholding. Last time I rent form this location.

Superb service they give.loved the way they handle the renting business and very professional and polite. Hassle free booking and getting the rental car here.when you bank on these guys you are covered for all that you need on road and while on move. Excellent service and staffs are well aware of their business they are into, knowledgeable I must say.

This Enterprise is amazing. They upgraded me to a full size vehicle at no charge. The customer service here is unmatched. Easy and efficient pick up and drop off. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in Durham.

We had an amazing customer experience with the staff at this location. We booked a car and when we went to pick it up, in conversation told them that this is our wedding weekend and they went above and beyond to get us a nicer vehicle so that we can drive in style.

I had a small issue with my rental and this location assisted with no problem at all. Great service like this keeps customers coming back.

Very poor professionalism in this location, and it’s quite unfortunate as I have been renting with this company for seven years, the lack of communication on their behalf is unreal. When you come into the office, the employees right off the bat try taking digs at certain customers while the manager “Jason” isn’t in the room, my last rental Was returned two days past my return date, while they closed my account stating I owed no balance, I then received an email stating I owed them more money from my past rental and if I don’t pay, it goes right to collections. I am also told that I am now on the no renters list, but I had paid my fee before this even went to collections

This place hooked me up when my insurance gave me a hard time. If you need anything go check out DEVIN, he’s really professional and patient and helped me out a lot. 10/10 would recommend! Bless

Most easiest car rental place ever, so friendly…
I went today to close a rental and open a new one I was in an out in 10 minutes and that’s with them being super busy…. Salman was great.will be back and recommend this location to people…:)

They were friendly and easy to work with however I had to wait quite a while to get a ride back to where I had to pick up my own vehicle.

Found out after arriving for my reservation the only payment accepted is credit card and I intentionally have a low limit on mine.

They would not accept cash, or debit, or allow my wife to pay with her credit card.

Waste of my time and money.

Rented a car with my mom today. The cost of the car including deposit was more than what my mom expected to pay, and therefore had her card decline. Devin was extremely patient with her and offered any suggestions he could to ensure we were still able to leave with a car. 5 stars for Devin's wonderful customer service this morning!

My brother needed to transport a chainsaw carving and Enterprise was the only ones that would help us. They went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Thanks Enterprise, and thank you Josh!

This place rented us a car with expired insurance.we ended up getting pulled over and got a ticket! Not very responsible!

Make sure you take pic (before/after) of the fuel reading. I would also request everyone to check your credit card statements. You never know when they will charge you extra in the name of fuel. New kind of scam ;-)

I don’t rent cars very much, but because mine was in the shop getting fixed, I had to. This experience with enterprise was the best it could’ve been. I would highly recommend dealing with them, I will go there before anywhere else if needed in the future. Thanks to my Nigerian brother for the Convo when picking me up and dropping me off.

Best place to rent a car in Durham, Thishique Kabamba and this locations team are legends, helped get the right car for me and made the pickup and drop off seamless, this location works hard for the customer experience. Cars are extremely clean, they put a lot of detail into making sure everything is clean and ready for when you need it, they provide everything you could need in the cars as well, like any cable adapters needed for your phone and cleaning wipes, they take their time to communicate with you and make sure everything is going smooth. Highly recommend this location.

Everything went smoothly from when I got picked up from my house to when I drove off the lot with a rental. The car was fresh and clean and the staff were super helpful

I have had the pleasure 4 times having a rental from here. Everytime I have enjoyed the vehicles, excellent staff. They will drive you back home or Uber you at their expense. I highly suggest if you need a rental come here.
