Had a truck rental while mine was in for repair. They picked me up promptly from the auto body shop. The vehicle was in excellent condition and very clean inside and out. The staff followed up with me the next day to make sure there weren't any issues and told me I could call at any time if I had any questions. Had a really good experience and the staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Friendliest enterprise I've been to. Always try and get you out quickly and in whichever car you choose.

They were very helpful, I forgot something in the car and they promptly notified me and held it at the office until I could pick up the following day

My vehicle has been at the dealership for 5 months now. Josh and team have really taken the edge off of what isn’t the best situation. Always accommodating, easy to communicate with, always working with my experience in mind. Highly recommend.

Set up to rent a car for Saturday pickup was for 11: 30am, we had spoken to them that morning about an hour prior to confirm all was good. So we walk the 40 mins to enterprising to be told they tried to call us and said it was a dead tone, but neither of us received a call or we wouldn’t have walked all the way there.as they no longer had the vehicle we rented. So not cool! He was snotty to us and acting as if it’s our fault. Ruined our entire weekend and I had to turn around and walk the 40mins home. Will never use this. To make it that much worse I get a text and email an hour later, saying thanks for renting with us and checking in. Get your system together people.

I called the orillia store yesterday for a rental after they called me as my vehicle was in an accident and the lady was rude to me and told me I might be lucky to have something later in the week. She was snotty with her attitude and just rude I called my insurance company and asked them if they had any other rental places they deal with. Don’t no why they have priority pass when it does nothing for you.

Very professional and friendly staff. The manager is awesome to deal with, and he goes out of his way to make sure the customers are happy.

Great staff but very busy place so it's hard to connect on the phone at times. Cars are clean.

Rented a Kia Soul, had a very easy time getting everything how I wanted, and Josh was great answering every question I had and keeping everything running fast and smoothly

After calling the local 705 phone number and navigating the menu system five times, I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s not possible to get the local branch to just pick up the phone.

There is a phone prompt to be transferred to your local branch, but after hitting it I still end up talking with someone in the USA. Just calling to get a price on a pickup truck for a few days.

Is it too much to ask to just talk to someone local, and not have to start entering reservation dates?
Why book a reservation online before even being given prices?

Booked a rental on a friday after my vehicle was totaled and I was told they wouldn't have anything for me till the next Tuesday. Come Tuesday, still nothing. I called and spoke to a lady that told me I would have to wait till the next day for a call. I explained to her I was stranded with my child down the road and needed that rental I booked but, she responded by saying sorry for your loss and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. It's Thursday now and I still don't have the rental. Edit-Shortly after my original review I was contacted and the problem was resolved in a professional manner. Changing my review to a 3 star.

After going through a frustrating loop of trying to speak with someone at the local branch to determine if any cars were available, I felt Barb fell just short of being rude.enough to spur me to leave a review. She must be tired of telling potential customers there's nothing available. It's too bad Enterprise has a monopoly in the area and doesn't have enough vehicles to meet the demand.

Update after response from owner: I emailed them with details for both of my reviews: Bracebridge & Orillia.

Update #2: I received a reply 11 days after contacting them with ALL the details. “Kia” asked me to supply further details so they could help me. Unbelievable! They need to stop wasting time asking for details and simply fix their system.

I have spoken with Josh, Barb and another younger lady. I myself needed a couple of rentals, as well with customers from my dealership. Always a pleasure speaking with someone in person or over the phone, unfortunately I do feel for the struggle in the economy for vehicles so I see how backed up things can get, regardless they care and provide the best service I have seen. 10/10 would highly recommend.

They overbooked and left me stranded when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I would say this is due to incompetence

My insurance company sends me here when I need repairs on my vehicle my only complaint with them is they charge extra for winter tires even when you don't ask for winter tires so be careful of that which makes absolutely no sense when it's winter they should automatically have winter tires on their vehicle so they are kept safe and so their patrons are kept safe
