Danielle and the staff here are absolutely amazing! I had to get a rental for almost two weeks because my vehicle broke down and even though the dealership was difficult to deal with and weren’t efficient with getting me a rental, Danielle did an incredible job of accommodating my needs and ensuring I wasn’t bounced around between vehicles even when I needed multiple extensions! Thank you! 10/10 would recommend

Took the lowest cost option where you get whatever vehicle is available. Got a great vehicle. Service was extremely fast & staff were very friendly

Online they tell you to pay an amount and when you go to pick up the car they double the cost, including insurance

They gave me a nice 2022 Ford F-150 XLT EcoBoost (w/ Nova Scotia plates) to rent for 3 days while my Cadillac was at Taylor AutoMall in Kingston ON for a thermostat diagnosis. The guy who helped me get everything started and gave me the truck was friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely rent from this Enterprise branch again if I need to. Thanks!
